The man is a buffoon - a literal blithering idiot.
All we heard for 8 years was "bush is stoooopid" - when what he IS (as Bill Whittle so epically pointed out) is INARTICULATE.
Dear Reader is truly an empty suit. Too much time with "the choom gang" in his adolescent years? Maybe the famous scar really is evidence of having too much of his brain removed?
