Herman Cain is under attack, so why aren’t the Hollyweirdos flocking to his aid? Why won’t Alec Baldwin stop pimping Capital One credit cards long enough to help a brotha out?
Back when Obama was questioned about his elementary-school transcripts, Hollyweird utopians were outraged. How DARE they question his grades? Don’t they know he’s, like, the smartest guy ever? How racist!
But let a black conservative come under attack, and suddenly the DemocRAT Pack disappear to go save a whale or a baby seal. Anything is better than saving a black conservative. There’s no charity in that.
Black liberal utopians are no better. Harry Belafonte, Samuel L. Jackson, and Morgan Freeman are all suddenly unaware of the grievous insult to Cain. The NAACP is so quiet you can hear a mouse pee on a cotton ball, content to watch a brotha get a straight-up bully beatdown. Meanwhile, the Congressional Black Caucus stands by, waiting for Cain to lose consciousness from the beating so they can take his wallet, remove his watch and wedding ring, and—“Hey, John Lewis, don’t forget to get Cain’s hat!”
If black liberals won’t speak up for Cain, surely liberal women will. If a black man is being accused of sexual harassment, well, race trumps gender. Sorry, ladies. Oh, wait—he’s a conservative, and liberal trumps everything. Sorry, Herman.
“Don’t expect the left’s usual white-guilt crowd to beg the sheriff into letting this Negro go.”NOW concludes that women are as powerful as men—at least liberal women are.
So in this time of tutti-frutti, 32-flavor, NOW-generation, sexual-revolution cross-gendered and cross-dressing bottoms, tops, and otherwise is it even possible to sexually harass?
Are there any pure women on the liberal side any longer? Most appear to be androgynous, if not downright mannish, such as Janet Napolitano, Janet Reno, and Elena Kagan. And what about Hillary Clinton? If it weren’t for Chelsea, there might be a lot more scrutiny on her.

VERBATIM POST
=========
Brett Ratner has resigned as producer of the Academy Award. Apparently he used a “gay slur.” For this he was canned. The riot act was probably read to him. It probably went something like this:
If you don’t apologize to the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) and Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) communities, you’ll never work in this town again.
When comedian Tracy Morgan made some impolitic remarks about homosexuals, he was taken to the politically correct woodshed and told the same thing. He apologized. He wants to keep his job. His mind was made right. The jury is out on Ratner, even though he made his mea culpa.
Every conservative idea, person, and institution is up for grabs when it comes to defamation. In fact, the more you ridicule people on the right side of the political spectrum the quicker you rise to a leadership position in the LGDCC, Liberal Guild that Defames Conservatives & Christians. Here’s a tirade from the still popular Roseanne Barr:
You know what else I can’t stand, is them people that are anti-abortion. F**k them. I hate them. They’re horrible. They’re hideous people. They’re ugly, old, geeky, hideous men. . . . They just don’t want nobody [sic] to have an abortion ’cause they want you to keep spitting out kids so they can f***ing molest them.[1]
Barr’s career is still intact. No apologies were necessary because the right groups were attacked. Not so with Peter Vidmar, a double gold-medal winner in the 1984 Olympics in gymnastics, who was forced to resign as Chairman of USA Gymnastics. Why? Because in 2008 he donated $2000 to support Proposition 8. He expressed his opinion with a donation in an election where the majority of voters agreed with him! The homosexual defamation machine went into action and put pressure on the Olympic Committee and its sponsors.
Bill Maher did an entire movie about religion in his comic documentary-style film Religulous. The documentary examines and mocks organized religion and religious belief. Can you imagine what would have happened if some prominent conservative did something similar on the topic of homosexuality even if was funny? As long as you’re using humor, you can ridicule almost anything except, of course, homosexuality.
Then there was Sinead O’Connor who threatened to shoot the pope if he visited Ireland in an expletive loaded assault on Pope Benedict. She made her religious-maligning bones when she tore up a photo of Pope John Paul on Saturday Night Live in 1992 and showed a photo of Pope John Paul II to the camera while chanting the word “evil.” This type of “hate speech” coming from the Left side of the political spectrum is par for the course. Bill Nolte, writing on the Big Hollywood site, sums up the hypocrisy:
I don’t approve of, like, or use the word “fag,” but I know a raging double standard when I see one, and I also know a bunch of humorless prudes who make the Church Lady look like Hugh Hefner. We’ve spent years watching leftist Hollywood attack the identity, values, beliefs and everything held dear by over half of this country. For decades they’ve mocked, lied, demeaned, snarked, stereotyped, and flown their flag of bigotry like the Hollywood résumé enhancer it is.
And never ever forget that leftist Hollywood has celebrated, defended, and bestowed honors upon a craven piece of scum [Roman Polanski] who drugged, raped, and sodomized a 13 year-old girl.
But here’s what finally has these same hypocrites in a sanctimonious tizzy: “Rehearsal is for fags.”
Remember that in leftist Hollywood, you can call the Pope a Nazi, joke about killing a mother of five named Sarah Palin, and relentlessly mock and stereotype Southerners as toothless, inbred sister-humpers eager to make you squeal like a pig. Oh, and feature films can revolve around the mocking of Christians. But, BY GOD, don’t you dare tell a joke that includes a gay slur. Spare me, you hypocritical bigots.
Texas Agency Votes for Workers to Carry Guns on Job
The Railroad Commission of Texas has voted to allow employees to pack a weapon while carrying out agency business.Spokesman Casey Haney said the commission on Tuesday approved a policy change that will allow workers who can legally carry a concealed handgun in Texas to have their weapons on the job.
Commissioner Barry Smitherman says employees often work alone in desolate areas where they could encounter criminals or dangerous wild animals.

Occupy Boston arrests continue to mount
Four Occupy Boston demonstrators were arraigned in Boston Municipal Court today following their arrests Saturday on charges ranging from disorderly conduct to stealing a police bicycle.
Langston Peace, 29, of Boston was arrested about 1:30 p.m. Saturday when he allegedly walked off with an officer’s bike during a march in Downtown Crossing. Peace was charged with larceny over $250 and is due back in court on Dec. 14.
Three other protesters — Jeffrey Nunes, 17, and Sean Cormier, 21, both of Westport; and Kiearn Lyons, 17, of Norwood — were arrested shortly after 5 p.m. during a march from the Dewey Square tent city to the Back Bay.
They allegedly broke away from the other protesters and burst into a Burger King on Boylston Street, wearing masks and frightening customers.
They were charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace and are due back in court on Dec. 12.
All four were also ordered to stay away from Dewey Square.
More than 140 other demonstrators have been arrested since the encampment started more than a month ago.
OWS movement: Hypocritical blend of two-bit street thugs & behind-the-scenes Marxists
The Occupy Wall Street protesters certainly put the "idiots" in "useful idiots." Occasionally I'm tempted to generously use von Mises' term "useful innocents" but these two-bit street thugs in their Nazi-endorsed rape camps are anything but innocent.
Michael Patrick Leahy writes:The New York Times reported this week that Corzine used his political connections with the Obama Administration to keep federal regulators from investigating his business practices at MF Global. Mr. Corzine has successfully demonstrated that the Obama Administration and its political allies are the most prolific practicioners of the kind of “crony capitalism” and Wall Street excesses that the Occupy Wall Street protesters supposedly find so objectionable. As I wrote recently in My challenge to Occupy Wall Street:
But few in this [OWS] crowd will criticize Mr. Corzine, one of President Obama’s favorite Wall Streeters. These new American Bolsheviks are now finally unveiled for what they are – a small group of anti-capitalists cheered on by useful idiots.
Elderly man kidnapped, raped near Socorro park.
Four black men sought in what police call a hate crime
Socorro police and the FBI are looking for four men who police say attacked and raped an elderly man who was out on his early-morning walk.
Investigators said the 70-year-old was walking Thursday around 6 a.m. at Valle del Sol Park on Valle Rico Road and Valle Fertil when they said four black men got out of a late-'90s Ford or Chevrolet van or minivan and demanded the Mexican-American man to give them money. When he said, "No," they allegedly grabbed him, threw him in the van and raped him.
Socorro spokesman David Garcia said the men yelled racial slurs at the victim as they assaulted him.
"These four people know each other well enough to do something like this in front of each other. This is an atrocity!” Garcia said. “This man was somebody's dad. This man was somebody's brother, somebody's friend."
He said the victim was so badly hurt, he had surgery and is in serious condition at a hospital.
“I think that's ridiculous. A 70-year-old man getting taken and raped by an unknown vehicle, you know,” Christian Nevarez, 23, said. He lives in the neighborhood and said he usually wakes up early and sees several people taking walks along the park. He said children also walk to school early in the morning.
Police said the attackers are in their mid-20s to 30s. Call Socorro police at 915-858-6986 if you have any information in this case.
"........get rid of America and everything it stands for........"
At first there were complaints that the Occupy Wall Street movement didn’t have a coherent message. But this 99 Percenter from Occupy Los Angeles states it quite succinctly:
“From the beginning the votes that they give us are for a very specific purpose, they give us these elections to put the stamp of legitimacy on the crimes and horrors that America commits around the world and the millions of people whose lives it crushes, degrades, and murders.
“You know that’s what this is and no good can come of this, nothing positive. You know I’m a communist, you know, look.
“Nothing positive can come about unless you get rid of America and everything it stands for and build something different.”
Zuccotti Park Vermin Make Life Hell for Local Businesses
Anywhere near an Occupy infestation is a very bad place to have a church — or attempt to run a business:
A business owner near the Occupy Wall Street encampment claims she has been repeatedly harassed and threatened with bodily harm by protesters after she and her employees refused to give in to their outlandish demands.
“I’ve been told, ‘Watch your back!’ 10 times,” Stacey Tzortzatos, owner of Panini & Co. Breads, located across from Zuccotti Park, told The Post yesterday.
She and her employees are terrified by the constant threats, which she said began after she demanded the protesters stop using her shop’s restroom as a place to bathe every day.
The final straw came about two weeks ago, when the demonstrators broke a bathroom sink, flooding the shop, and clogged the toilet — setting her back $3,000 in damages.
She put up a sign that said the bathroom was out of order, but they tore it down shortly afterward, she said.
“I have the police in here 10 times a day, [and] I’m the bouncer. I’ve been called the spawn of the devil. “It’s unbelievable what goes on in here every day, ” Tzortzatos said.
And on Friday, she said, a crazed squatter burst into the shop and demanded that workers fill a 10-gallon container of water.
When they refused, “he banged it on the ground and started yelling” and threatened the staff, she said.
“He said he was entitled to have it for free.”
What happens when there are no more businesses to give parasitical scum whatever they demand for free? We’ll find out after Obama taxes and spends us into economic ruin.

221st Signal Co.- Attack on Long Binh & Widow's Village
Amazing that the Wash Post would actually print this about Obama.
Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as an inscrutable and disturbing phenomenon, a baffling breed of mass hysteria akin perhaps to the witch craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder, did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many into thinking he could manage the world's largest economy, direct the world's most powerful military, execute the world's most consequential job?
Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer"; a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, so often did he vote "present") ; and finally an unaccomplished single term in the United States Senate, the entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions. He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as a legislator.
And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama's "spiritual mentor"; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president?
Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal:
To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an outspoken hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like Bill Ayers, would have lasted a single day. But because Mr. Obama was black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberaldom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were a bit extreme, he was given a pass.
Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass -- held to a lower standard -- because of the color of his skin. Podhoretz continues:
Police will get tough on Occupy D.C. protesters
Metropolitan Police Chief Cathy L. Lanier said Monday that her department is adjusting its tactics in response to Occupy D.C.’s “increasingly confrontational and violent” demonstrations, following the actions of other U.S. cities looking to evict — or at least crack down — on what officials are characterizing as unruly protesters.
The chief’s tough talk changed the tone of what had been about a month of congenial relations between protesters and authorities. It came after a Friday night incident in which several people attending a downtown event where the protesters were demonstrating were hurt.
Uncivil Disobedience
Isn’t anyone asking why the municipalities under siege have not responded more aggressively to the rioters that are engulfing them? Why are the mobs permitted to camp where no camping is allowed, vandalize property, block traffic, harass citizens, and rape and loot each other? They are not exercising their right to free expression anymore than someone who yells fire in a crowded theater. They are disturbing the peace – big time. They are a public nuisance, and an unsanitary threat to health, and that’s only for starters. Even a cursory reading of municipal statutes would find other more serious infractions.
One reason the authorities appear helpless in the face of the onslaught is that Obama’s Bullies use a tactic called “occupy the courts” when arrested, to stretch out court proceedings, straining city budgets, and making apprehension uneconomical.
I'm embarrassed: Jacksonville NC Police Ban Pro-Lifers from City Sidewalk ‘In Case Car Jumps Curb’
MORE========This has got to be one of the dumbest and lamest excuses for passing a city ordinance I’ve seen in a long time.
The city of Jacksonville, NC has passed an ordinance requiring pro-lifers in groups as small as 2 people to obtain a permit in order to pray outside the local abortion clinic. When Dr Bartolo and other pro-lifers gathered on the public sidewalk in front of the abortion clinic, the police asked them to move and sited the ordinance.
When asked to justify the ordinance, the police chief cited safety concerns in case a car ran off the street, jumped the curb and hit one of the protesters.
That makes as much sense as the city ordinance in Ft. Huachuca, Arizona that states it is illegal to shoot a buffalo on city streets. Not only are there no buffalo in or around Ft Huachuca but there never have been.
Peter Breen, spokesman for the Thomas More Society, said that their organization has filed a lawsuit against the city for the violation of the group’s First Amendment rights to free speech and their right to peaceably gather. In his comments, Breen stated,
Taking Executive Orders Too Far
These are frustrating times for the President. Having been swept into office with a seemingly strong mandate, he enjoyed a Congress controlled by members of his own party for the first two years of his term. However, midterm elections brought gridlock and a close division of power between the two parties. With a crucial re-election campaign coming up, there is desperation in the president's desire to "do something" in spite of his severely weakened mandate.
Getting something done is proving to be a monumental task. This may be news to the supposed constitutional scholar who is now our president, but if the political process seems inconvenient to the implementation of his agenda, that is not a flaw in the system. It was designed that way. The drafters of the Constitution intended the default action of government to be inaction. Hopefully, this means actions taken by the government are necessary and proper. If federal laws or executive actions can't be agreed upon constitutionally- which is to say legally- such laws or actions should be rejected.
The vision of the founders was to set up a government that would remain small and unobtrusive via a system of checks and balances. That it has taken our government so long to get this big speaks well of the original design. The founders also knew the overwhelming nature of governments was to amass power and grow. The Constitution was to serve as the brakes on the freight train of government.
But the Obama administration, like so many administrations in the 20th century, chooses to ignore the Constitution entirely.
Adultery Web-Site Nominated for National Business Award in Britain
Global Personals, a company that set two websites for online dating, has been nominated for the National Business Awards in Britain. There’s nothing wrong with online dating sites when dating has the goal of creating families; in fact, in the modern world where the pace of life and career growth have killed the traditional ways of meeting prospective spouses, online matching services can remedy the situation to a certain extent. But Global Personals has cornered a specific niche on the market: It offers dating services for married persons who are searching for illicit affairs. To put it bluntly, it is a company specialized in encouraging and promoting adultery; it makes money by helping men and women cheat on their spouses.
For over 1,200 years adultery in England was considered a felony, a very serious crime according to the English Common Law; philandering could lead to a death sentence for both men and women. The traditional family was considered the backbone of the English society and any open assault against it was regarded as worse than treason. Kings like Henry VIII may have had their mistresses but they were careful to not make it public; the English society has always been very sensitive to infidelity, and a King who would not honor his oath to his Queen could expect his subjects to treat him with just as much loyalty as he would show her. The Seventh Commandment, “Though shalt not commit adultery,” was interpreted by the church to apply to all kinds of oaths, not only the marriage vow, and therefore a man who was cheating on his wife was expected to violate his other vows too.
Chinese communist "gets it"
"If you look at the troubles which happened in European countries, this is purely because of the accumulated troubles of the worn out welfare society. I think the labour laws are outdated. The labour laws induce sloth, indolence, rather than hardworking. The incentive system, is totally out of whack."Why should, for instance, within [the] eurozone some member's people have to work to 65, even longer, whereas in some other countries they are happily retiring at 55, languishing on the beach? This is unfair. The welfare system is good for any society to reduce the gap, to help those who happen to have disadvantages, to enjoy a good life, but a welfare society should not induce people not to work hard."--Jin Liqun, the supervising chairman of China's sovereign wealth fund
The way the laws are written in the US, not only is there no incentive to get off welfare, there are incentives to not get married (singles can collect more welfare than a married couple), one of the factors in the erosion of the family unit among the poor in the United States:
Obama: I'll Put My Record Against Any President
He has obviously lost his mind.
========
MOREPresident Barack Obama told financial supporters Monday that changing the culture of Washington is probably the biggest part of his agenda that remains unfinished but he would put his legislative record "up against any president in their first term.""The challenge we have right now is fixing our politics. Making sure that we've got the kind of politics and governance here in Washington which is responsive to the needs of the people, not the needs of special interests, that brings out the best in us and not the worst in us," Obama said at a Washington, D.C., fundraiser.
"That is probably the biggest piece of business that remains unfinished. That's probably the area where we've been most stymied over the last three years. My legislative record, our administrative record, I'll put up against any president in their first term," he said.
Where Are Your Papers?
“Your papers!” In old movies, the demand is barked at trembling travelers by a Nazi with a guttural accent. If the demand is made in the opening scene, then the audience knows immediately that they watching a totalitarian state in which travelers are in danger.“Your papers!” now rings out at every American airport and border crossing. The accent is different but travelers need to recognize with equal immediacy that a totalitarian state is playing out in front of their eyes, and they must be careful.
A passport is where the security theater begins. Indeed, without a passport those who wish to fly or cross a border are not “allowed” to be scanned, searched, interrogated, or undergo a plethora of other indignities imposed by uniformed thugs. The hoops through which passport carriers jump are all prelude to “permitting” them to exercise a right belonging to every freeborn person: the right to travel.
Things were not always this way. It is important to remember that there once was a world in which people traveled freely across borders without paperwork to visit families, pursue education, conduct business, and mingle. Freedom worked once. It enriched the world economically, culturally, and psychologically.
European nations pioneered many if not most aspects of the modern passport. The passport as an official permission or protection, and not merely as identification, arose because of armed conflicts. In the 17th century, sea voyaging was key to trade, travel, and the maintenance of empire. With some frequency, war interrupted that flow. Therefore, neutral vessels were granted passports or “sea letters” from a port of departure, which permitted them to journey in safety.
By the mid-19th century, mandatory passports had largely disappeared from Europe and Asia, with Czarist Russia and the Ottoman Empire being prominent exceptions. The change was largely due to three factors. First, governments were pressured to open up borders so that goods and services could flow across an increasingly industrialized Europe. Second, the period between the last Napoleonic War (1815) and World War I was unusually peaceful. Third, railroads now dominated travel. Their speed and the sheer number of travelers made traditional methods of checking documents impractical.
Thus, with trade and peace, mandatory passports declined.
