    I've thought about Holder being charged for many and various offenses. It would be fair and right, just not yet.
    First of all, lets give him more rope and see where it takes us.
    Secondly, and more importantly- if they ever do bring charges- let the trial last beyond January 2013. That way 0bama can't summarily pardon him as he walks out of the White House for the last time.

    HE CAN summarily pardon him without anything pending.
    "All my political appointees are hereby pardoned for any and all acts they may have committed or omitted. They are hereby pardoned from any legal consequence or penalty for any laws, rules or regulations they may have broken prior to this moment."

    That said, the most important thing in this vid is the title - there is now in essence martial law in America!

    I didn't know that and it seems preposterous to a free citizen.
