  1. I don't know. I bet a drone attack on a British school would get some notice.

    1. I suspect the drone operating crew has the coordinates of all our homes. The folks who earlier equated N-bombs to F-bombs are going to love Hellfire missiles. The big difference I find in Obama and Lincoln is the technology available. By the way, I have really enjoyed the stories of the Confederate Navy.

I'm slow to learn. After two years with Windows 7, I just learned how to save a web-page directly to OneNote. Priceless. I will now save all your archived pages to read in my old age. Heh.

  3. Never forget Waco.

Of the 57 murdered by being burned alive by the Federal Govt, 25 were under 20 plus one unborn child. I hope I counted correctly, the list is on Wiki.

I want to hear the talking heads on TV and radio remind everyone.

  4. I watched the Waco fiasco on live TV and remember telling my wife when the buildings were burning, "We don't live in America any more." Nothing has changed my mind from that day, what, soon be twenty years ago. Time flies when you're losing your freedom. Waco, in the tradition of Sherman to the sea, except they just killed the religious cult members. Sherman's finest sexually assaulted every black woman in Georgia. Not too many chickens still out there pecking. The last of them should be on the roost soon.

My mother and father were life-long Democrats. I remember her saying to me in 1992, "Well, I've always voted Democrat but I don't like Bill Clinton. I'll stay home for this election." When 1993 came around, Dad was living with us on the lake in Virginia and mom was in the nursing home in Asheville. In front of the TV showing the tanks, tanks, can you believe it, ramming the house where the children were, my WW II war hero father said, "I'm glad we didn't vote for that SOB."

On the DVD of my dad reminiscing about his time in WW II, he tells of riding on a tank one day going forward in the Hurtgen Forest. A young lieutenant walked up beside the tank and told my buck sergeant dad to get off and let him ride. Dad, who was 33 at the time said, "How long you been up here, son." "Two weeks," the lieutenant answered. Dad responded, "I've been here six months since Utah Beach. The walk will do you good." I remember real America and real Americans.
