Flashback: Black Sniper killed 5 cops, 4 civilians in 1973

In 1973, Black Panther affiliate Mark Essex killed 9 people in two different sniper incidents. Five of the people killed were police officers. The rest were random white people. Several other people were injured.

He was eventually shot by USMC snipers.

      No, you aren't. Screw common usage. Until some years ago the accepted definition for civil war was a conflict between two sides for the control of one government. Now, it has been insidiously changed to a war between two groups within the same country. Another-words, they have changed the definition to show even though the South just wanted to leave peacefully, they were still guilty of causing a civil war. :)
