Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) SAT down with HuffPost Live Friday, where He made a noteworthy statement About the Rapidly-growing National Rifle Association.
Responding to interviewer Alicia Menendez's question about whether
Schumer's colleagues are "willing to admit" that the NRA is a "fringe
group," the senator responded: "Well they sure are a fringe group, but
whether enough of my colleagues are ready to admit that , I'm not sure. "
He continued: "They are a very extreme group. * "They don't even represent average gun holders."
*Gun holders? How about gun owners. Well they don't represent me since they are not as hard-nosed as GOA.:)

I find it fascinating that the asshole who has never held a real job, and has spent his entire career doing his best to subvert the law of the land , has the nerve to call the NRA extremists.The NRA as a whole are pretty conservative,and it says volumes about the "progressives" that they think traditional Americans are a fringe group. I guess they are building the narrative that they expect to use to crush us. Fuck 'em.

When the hearings were being held after Waco in '94 Congressman Chuck Schumer was part of the investigation and argued down the designer of some flashbang grenades - I can remember him saying "they aren't lethal you can let one go off in your hand" - I am still waiting on Chuck to hold one 2 ft from his face... When he beat Alphons D'Amato it was a travesty ( a RINO beats chuck anyday) JMHO
