A federal judge ordered the Department of State Wednesday to produce for The Daily Caller News Foundation the security training records of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her aide Huma Abedin within two weeks, or face direct deposition of multiple government officials.

“I’m sure you can appreciate Mr. Lee, there is a certain time sensitivity on this issue,” U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon told Department of Justice Attorney Jason Lee, representing the State Department. “We’re looking down the barrel of a presidential election from now in two months.”

ATF’s June 2016 Explosives Industry Newsletter included a
brief discussion of Nitrocellulose, and attempted to clarify the circumstances under which wetted Nitrocellulose is considered a high explosive under 27 CFR, Part 555.

As with all explosives, ATF’s focus is on the potential public safety risks associated with materials that can be misused or diverted to unlawful purposes. Subsequent contact from industry members who import, transport, store or employ wetted Nitrocellulose in the production of ammunition, however, has brought to our attention issues that were not fully addressed in the Newsletter and require further consultation and consideration with the industry.

Accordingly, ATF has and will conduct further industry outreach concerning wetted Nitrocellulose. In the interim, previously authorized industry practices concerning wetted Nitrocellulose will not be affected.

Soros Memos Paint Picture of a Power-Hungry ‘God’

George Soros should scare the hell out of anybody with a lick of sense.

Born a Hungarian Jew, his first job was working for the Nazis in World War II, helping to confiscate the property of Jews who were being rounded up, a job he not only never expressed any regret for, but that he described as one of the finest times of his life.

He has described himself, and the power he has as a billionaire, as being like a mad god.

“Next to my fantasies about being God, I also have very strong fantasies of being mad,” Soros said in an interview on British television.

And he certainly has considerable power to back up his fantasies, including the power to make the video clip of his famous 60 Minutes interview, or leaked documents from his Open Society Foundations, virtually disappear from the Internet.

Among the documents that were downloaded by various news outlets before they vanished, there are numerous eye-openers that clarify exactly how deep Soros’ various schemes go, and paint a picture of a man who can manipulate markets, order around governments and arrange coups wherever he likes.

Soros comes about as close to a comic book supervillain as you can get in real life. Honestly, he could give Lex Luthor or Doctor Doom a run for their money.

Among the revelations found so far in the Soros documents:

What Voters and Taxpayers Should Know about Amnesty

Via Mike

immigration_reform_RS

Toward the end of President Ronald Reagan’s eight years in office ending in early 1989, his Attorney General, Ed Meese, asked him what he considered his biggest regret. According to Meese, Reagan told him that it was signing the 1986 Amnesty. Reagan had been uncomfortable with the concept of amnesty and reluctant to sign the bill, but he was persuaded by “moderate” Republicans that the numbers would not be significant, and compromise was necessary to get the Democrats to vote for badly needed enforcement provisions of the bill.

Reagan was persuaded that the amnesty would apply to no more than a million illegal immigrants in the country. The actual number was approximately 2.7 million thanks to weak enforcement of the provisions of the amnesty and rampant fraud—at least 25 percent. Moreover, the number of illegal immigrants in the country had obviously been underestimated.

In addition, the Democrat and liberal Republican promises to implement the enforcement measures of the 1986 bill were ignored, and illegal immigrants continued to pour into the country.

By 1990, Congress realized that illegal immigration was even more out of control and created the Jordan Commission to study immigration issues and make recommendations to Congress. The Jordan Commission report and recommendations were released in 1995 and presented to Congress in 1997.

Donald Trump will travel to Mexico City on Wednesday for a meeting with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, just hours before he delivers a high-stakes speech in Arizona to clarify his views on immigration policy.

Peña Nieto last Friday invited both Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton to visit Mexico, his office said in a statement provided to The Washington Post on Tuesday night.

Trump, sensing an opportunity, decided over the weekend to accept the invitation and push for a visit this week, according to the people in the United States and Mexico familiar with the discussions.

Late Tuesday, Trump and the Mexican president confirmed on Twitter that they will meet Wednesday.

 https://d3i6fh83elv35t.cloudfront.net/newshour/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/RTX2D6QU-1024x683.jpg

Some have suggested that Donald Trump has hidden support among voters who are unwilling to say publicly where they stand because they’re fearful of criticism. We won’t know for sure until Election Day, but Republicans are clearly more reluctant than Democrats this year to say how they are going to vote.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 17% of Likely Republican Voters are less likely this year to let others know how they intend to vote compared to previous presidential campaigns. Just 10% of Likely Democratic Voters say they are less likely to tell.

Among voters not affiliated with either major party, 25% say they are less likely this year to say publicly which presidential candidate they will vote. Unaffiliateds have leaned in Trump’s direction in recent weeks in our White House Watch survey but also have been the biggest supporters of Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Clinton and Trump have been running nearly even in our surveys for weeks.  When either of them takes a lead, it’s generally been within our +/- 3 percentage point margin of error.

ATF Reclassifies Wetted Nitrocellulose as Explosive Materials Under Federal Laws

In an Explosives Industry Newsletter issued in June 2016, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) reclassified wetted nitrocellulose [also known as flash paper, flash cotton, guncotton, and flash string] containing greater than 12.6 percent nitrogen as a high explosive under the federal explosives laws.

As explained below, this is a dramatic and sudden change in agency policy with a significant impact on the ammunition industry. The new policy was announced in a newsletter without any opportunity for industry input.

The Russia-Israel romance

Via Billy

Valdimir, a Muscovite taxi driver, is astonished that Israel, a tiny little country "that's all desert and sand" exports its fruit and vegetables all over the world -- including to Russia, where Israeli produce has become a common sight in Moscow, and even to the country's periphery.

But it doesn't end with carrots and potatoes. In general, Russia holds a positive view of Israel as an exciting, developed country. It is beguiling to many Russians as a tourist destination, and if anything stands in the way of increased Russian tourism, it is the fact that Israel is more expensive than other vacation locales.

This has proved beyond a doubt that tourism to Israel can help create a positive image for the country. The many Russians who have visited Israel since the visa requirement was canceled have changed the way Israel is viewed by the Russian public. Almost anyone you meet in Moscow has a friend, relative, or acquaintance who recently visited the Holy Land and came back with tales of its wonders.

These positive stories add up to create more and more circles of support for Israel.

A Candidate's Death Could Delay or Eliminate the Presidential Election

The presidential election could be delayed or scrapped altogether if conspiracy theories become predictive and a candidate dies or drops out before Nov. 8. The perhaps equally startling alternative, if there's enough time: Small groups of people hand-picking a replacement pursuant to obscure party rules.

The scenarios have been seriously considered by few outside of the legal community and likely are too morbid for polite discussion in politically mixed company. But prominent law professors have pondered the effects and possible ways to address a late-date vacancy.

"There's nothing in the Constitution which requires a popular election for the electors serving in the Electoral College," says John Nagle, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame, meaning the body that officially elects presidents could convene without the general public voting.

"It's up to each state legislature to decide how they want to choose the state's electors," Nagle says. "It may be a situation in which the fact that we have an Electoral College, rather than direct voting for presidential candidates, may prove to be helpful."

Obama’s VA Cemetery Confederate Flag Ban Intended to Further Divide and Inflame

Via Iver

Our_Heroes_and_Our_Flags_1896
Under “progressive” rules for what is now deemed historically acceptable, it’s fair to ask how much longer this lithograph will be housed in the Library of Congress before it’s burned.

“The Veterans Affairs Department quietly moved this month to ban flying of Confederate flags from fixed flagpoles at the cemeteries it runs, striking yet another blow against the controversial emblem,” The Washington Times reports. “Congress had debated and rejected that change, but the Obama administration decided to move forward anyway, saying it was unilaterally imposing the restrictions.”

So much for separation of powers. So much for checks and balances. And the gutless Congress, terrified of being called “racist,” lets that larger principle slide, no matter the damage an imperial presidency does to freedom.  Besides, the “Republican”-controlled House already caved before that provision was ultimately dropped from a VA funding bill.

What this latest move does is disallows Confederate flags to be flown on Memorial Day and Confederate Memorial Day.  Rules for placing small flags on individual graves have not been rewritten – yet.

Why is the administration bringing this up now? The same reason it was brought up earlier: For cynical political gain. That and to paint anyone opposing “progressive” subversion as a racist.

Filmlog: Three for the Resistance

confederate flag wwii

World War II has provided a vast amount of material for cinema in Europe, America, and Japan.

Some if this is superb. Much of it is hokey entertainment and propaganda. We perhaps did not realise how hokey until the horrors of D-Day were portrayed in Saving Private Ryan. That useful dose of realism deserves to be set off against Stephen Spielberg’s many sins against culture.

Belonging to a conquered and occupied people, I am interested in the fate of small nations in that period of history and their resistance to totalitarian invaders. Here are three good films in that line, perhaps somewhat known, but not as well known as they deserve. And that relate to aspects of the World War II era not very familiar to Americans.

Soldier of Orange (Soldaat van Oranje, 1977) portrays the Dutch resistance and government-in-exile. The motives and characters of the leaders, their relations with their British hosts, and their underground operations in the homeland are shown with apparent authenticity. Rutger Hauer is the lead—this in the days before he moved to Hollywood and devoted himself to cheap action flicks.

The Last Lieutenant (1993) is a Norwegian gem. Espen Skjonberg is a merchant marine captain who has just retired in anticipation of spending golden years with his wife. Then the Nazi invaders arrive.

He is impelled to do what he can in defense of his small, beleaguered, and betrayed nation. Critics have said that the picture of historical events is not realistic, though the story is a quite plausible portrayal of people in an impossible situation. The confusion, futility and heroism of the resistance appear in telling fashion. More to the point, The Last Lieutenant is a celebration of individual courage that reminds one of the Scandinavian sagas, although without the boasting. (The film bears no relationship to a book about Iwo Jima with the same title.).

Having paid attention to the barbarous Germans, we should turn attention to the barbarous Russians. The Winter War (Talvisota, 1990) relates the experience of some Finnish reservists called up for the bitter defense of their country from the invading Communist hordes in the winter of 1939-1940. A tale of ordinary men behaving extraordinarily. And of course, an antidote to the pro-Communist flavour of much of Hollywood’s production.

Perhaps, if there is interest, then more can be said in the future about examples of this kind of film. These are portrayals of free men fighting against tyranny under hopeless odds. Except for Revelation and Resurrection, what nobler tale is there in human history? These are the kinds of stories that once stirred the hearts of Americans—before we became ourselves the imperial bullies.

At our last flag raising in Danville, Virginia, we asked for help from the attendees to collect the funds needed to pay for the 30' x 50' flag that was raised on Hwy 29 that day. We were absolutely thrilled when the Danville community ended up giving more than twice the needed amount, so that we not only covered the cost of the world's largest Confederate Battle Flag, but we were also able to order new flags for several of the other 13 Danville flag sites.

Today, our friends at Sky High Poles have been busy changing out flags, including this beautiful new Army of Tennessee Battle Flag now flying at the very first Danville Memorial Battle Flag Site, on 58 at the main bridge into town.

Maintaining these sites is a challenge, and we could not do it without the outpouring of community help and support that we have received, especially in Danville.  MANY THANKS to all of our supporters who have contributed to help raise and maintain these flags, and to the men who serve as guardians of the flags...in Danville, and across the Commonwealth!

As far as I am concerned, the DHS is every bit as corrupt as the FBI – particularly under the “leadership” of Jeh Johnson who, as we all know, is an appointee of the Kenyan comrade Dear Ruler.
Why not just go ahead and put George Soros in charge of running the election – if he is not already pulling the strings off stage. Somehow I think the result would be the same.
This idea smells, and I am holding out little hope that the worthless congressional RINOs will do anything meaningful to stop it.
The election is still two months away, as such, there is still ample time to bring in independent people to oversee the process.
Should that not happen then we will know the “fix” really is in.

Experimenting with Government Social Programs

 http://a.abcnews.com/images/Politics/gty_george_wallace_mi_130610_wmain.jpg

Former Alabama Governor George Wallace recalled: “My father used to tell me that poverty and illiteracy in the South resulted from the way in which we were treated after the war when they burned the schools down, burned the railroads, just desecrated the South. We are just now overcoming the effects of that tyranny and of the iniquitous Thaddeus Stevens [the Radical Republican leader in Congress], who wanted nothing but vengeance.” Wallace felt himself as one of the South’s “rural proletariat,” and committed himself to “rid the region of what he considered a Northern-imposed inferiority.”
Bernhard Thuersam, www.Circa1865.com   The Great American Political divide

Experimenting with Government Social Programs

“Most Southerners of the [postwar] – and their progeny, including George Wallace – viewed the period of military occupation as cruelly harsh . . . [but] for Southerners, “the unforgiveable reality was not that military rule was unbearably strict or unreasonably long but that it had been imposed at all; what mattered was that the bayonets had glittered among a people who had complied, whatever their reluctance and misgivings, with the Lincoln program for Reconstruction, only to find that the rules had changed as the political winds shifted.

Military rule (but not military occupation) ended in most States in 1868. By then, however, the federal Reconstruction Acts had placed the South’s political structure firmly under the control of [Republican] Radicals who, in practice if not in law, hand-picked governors, legislators, judges, tax collectors, and postmasters.

Many of the jobs were lucrative political plums that lent themselves to graft and payoffs. Legislators were bribed to sell railroad holdings to speculators for next to nothing. An Alabama editor of the time complained that “inside the State capitol and outside of it, bribes were offered and accepted at noonday and without hesitation or shame,” which helped “to drive capital from the State, paralyze industry, demoralize labor, and force the [best] citizens to flee Alabama as a pestilence, seeking relief and repose in the wilds of the distant West.”

Bribes and frauds notwithstanding, Reconstructions greatest dollar cost to the South came from enormous (and frequently wasteful) legislative spending on new programs fostered by the novel and, for the time, somewhat extraordinary notion that social responsibility was a function of the government.

These programs involved not only the establishment of free public school systems for white and black children but also the construction of insane asylums, hospitals, roads, and bridges. Despite extravagances and often misused funds, America’s first integrated governments – [Southern] legislatures comprising blacks, carpetbaggers and scalawags – were experimenting with social programs that State governments in the North had never before financed.

But these largely noble experiments were undertaken at the expense – financially and psychologically – of Southern white landowners, who saw the American republic’s traditional rights and values being overturned by what seemed to them a motley collection of blacks, Northern usurpers and Southern traitors.

In formal as in common speech . . . “the United States are” became “the United States is.” But to Southerners, the end of the war – the War Between the States, as most Southerners would refer to it for at least the next 125 years – meant encroaching federalism and government involvement in theretofore private sectors.

Thenceforth, at least well into the heyday of George Wallace, Alabamians would distrust and often detest the federal government, or at best, view it with deep misgivings.

In Barbour County, the defeated whites told their children and grandchildren horror stories of Reconstruction that would burn into their memories: black constables “paraded the streets,” administering “powers of sovereignty” over whites; federal troops carried off or killed farm animals, burned cotton, and plundered stores and homes; once-wealthy families were reduced to penury; local leaders were arrested on trumped-up charges; most whites were prohibited from voting in local and State elections while blacks, induced by threats, money or liquor, were permitted to vote two or three times each for candidates sympathetic to the Radicals.”

But, let me be as blunt as "local, local, local": at some point those who survived and even put up some sort of resistance and right now, we don't even know against whom we might be resisting, will have to coalesce.  Wars are not won on the battlefield, they are won at the treaty table. One does not get a seat at the treaty table unless they have made such a nuisance of themselves that they are requested to sit at the treaty table.  No group of individuals, 20-30, will be asked to sit and have leverage to rise up from the table and continue the shenanigans.

It has been no secret that Russia is building up its forces in the Arctic region as the Kremlin covets and wants to protect future access to the natural resources in the region.

Russia is also actively preparing to militarize its eastern coastline with large numbers of troops to be garrisoned from near the U.S. border in Alaska to the Kuril Islands in the south, currently disputed with Japan. The new forces scheduled to arrive in 2018 will be as close as 85km to the US border.

Speaking at a Defense Ministry meeting on Tuesday, Sergei Shoigu confirmed that “there are plans to form a coastal defense division in 2018 on the Chukotka operational direction.”

The minister added that this decision was actually made in July 2015, and is part of a plan to establish a unified system of coastal defense stretching from the Arctic in the north to the Primorye Territory in the south.

An American Muslim convert allegedly bought illegal grenades from an undercover FBI agent and was stockpiling ammunition in an underground container, according to federal court records unsealed Monday in Detroit.

Interviews found in court records portray Sebastian Gregerson, aka Abdurrahman Bin Mikaayl, as a “homegrown violent extremist” who amassed an arsenal to carry out an attack while cheering mass killings in Paris and Orlando, the Detroit News reported.

Both the FBI and the Detroit newspaper parroted the language of the Obama administration, referring repeatedly to Gregerson as a “home-grown violent extremist” who seemingly just randomly fell into a state of allegiance to the Islamic State, also called ISIS.

Near the end of the Detroit News article the newspaper finally gets around to telling its readers that Gregerson, 29, converted to Islam after high school and worked as an employee of the Minneapolis-based Target store chain.

 They want self-government back.

Haunting this year’s presidential contest is the sense that the U.S. government no longer belongs to the people and no longer represents them. And this uneasy feeling is not misplaced. It reflects the real state of affairs.

We have lost the government we learned about in civics class, with its democratic election of representatives to do the voters’ will in framing laws, which the president vows to execute faithfully, unless the Supreme Court rules them unconstitutional. That small government of limited powers that the Founders designed, hedged with checks and balances, hasn’t operated for a century. All its parts still have their old names and appear to be carrying out their old functions. But in fact, a new kind of government has grown up inside the old structure, like those parasites hatched in another organism that grow by eating up their host from within, until the adult creature bursts out of the host’s carcass.

This transformation is not an evolution but a usurpation.

Located in Miami, Florida SOUTHCOM is one of nine unified combat commands in the Department of Defense (DOD). It’s responsible for providing contingency planning operations and security cooperation in Central and South America as well as the Caribbean. A SOUTHCOM Army colonel told the paper that in 2015 more than 30,000 migrants who entered the U.S. through the southwestern border were from countries of “terrorist concern.”

The debacle that is U.S. Syria policy is today on naked display.

NATO ally Turkey and U.S.-backed Arab rebels this weekend attacked our most effective allies against ISIS, the Syrian Kurds.

Earlier in August, U.S. planes threatened to shoot down Syrian planes over Hasakeh, and our Iraq-Syria war commander, Lt. Gen. Stephen Townsend, issued a warning to Syria and Russia against any further air strikes around the city.

Who authorized Gen. Townsend to threaten to shoot down Syrian or Russian planes — in Syria?

When did Congress authorize an American war in Syria? Is the Constitution now inoperative?

Crime Knockout Attack Caught on VIDEO: Man Dies After ONE Sucker Punch

knockout attack sucker punch
In what police are calling a completely “random” knockout attack, a man was sucker punched once in the head by a young black male, causing the victim to stumble to his death.
The knockout attack happened in Philadelphia. Surveillance footage shows three black males between the ages of about 16 to 20 standing in front of a man and staring at him. One of the suspects approached the victim – identified as 30-year-old Mardoqueo Sincal Jochola – and punched him in the head. As Jochola fell to the ground, dead, the three assailants fled the scene.

According to Lt. Philip Riehl of the Philadelphia Police Department, “He all of a sudden, without any notice throws a punch, and it’s clear the victim never saw it coming.”

Confederate Memorial Hall and Jack Daniels

 Frank_Armstrong_Crawford_Vanderbilt

In 1935 the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC) constructed Confederate Memorial Hall as a residence for girls at Nashville’s Peabody College. Originally residents who were descendants of Confederate veterans and agreed to become teachers were granted free room and board. The school and dormitory were acquired by Vanderbilt University in 1979. Earlier this month university chancellor, Nicholas Zeppos, announced that the name “Confederate” will be sandblasted off of the building.

Ironically, it is unlikely that Zeppos would be paid anything close to his $2.2 million salary except for the Confederate sympathies of Cornelius’s second wife, Frank Crawford Vanderbilt, and the contributions of countless Confederate descendants over the years. It is equally unlikely that any of the school’s prominent graduates—including Board of Trust members who appointed Zeppos—would have even attended the university.

Through the husband of one of her cousins, the Mobile, Alabama native persuaded the Commodore to donate $1 million to fund the university in 1873. Among the few who attended their wedding was a former Attorney General of the Confederacy and a former Confederate lieutenant general. Six years earlier the Commodore was among several prominent Northerners who posted bail for the prison release of former Confederate President Jefferson Davis.

Upon granting his gift Cornelius explained that it was intended to “contribute to strengthening the ties which should exist between all sections of our common country.”

=================================================

Fox sports announcer, Clay Travis, is one Vandy graduate who is objecting to the sandblasting. Consequently, the Jack Daniels distillery is revoking a modest advertising contract with him. Jack Daniels is owned by Brown-Forman whose Board Chairman is Garvin Brown, IV and is located at 850 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40210

Insane World: Feminists Defend Migrant Rapists, Attack White Knights

Barbro Sörman, a feminist politician said rapes aren't that bad when non-Western men do them
Barbro Sörman, a feminist politician said rapes aren’t that bad when non-Western men do them

In yet another strange twisting of logic, Swedish feminists say they would rather be raped by migrants and refugees rather than saved from rape by local men. They also say rape is worse when Swedish men do it rather than when the immigrants they love so much do it. What a strange, socially engineered world we have entered in the 21st century.

Earlier this year, when around 200 Swedish White Knights attacked rape-fugees to defend Swedish women, these girls spun up a really neat collective hamster rationalization and attacked the men who were defending their honor instead of rapists. Here’s what they did:
Feminists created the hashtag #inteerkvinna (translated as #notyourwoman) where they spewed their hatred over racism, fascism, white men and many other things that can be loosely tied to the events with some cognitive dissonance. In short, they made a collective tantrum on social media over the fact that white European men are standing up to the rape-fugees.
It has been said women invite, men invade. Call it a societal shit test in which women have evolved psychological and sociological behaviors that test to see which group of men has the stronger seed, the invaders or the locals. So far, the invaders are winning and will be the ones women increasingly support and breed with, as they continue to select for brutes instead of nice boys.

The feminists even went so far as to say “It’s YOU I’m afraid of” to Swedish men, the same men who are unbelievably the descendants of Vikings now completely de-balled by their own government. A Swedish feminist politician named Barbro Sörman said it’s “worse” when Swedish men rape than when the wonderful refugees do it:

We Are Alt Right!

The Anti-Society: The Alt Right Is Tired Of Living In Mordor

As the Alt Right reflects on its recent rise to prominence, a battle has emerged for defining the group. Its constituent components — white nationalists, libertarians, conservatives, traditionalists — are each asserting their beliefs in an effort to shape the understanding of the Alt Right.

The problem with this approach is that it fights on the surface, and fails to look at the motivation behind the rise of the Alt Right, and more importantly, its acceptance outside the margins of political discussion.

Racial problems will not go away, Leftists will not stop until they go Full Communist, and the media cabal running our nations intends to harm us.

From a thirty thousand foot view, the rise of the Alt Right is not perplexing: Leftism had seventy years in the time between the end of World War II and the present day to make good on its promises.

Police Officer Prays with Flood Victims, Red Cross tells Him to Stop!

Via Billy

Apparently, that whole First Amendment, Freedom of Religion thing is kind of passé for some people at the Red Cross down in Lafayette, Louisiana. I mean, how else could you explain their decision to condemn a police officer for having the audacity to pray with flood victims in need of help?

This past week police officer Clay Higgins stopped by the local Red Cross shelter after work to see how he could be of service to the hurting people of his community. Higgins was still in uniform and carrying a Bible as he spoke and prayed with local residents. After a few minutes on scene he was approached by a Red Cross volunteer who told him that the Red Cross had taken issue with what he was doing and wanted him to leave.

“He said the Red Cross had an issue with me being there. So I asked him what the problem was. He looked down at my Bible and he gestured and said, ‘They have a problem with that.’”

Higgins then asked to see a supervisor, and that supervisor told him that he needed to leave their facility.

Trump By A Landslide?

Via Billy

https://themarshallreport.files.wordpress.com/2016/04/landslidecxylatbumaeqvij.png?w=660

If we believe the mainstream media and the Establishment it protects and promotes, Trump has no chance of winning the presidential election. For starters, Trump supporters are all Confederate-flag waving hillbillies, bigots, fascists and misogynists. In other words. "good people" can't possibly vote for Trump.

Even cartoon character Mike Doonesbury is fleeing to Vancouver to escape Trumpism. (Memo to the Doonesbury family: selling your Seattle home will barely net the down payment on a decent crib in Vancouver.)

For another, Trump alienates the entire planet every time he speaks.
The list goes on, of course, continuing with his lack of qualifications.

But suppose this election isn't about Trump or Hillary at all. Suppose, as political scientists Allan J. Lichtman and Ken DeCell claimed in their 1988 book, Thirteen Keys to the Presidency, that all presidential elections from 1860 to the present are referendums on the sitting president and his party.

If the public views the sitting president's second term favorably, the candidate from his party will win the election. If the public views the sitting president's second term unfavorably, the candidate from the other party will win the election.

17-year-old to be charged with bus assault on 5-year-old

Via Nancy

Parents of a 5 year-old girl are furious. They say security video, taken on a Bamberg school bus, shows her being hit. Now, the 17-year-old accused of hitting her has a warrant out for his arrest.

Jasmine's parents want to know why the high school student was allowed to ride the bus in the first place.

Terry Peters says he immediately noticed the mark on his little girl's face when he picked her up from after school care on Thursday. "I'm very upset! I'm mad," Peters said.

He says the daycare workers told him 17 year old Tavon Walters, a high school student, hit his daughter on the bus ride from the schools to the after school program. "He had reached over that seat and telling another girl if you don't hit her then I'm going to hit her for you," the father said.

Anthony Weiner Busted Sexting...Again

Via Billy

Anthony Weiner, disgraced former New York Congressman and NYC Mayoral candidate has been busted again sending explicit text messages to a "40-something divorcee" according to the New York Post. This is the third time Weiner, who is married to longtime Hillary Clinton aid Huma Abedin, has been caught up in a sexting scandal; the first incident forced his resignation from congress while the second scuttled his New York City mayoral bid.

Photos of disgraced congressman and his digital paramour were leaked to the press, and include cringe-inducing shots of a bare-chested Weiner, several shots of his crotch, and one particularly disturbing image in which Weiner's son appears in the background.

As I have done nearly everyday since I left the state of Florida, I would post the Colors of the Southern Cross. On this Sunday morning of August 28, 2016, I would post them in the picturesque town of Sylva, North Carolina, at the red light that heads east into downtown Sylva, and west towards Western Carolina College, for some two hours holding conversations with the many who stopped, and in so many instances posing for photos.

I would later make my way west for approximately 2 miles , and come to a stop at the entrance of War Mart where  my previous routine would began again. Three young women would stop and ask of me where I was heading next? When I related to them FLORIDA,  the next question was why?

I told them that during the first American Secession, Paul Revere road through the streets shouting, the British are coming. He was immortalized. Monuments were built of him, with the words inscribed, roads and schools bore his name. No matter that many Brit's still believe that this secession was illegal, and that America is still the property of the British Crown.

During America's second Secession,  a baby boy that bore the honorable Givens name, ran through the streets of Tampa,  Florida shouting, the Yankees are coming! He now lies in the cemetery in downtown Tampa, with a plaque bearing his name His actions enabling the citizens to repel the carnage that would surely have been carried out by the northern army with orders to do so. This time secession was legal, while the invasion was not.

No monuments were built, no schools or roads in young Givens name. Only the graves of the Southern soldier's who would hear his cry, alongside others who now lie nearby. Their resting places now being vandalized because of a Southern Governor who would perpetuate a lie. Their honorable vilified, their lives given,  now taxed to shame. The memory and accounting of the honor earned by their African family, who loyally served and supported the Confederate Cause in an humble and noble capacity now forced into oblivion by those who write the schoolhouse books.

And not to forget the print media who excuses the North and the then supposed civilized world, to include the African Kings who were all complicit in the economic institution of slavery,  and most of the evil associated with it.

I told these babies, and the crowd that now surrounded me to listen, that FLorida had now become the new cesspool of Southern social and cultural genocide, to include the eradication of the teachings in the Christian Bible, and all memory of Jesus Christ. I as a messenger had to tell the people of this unholy game that was being played out again.

God bless you!

Is Earth being contacted by ALIENS? Mystery radio signals coming from a sun-like star baffle scientists

Two SETI research groups will track HD 164595 tonight using the Allen Telescope Array (pictured) in northern California and the Boquete Optical SETI Observatory in Panama A spike in radio signals coming from the direction of a sun-like star has excited astronomers.

The signals seem to be originating from a sun-like star known as HD 164595 in the constellation Hercules, around 95 light years away.

Scientists suggest they are likely to be the result of a natural phenomenon, such as 'microlensing', in which the star's gravity strengthens and focus signals from elsewhere.

But astronomers have also asked Seti (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) to take a closer look at whether they could be a message from ET.

Burns Chronicles No 26 Firearms Not Allowed

 http://outpost-of-freedom.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/mouse-trap.jpg

What happens when one law says that you can and the other law says that you can’t? Well, let’s enter the world of Perplexity and see what we can find.

To begin, we have to look at Count II of the Superseding Indictment. In the Indictment, it reads like this:

(Possession of Firearms and Dangerous Weapons in Federal Facilities)

(18 U.S.C. §§ 930(b) and 2)
On or about January 2, 2016, and continuing through February 12, 2016, in the District of Oregon, defendants [lists names of Defendants], and aided and abetted by each other and by others known and unknown to the grand jury, did knowingly possess or cause to be present a firearm or dangerous weapon in a federal facility located at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, and counseled, commanded, induced and procured the commission thereof, with the intent that the firearm or dangerous weapon be used in the commission of a crime, to wit: 18 U.S.C. § 372, Conspiracy to Impede Officers of the United States, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 930(b) and 2.

So, let’s put that into English, in simple terms, “On or about January 2, 2016, and continuing through February 12, 2016 [The Defendants] did knowingly possess or cause to be present a firearm or dangerous weapon in a federal facility located at the Malheur National Wildlife Refugewith the intent that the firearm or dangerous weapon be used in the commission of a crime, to wit: 18 U.S.C. § 372.

The first cited statute, 18 US Code §930(b) reads:

(b) Whoever, with intent that a firearm or other dangerous weapon be used in the commission of a crime, knowingly possesses or causes to be present such firearm or dangerous weapon in a Federal facility, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

Did those who occupied the Refuge “intend” to shoot anybody; use firearms to force people to leave their duties (18 US Code §372); or, have any other intent than to protect themselves?
