New Report: Holder Planned to Attend Fast and Furious Press Conference Prior to Border Agent Murder

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa and Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee Charles Grassley have just released another report, in a series of three, about Operation Fast and Furious. The latest report details failures by and knowledge of Department of Justice officials involved in the fatal scandal. The first report was released in July and a third report is expected in the next few weeks.

The most recent report contains damning information and documentation showing Attorney General Eric Holder's Deputy Chief of Staff Monty Wilkinson and DOJ Official Patrick Cunningham discussing plans for Holder to participate a press conference announcing the "take-down" or the end of Operation Fast and Furious before Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed on December 15, 2010. Guns from the Fast and Furious program were left at Terry's murder scene. Holder claims he didn't know about Operation Fast and Furious until May of 2011. The email below was sent on December 14, 2010 at 12:28 pm, just 12 hours before Terry's murder.
In questioning by Congressional investigators, an attorney for former U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke (who resigned in August 2011 in light of the scandal) admitted Burke was in contact with Wilkinson about Holder's participation in the Fast and Furious press conference and suggested it was Holder's office that requested coming out for the press conference in the first place. From the report:
Q. Okay. So this email is specifically in regard to the Attorney General coming out to join you for the take-down of Fast and Furious?
A. Correct.
As soon as the news showing the connection between Terry's murder and Operation Fast and Furious made its way back to Washington, Holder's participation in the press conference was cancelled.

Sir John Dahlbert, also known as Lord Acton, whose most famous quote is, "Absolute power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" wrote Lee after the northern victory. Dahlberg was one of, if not the most erudite political philosophers of his time. In his letter asking for Lee's opinion of the result of the war he wrote:

".....The institutions of your Republic have not exercised on the old world the salutary and liberating influence which ought to have belonged to them, by reason of those defects and abuses of principle which the Confederate Constitution was expressly and wisely calculated to remedy. I believed that the example of that great Reform would have blessed all the races of mankind by establishing true freedom purged of the native dangers and disorders of Republics. Therefore I deemed that you were fighting the battles of our liberty, our progress, and our civilization; and I mourn for the stake which was lost at Richmond more deeply than I rejoice over that which was saved at Waterloo."

Lee replied:

"I am conscious of the compliment conveyed in your request for my opinion as to the light in which American politics should be viewed, and had I the ability, I have not the time to enter upon a discussion, which was commenced by the founders of the constitution and has been continued to the present day. I can only say that while I have considered the preservation of the constitutional party of the General Government to be the foundation of our peace and safety at home and abroad, I yet believe that the maintenance of the rights and authority reserved to the states and to the people, not only essential to the adjustment and balance of the general system, but the safeguard to the continuance of a free government. I consider it a chief source of stability to our political system, whereas the consolidation of the states into one vast republic, sure to be aggressive abroad and despotic at home, will be the certain precursor of that ruin which has overwhelmed all those that have preceded it.......The South has contended only for the supremacy of the Constitution, and the just administration of the laws made in pursuance to it."

Vote PAUL NEWBY for NC Supreme Court: Race will be crucial to gun rights

Gun voters often don’t realize the importance of the North Carolina Supreme Court. The court, however, considers not only cases directly related to gun rights, but will also soon deal with legal challenges to political districts recently drawn by the new Republican majority in the General Assembly. To preserve the present 4-3 conservative majority, it is essential to re-elect Justice PAUL NEWBY to the NC Supreme Court.

Important note: Casting a straight party vote does NOT cast a vote for judicial or presidential candidates. Those votes must be cast separately.

Many of you have asked why GRNC didn’t include judicial races in its “Remember in November” voter guides. The answer is that having judges complete candidate surveys can be problematic in that having their views on specific issues expressed in writing could force them to recuse themselves from crucial gun cases.

In conversations with GRNC, Justice Newby agreed to give the following statement describing his position on the Second Amendment:
Included in our explicit God-given inalienable rights, protected by both our federal and State Constitutions, is "the right to keep and bear arms." US Const. 2nd Amendment, NC Constitution, Art. I, Sec. 30. As a gun-owner, I cherish that right. For the last eight years as a Justice on the NC Supreme Court, I have a record of protecting our Constitutional rights, including gun ownership. I frequently speak to school and civic groups about the need to protect and exercise our fundamental rights. I appreciate the efforts of your group to educate our citizens about the importance of protecting our gun ownership rights. What you do helps fulfill our State Constitutional reminder, "A frequent recurrence to fundamental principles is absolutely necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty." NC Constitution Art. I, Sec. 35.

 Justice Paul Newby

Bear in mind too that the left has targeted Newby for defeat, describing him just today as “another Tea Party politician masquerading under a black robe.”

The GRNC Political Victory Fund
strongly recommends you vote
Paul Newby for NC Supreme Court.

Nany Peloski should be put in jail

Folks, THIS is what a “politician” should be–getting out on the streets with the people, listening, fighting for our rights. Once elected, few get much further than their cushy offices. As a Militia Man, Tim Donnelly gathered a group of people and went to the Mexican border and tried to build their own fence, prompting the Daily Show to do a show all about it. Now as a California Assemblyman, Donnelly is openly debating each and every bill that reaches his desk (much to the dismay of his fellow politicians). Be inspired by “Patriot–not Politician” Tim Donnelly, who gives REAL HOPE to California.

Update from NBC Station WITN-TV:

"The HMS Bounty, a 180-foot, three-mast tall ship, was last marked about 90 miles southeast of Hatteras.
The ship has sunk, according to the Coast Guard at 8:45 a.m. Monday.

Just before 8 a.m., the Facebook page for the HMS Bounty says 14 of the 16 people who had to abandon their ship have been hoisted to safety.

There have been conflicting reports on how many people were onboard. The manifest reportedly listed 16 people, and that's the number the Coast Guard has."

Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods, a former Navy SEAL killed in the Libya terror attack last month, sent a direct message to President Barack Obama about courage and cowardice.

On the “Geraldo at Large” show on Fox News, Woods said: “Remember this Mr. President, my son and the others died heroes. And it’s better to die the death of a hero than it is to live the life of a coward.

Woods said on Friday that U.S. officials who denied a request for help while the diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya was under attack "are murderers of my son.”

Woods’ son was part of a small team at a CIA annex near the consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens and his team came under attack. Stevens, Woods and two other Americans died in the attack.

Fox News reported last week that a request from the CIA annex for backup was denied by U.S. officials during the Sept. 11 assault.

"They refused to pull the trigger," Woods said. "Those people who made the decision and who knew about the decision and lied about it are murderers of my son."

Tyrone Woods and others at the CIA annex ignored orders by their superiors to stand down and instead went to the consulate, Fox News reported.

Obama's Hate Crimes Agenda: Outlawing Islamophobia, Free Speech, and Religious Liberty

Mike Scruggs

Just a few days ago on October 27, Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the King of Saudi Arabia, demanded that the United Nations pass a resolution condemning insults against monotheistic religions. As to which monotheistic religions, he made this obvious by further remarks:

“I demand the UN pass a resolution that condemns any group or country that insults religions or prophets…It is our duty and that of every Muslim to protect Islam and defend the prophets.”

The UN had already passed a resolution condemning “Islamophobia” in March 2011,  but King Abdullah was aiming at making it a United Nations hate crime, enforceable in the United States and other Western countries, to criticize Islam or its Prophet, Muhammad. He was capitalizing, of course, on the now famous amateur YouTube video that was based on some historical narratives of Muhammad’s life and teachings. Most Muslim scholars accept these narratives as historical truth, but they are presented in ways more sympathetic to the teachings of the Koran and the character of Muhammad. The YouTube version of the events was not in my judgment false, but its amateurish presentation undermined its credibility even in the West. Perhaps because of its amateurish nature, it had not stirred many Muslim clerics to fury by the time of the planned assassination of our Libyan ambassador on the anniversary of 9-11. However, there were some who looked at it as an opportunity to advance the cause of Islam by getting the United Nations to be more aggressive in its sanctions against criticism of Islam or Muhammad. The next step would be making criticism of Islam an enforceable hate crime in the United States and other Western countries.

Passing “Hate Crime” legislation is a favorite means by which “progressives” restrict free speech and limit clear and logical thinking in Western countries.  Hence the amateur video opened up an opportunity to suppress any opposition to Islam in the West.  Political correctness has already built some strong social restrictions against criticizing Islam, but that falls far short of being able to throw someone in jail or confiscate their property for criticizing Islam.

King Abdullah saw an opportunity to advance Islam by use of hate crime laws in the United States and other Western countries. So did American President Barack Obama, whose many pro-Muslim and anti-Christian executive actions are matters of record.  The President called the Benghazi attack terrorism the day after the attack but then launched a two-week campaign connecting the YouTube video to the attack. This was when he already knew it was a planned strike by Islamic terrorists.

In a recent article, David Barton itemized 16 Obama acts of hostility toward Biblical Faith, 9 Obama acts suppressing Biblical Faith among U.S. Military personnel, 17 acts hostile to Biblical values, and 8 acts preferential to Islam over Christianity and Judaism during his current presidential term.  A second Obama term will surely attempt to implement hate crimes that bar criticism of Islam and thereby suppress Christian beliefs and values.

The Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC), a 56-nation political powerhouse often
operating under UN auspices, initiated a resolution in 2005 calling for a ten-year plan to counter “Islamophobia,” a propaganda term invented by the Muslim Brotherhood. The plan called for all UN States to enact legislation to punish any criticism of Islam. This eventually resulted in the March 2011 UN resolution against Islamophobia.  In December 2011, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was working with the OIC to implement corresponding Hate Crimes Laws in the United States and other Western countries to criminalize criticism of Islam and exact punishment against those who violate them.

Most intelligent Americans and politicians with any backbone would consider such laws suppression of religious liberties and free speech. But how much have you heard of this shameful work by Hillary Clinton in the mainstream media—probably nothing. Yet this effort has clear anti-Christian implications, especially for those churches and individuals that view the Bible as authoritative in its teachings. A degree in rocket science is not necessary to connect the dotted line between Obama’s two weeks of blaming the Benghazi attack on the amateur YouTube Video and future U.S. hate crime laws against Islamophobia. The further extension of that dotted line to more forceful anti-Christian government policies and actions under a second Obama presidential term is also easy to discern.  It only takes common sense and the courage to buck politically correct fashion to see where Obama wants to take country in regards to making Islamophobia a hate crime and to understand the terrible consequences for free speech and religious liberty.

The aftermath of the Benghazi attack reveals more than foreign policy and national security incompetence. It reveals an Obama agenda that is breath-taking in its planned religious tyranny and suppression of free speech and traditional American values. Will anyone dare say it is anti-Christian and anti-American? Yes, anyone with discernment can see the truth, and those with courage must start speaking the truth.

The Death of the Founding Culture

Via Billy

That’s what multiculturalism is all about—the death of the founding cultures in Europe, Canada, and the United States—the death of the Christian culture in all of these places. Or as the leftist radicals in the 60s shouted “hey, hey, ho, ho, western civ (Christianity) has got to go.”

The fact that multiculturalism’s promoters are trying to stamp out western, Christian civilization and replace it with a third world mentality is becoming more and more apparent to people in Europe, Canada, and this country. There is much information about this out there. Unfortunately it is relegated to blog spots and obscure web sites because the prostitute press’ agenda is to tell you how wonderful multiculturalism is and tell you that you are a horrible racist if you even think of opposing it.

So if you want to get a more accurate picture of multiculturalism  you have to do some digging and not just accept what the talking head on your nightly “news” broadcast says. Because, folks, believe it or not, he will lie to you.

Recently I came across an interesting blog spot,  that carried an excellent article about multiculturalism published back in May of 2007. I will quote a few portions of this article: “You hear it all the time here in igno(tole)rant Canada: ‘Our strength is diversity’; or: ‘Our nation was built on immigration’;…Not a day goes by without our senses (not to mention our intelligence) being assaulted by all these fraudulent declarations. We are constantly told how wonderful mass immigration and rampant multiculturalism is. There is no proof of this, mind you—no quantifiable comparative evidence. And yet we are required to believe it.”

This author is citing the exact same situation we have in the US. Our media fill us full of the same nonsensical drivel and we are expected to embrace it and we become social pariahs if we refuse to swallow the bilge. All I can say is that the people who swallow this stuff may one day choke on it.
