Japanese Hellships Topic Of Video Night

"The Hellships were the unmarked Japanese passenger and cargo ships that carried more than 126,000 allied prisoners of war from prison camps across Asia to work as slave labor for the Japanese in Japan, China, Manchuria and Korea. Approximately 16 of these ships were attacked and sunk, mostly by the U.S. Navy who did not know what cargo those ships were carrying. The loss of life of the allied prisoners of war is estimated at more than 21,000."
