Everything In This House Has One Place And One Place Only!
My mother was a stickler. Once when she was admonishing me about the placement of some item, she showed me very graphically what she meant. She placed an object in front of me and said "Everything In This House Has One Place And One Place Only." Then she stated "This doesn't go here." (Placing an item in a particular position) then moved it ever so slightly and said "It goes here!"

What is The League of the South?
by Dr Michael Hill - LS President
While our overall strategy--short, medium, and long range--is determined by the President, the Board, and our State Chairman, our tactical operational focus is on the local level. We intend to form active chapters in every county in every Southern State, and as many chapters as possible in non-Southern States. We also encourage individuals and families to personally secede from the corrupt and corrupting influence of post-Christian culture in America. We call this "abjuring the realm," and it's a real and dramatic first step all of us can take by simply withdrawing our support of and allegiance to a regime that has imperiled our future.
While we seek to use shame and contempt to de-legitimate the institutions controlled by the Empire, we must not stop there. We must create our own parallel institutions to which our people can attach their loyalties. A good example of this is the move out of the "public" schools and into home schooling or the establishment of our own private academies. Also, the League sponsors weekend Hedge Schools and week-long summer institutes to educate our people.
At present, the League is more concerned with resurrecting our cultural base than with entering into the political arena. Once our Southern culture is re-established, then the political issues will begin to take care of themselves. Good leaders flow naturally out of a healthy culture; however, power-hungry, self-seeking politicians are all we can expect from the debased cultural climate we have today.
The League of the South seeks leaders who have the hearts of servants. The Bible tells us clearly that no man can lead until he is willing to serve his fellowmen. When you join our organization, we expect you to begin immediately serving our cause and our people. We will show you how.
Our revised website, www.dixienet.org, is a cutting-edge, interactive site filled with a wealth of information. We are presently working on an operations manual for new members and local officers. New members are provided a list of State Chairmen for our organized States. We strongly advise our new recruits to contact their State or local officers, offer your talents, and make plans to attend your local and State chapter meetings. There you will be shown how to put the League's strategy into effect by means of our tactical operational plan. You also will meet our leaders, get to know other members, and become part of a real community dedicated to a noble cause. If you live in a State or locality that does not have an organized chapter, this website has a document (listed as "How to Form A County Chapter" under our Introduction on the Main Menu) that shows you how to form and run a local chapter.
All League members receive the Southern Patriot newsletter every other month. Read it closely to keep abreast of League activities and projects.
By joining The League of the South you have placed yourself among a group of men and women who are not content to sit by and allow their land, liberty, and culture be destroyed by an alien regime and ideology. You have joined an active organization that knows where it wants to go and how to go about getting there. The League is no place for the lazy or the faint-hearted. We would love to welcome you to our growing band of Brothers and Sisters. Please join us today.
For Southern independence,
Michael Hill

Repealing The Job-Killing Health Care Law Act, H.R. 2
Repeal ObamaCare!
This is the bill we've been waiting for. The "Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act," H.R. 2, repeals the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," Public Law 111-148, and the "Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010," Public Law 111-152, known collectively as ObamaCare. That's it. No replacement, period. It just repeals the entire ObamaCare law.
The House plans to vote on H.R. 2 on January 12.
To get an idea of the mammoth regulatory monstrosity ObamaCare would become, click on the "ObamaCare Org Chart" on the left and see how many new federal agencies would be created to regulate healthcare.
A Rasmussen poll on December 26, 2010 shows that 60% of likely voters favor repeal of ObamaCare. And, for the first time, the same poll showed that a majority of voters expects ObamaCare will be repealed.
Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), who led the fight to repeal ObamaCare in the last Congress, is even optimistic enough to believe that the Senate will vote to repeal ObamaCare along with the House. If both houses do pass H.R. 2, then there'll be a showdown with President Obama and his veto power. King says that once the President would veto a repeal bill, then the Republicans would begin their strategy of systematically defunding the implementation of ObamaCare in all relevant appropriations bills.
Of course, the Republicans can also begin their defunding strategy if the Senate fails to pass H.R. 2.
We have to keep the pressure on Congress to stop ObamaCare as soon as possible for the sake of everyone's freedom and health.
Tell your Representative and Senators to support H.R. 2 to repeal ObamaCare!
Thanks.

"Walking Gun-Gate" Scandal
Among the things we know:
1. ATF’s Phoenix office allowed the guns to go across the border.
2. The ATF office in Mexico was denied permission to share this information with their Mexican counterparts. Believing this was wrong, they went over the heads of the Phoenix office and requested permission directly from headquarters in DC.
3. The higher-ups sided with the Phoenix decision to withhold the information from Mexican authorities.
Constitution Says Negroes 3/5 Human?
The United States Constitution never said the imported African slave was only three-fifths human. That’s only what oedipal white liberals and hysterical blacks want everyone to think. The issue in 1787 was about demographics, population numbers, and political representation in Congress. It had nothing to do with the personal human qualities of any individual Negro, or of his race in general.

Press Release: Florida Secession Convention Reenactment Saturday, January 8, 2011
Contact: Phil Walters 813-220-6854
The Old 1845 Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida
Citizens for an accurate portrayal of History will be hosting a reenactment of Florida's 1861 Secession Convention in the Old Florida State Capitol building in Tallahassee. The event's script is based on the actual dialog of the delegates that attended the Convention in 1861 when they assembled & voted for Florida to sever it's bonds with the United States and form an independent nation. The participants will be dressed in period attire and will portray folks as Joseph Finegan, an Irish immigrant who later rose to the rank of general, John Milton the newly elected Governor of Florida who at the war's end took his life and James L. G. Baker, a Unionist delegate representing Jackson County, just to name a few.
"This is not a politically slanted event. It is a reenactment of what our ancestors actually did in 1861 leading up to the War between the States," says Phil Walters, a history buff and participant in the event. "We wish to bring excitement to history during the Sesquicentennial of the War between the States as most citizens are not aware of the dynamics that preceded that turbulent period of American history. Folks need to take a little time and attempt to comprehend the complexities of issues of history if we as a people are to learn from past mistakes and not repeat them." Walters added.
A rehearsal will be conducted at 2 pm Friday, January 7, at the Old Capitol. The reenactment will commence at 1 pm on Saturday at the same location. Media is invited to attend.
