Migrant sex attacks will spark confrontation with Islam in Europe – intelligence chief

Via Billy

Patrick Calvar and riots following the sex attacks

"There will be a confrontation between the far right and the Muslim world."

Mr Calvar's comments have come as the former MI6 boss Richard Dearlove also said that Europe faced a "populist uprising" if Governments do not take control of the migrant crisis.

Security experts in Germany have also warned Chancellor Angela Merkel that the middle class was becoming increasingly radicalized because of her open borders migrant policy.

Patrick Calvar, chief of the Directorate General of Internal Security, told members of the French parliamentary commission: "We are on the brink of civil war."

He said that the situation in France is on such a knife edge that it could just take one more major Islamist terror attack to lead to a huge right-wing backlash.

Speaking to the leading French newspaper, Le Figaro, Mr Calvar said: "This confrontation I think it will take place.

Referring to the victim of the Baton Rouge shooting, Obama added that, “even those who dislike the phrase ‘Black Lives Matter,’ surely we should be able to hear the pain of Alton Sterling’s family.” (The pain, asshole, you mean for this punk who had been arrested 8 times?)

Prominent Black Lives Matter activist DeRay Mckesson said Wednesday he is attending a meeting with President Obama designed to help mend frayed ties between law enforcement and the communities they serve.

“We are at the @WhiteHouse right now for a 3-hour convening w/ President Obama re: the recent events in #BatonRouge & across the country,” Mckesson tweeted Wednesday.

Mckesson wrote he will be joined by fellow activist Brittany Packnett and Minneapolis-based Black Lives Matter leader Mica Grimm.

EXECUTIVE ORDER

- - - - - - -

UNITED STATES POLICY ON PRE- AND POST-STRIKE MEASURES TO ADDRESS CIVILIAN CASUALTIES IN U.S. OPERATIONS INVOLVING THE USE OF FORCE

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct as follows:

Section 1. Purpose. United States policy on civilian casualties resulting from U.S. operations involving the use of force in armed conflict or in the exercise of the Nation's inherent right of self-defense is based on our national interests, our values, and our legal obligations. As a Nation, we are steadfastly committed to complying with our obligations under the law of armed conflict, including those that address the protection of civilians, such as the fundamental principles of necessity, humanity, distinction, and proportionality.

Ginsburg: It Could Have Been Worse. Scalia Could Have Lived.

You think I’m exaggerating with that headline? I wish I were. Justice Scalia and Justice Ginsburg were friends, we were told. I bet Justice Scalia believed it. But this New York Times interview suggests . . . something different:
One of the 4-4 ties, Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association, averted what would have been a severe blow to public unions had Justice Scalia participated. “This court couldn’t have done better than it did,” Justice Ginsburg said of the deadlock. When the case was argued in January, the majority seemed prepared to overrule a 1977 precedent that allowed public unions to charge nonmembers fees to pay for collective bargaining.
A second deadlock, in United States v. Texas, left in place a nationwide injunction blocking Mr. Obama’s plan to spare more than four million unauthorized immigrants from deportation and allow them to work. That was unfortunate, Justice Ginsburg said, but it could have been worse.
“Think what would have happened had Justice Scalia remained with us,” she said. Instead of a single sentence announcing the tie, she suggested, a five-justice majority would have issued a precedent-setting decision dealing a lasting setback to Mr. Obama and the immigrants he had tried to protect.

They may finally end civilization as we know it.  Currently they  spread like kudzu. Herewith a few notes from my favorite technical publication, the Drudge Report. It may convince you that the robots are upon us like ants on a sandwich.

Inside ISIS: Quietly preparing for the loss of the ‘caliphate’

Via Billy

Even as it launches waves of terrorist attacks around the globe, the Islamic State is quietly preparing its followers for the eventual collapse of the caliphate it proclaimed with great fanfare two years ago.

In public messages and in recent actions in Syria, the group’s leaders are acknowledging the terrorist organization’s declining fortunes on the battlefield while bracing for the possibility that its remaining strongholds could fall.

At the same time, the group is vowing to press on with its recent campaign of violence, even if the terrorists themselves are driven underground. U.S. counterterrorism experts believe the mass-casualty attacks in Istanbul and Baghdad in the past month were largely a response to military reversals in Iraq and Syria.

Search warrant: Baton Rouge police officers spotted butt of gun in Alton Sterling's pocket, saw him reach for weapon

Via Billy

Police officers spotted the butt of a handgun in Alton Sterling’s front pocket and saw him reach for the weapon before opening fire, according to a Baton Rouge Police Department search warrant filed Monday that offers the first police account of the events leading up to Sterling’s fatal shooting.

Two officers, since identified as Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II, arrived at the Triple S Food Mart on North Foster Drive about 12:30 a.m. July 5 after a 911 caller said a person matching Sterling’s description “threatened someone with a gun standing outside” the convenience store, according to the affidavit submitted as part of a search warrant for the surveillance video equipment from the store.

Sterling, 37, refused orders from the two officers to place his hands on the hood of a car as they approached him outside the store, where Sterling regularly sold CDs and DVDs, according to the warrant.

The officers used stun guns on Sterling and “were attempting to subdue the subject” when they “observed the butt of a gun in (Sterling)’s front pants pocket,” the affidavit says.

When Sterling “attempted to reach for the gun from his pocket, the officers fired their police-issued duty weapon at the subject to stop the threat,” the affidavit says. “The subject was shot multiple times and did not survive his injuries.”

Shooting of 3 men in Virginia captured by Facebook Live camera

Via John "This is the sort of thing racist Democrats SHOULD talk about, but can't.......
Why talk about a REAL problem that exists for many thousands each year (but makes your policies look bad) when you can pretty much INVENT a problem that barely exists and only for a handful of people but makes your policies look good.  Don't be an idiot; all this racial strife is drummed up for political purposes in this election year. Black voters need to be motivated to vote for someone they don't like or want: Hillary.  Will you let them get away with it?"

Three Virginia men were wounded by a hail of gunfire in a shooting recorded on Facebook Live video, police said on Wednesday, another example of the phenomenon of violence being streamed online. The men were shot shortly after 6 p.m. on Tuesday in Norfolk, about 150 miles (240 km) south of Washington, police said in a statement. The three, two of them 27 and one 29, were taken to a hospital. One is in critical condition.

Transcendentalism: The New England Heresy

 Emerson.Ralph

In 1855 Putnam’s Monthly carried an article by the Reverend Thomas Wentworth Higginson describing an African village. The villagers, according to Higginson, were “active, commercial geniuses,” who enjoyed “a remarkable language, and an even more remarkable recollection of proverbs.” In fact, they resembled New Englanders. They were mechanically inventive and commercially fruitful. Their advanced culture was described by Higginson in glowing terms.

Unfortunately nobody—then or later—has ever been able to locate that village.

Sir Richard Burton did, however, locate Agboney, the capital of Dahomey in West Africa, in 1863.

Burton described an execution shed where sacrificial victims were sedated on stools, tied to poles, and fed four times a day. They wore long white nightcaps, calico shirts and shorts. Burton watched as these individuals were placed in wicker baskets and hurled to their deaths off a high cliff. After that, various unpleasant mutilations were committed on their cadavers.

Sheriff David Clarke: "Have we heard from the cop-hater in chief yet about this?"

Via Billy

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke has become the voice of law-abiding conservatives across the country. He appeared on Fox News’ Fox and Friends Friday morning to add some context to the recent events that have unfolded in our country. Needless to say, Clarke is not happy with the mass of liberals in America, and he lays particular blame at the feet of President Obama.

What can you say? This is horrible. Beyond belief for the American law enforcement community.

Obama Tramples on High Ideals of America, Fuels Black Lives Matter Racism

 http://static01.mediaite.com/med/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Bolling-300x209.jpg

There can be no dispute that Barack Obama was forced to wade through unprecedented bigotry in his speedy ascent to the most powerful perch in the world. His predecessor, George W. Bush, called it the “soft bigotry of low expectations.”

A street hustler with sterling academic bona fides — which are always suspect — Mr. Obama had never accomplished a single thing as a politician when he decided to run for president. In his 2008 campaign, he was most admired for not voting to invade Iraq — a vote that took place years before he joined the U.S. Senate.

Yet not even one year into his presidency, and while directing two hot wars, Mr. Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize “for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy between peoples.” He was heralded in particular for his unparalleled success in the Muslim world.

Indeed, the soft bigotry of low expectations exists nowhere so virulently as in the whitest confines of Nordic lands and elite American academia.

The insultingly low bar set for President Obama, however, gave even those American voters who could not support his candidacy or policies some glimmer of hope.

Swing-state stunner: Trump has edge in key states

Via Billy

05_Donald_Trump_5_ap_1160.jpg

Did Donald Trump really just surge past Hillary Clinton in two of the election's most important battlegrounds?

New swing-state polls released Wednesday by Quinnipiac University show Trump leading Clinton in Florida and Pennsylvania — and tied in the critical battleground state of Ohio. In three of the states that matter most in November, the surveys point to a race much closer than the national polls, which have Clinton pegged to a significant, mid-single-digit advantage over Trump, suggest.

The race is so close that it's within the margin of error in each of the three states. Trump leads by three points in Florida — the closest state in the 2012 election — 42 percent to 39 percent. In Ohio, the race is tied, 41 percent to 41 percent. And in Pennsylvania — which hasn't voted for a Republican presidential nominee since 1988 — Trump leads, 43 percent to 41 percent.

Robber with AK-47 shot by Waffle House customer, DeSoto police say

DeSoto police have identified the suspect in an aggravated robbery at a Waffle House last week.
About 2:30 a.m. Thursday, police were called to the Waffle House in the 1500 block of North Beckley Avenue, where they found a man shot in the parking lot.

Customers told police that the man had come into the restaurant, armed with an AK-47, and robbed numerous people as well as the business.

One customer, who was legally carrying a concealed handgun, followed the robber into the parking lot because he was afraid for the safety of his wife, who was on her way to the Waffle House.

In Ethnic America, Thomas Sowell observes:
American pluralism was not an ideal with which people started but an accommodation to which they were eventually driven by the destructive toll of mutual intolerance in a country too large and diverse for effective dominance by any one segment of the population. The rich economic opportunities of the country also provided alternative outlets for energies, made fighting over the division of existing material things less important than the expansion of output for all, and rewarded cooperative efforts so well as to make it profitable to overlook many differences.
Racial, ethnic and religious differences can be overlooked as long as there are rich economic opportunities, but absent this expansion of output for all, pluralism collapses and explodes into mutual resentment, finger pointing and violence, and we’re only at the beginning of this hell.

Those on the lowest rungs have a near monopoly on street crimes (as opposed to boardroom heists). Perennially at the economic bottom, blacks crowd American prisons. The right attribute this to the natural outcomes of inequality between races. The left blame it on racism.

Trump Says Supreme Court Justice Ginsberg Should Resign

Via comment by Quartermain on Sheriff Arpaio: This is a war on cops . It will be...

Trump Demands Supreme Court Justice Ginsberg Resign
Earlier this week, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg violated the code of conduct for federal judges when she trashed Donald Trump.
The code states federal judges should not “publicly endorse or oppose a candidate for public office.” Although Supreme Court justices are not bound by the code, Chief Justice John G. Roberts has said the court adheres to it.

Donald Trump responded to Ginsberg’s unethical comments by sending out one of his scathing tweets. He questioned her mental fitness and demanded she resign.

Hillary And Bernie Sitting In A Tree...

Via comment by JWMJR on Reboot America: Step Back From The Brink Before It...

So now Bernie Sanders shows his true colors by endorsing Hillary.  All the stories about Bernie's so-called integrity and standing on his socialist principles have just been proven the lies that anybody with any common sense always knew they were.
This just goes to show that like all godless communists Bernie has a price. Besides a check with an obscene number of zeros, written to an untraceable offshore bank account, I have no doubt that Hillary maneuvered to remove him from the the DC political scene by promising the Ambassador's post in Havana where he can commiserate his final years away with Fidel, Raoul and whatever other despicable exiles and scofflaws the Castro brothers are giving seaside condos while the rest of the populatuon plots how to build boats to take them to Florida.
The only question that remains is how many of his dedicated if naïve supporters will defect to Trump in November and how many will simply just stay home?
That Hillary is just as crooked and the system is just as rigged as Trump says it is gets more apparent evey day. The choice is between acceleration into the abyss of corruption, lies, fascism and war or a leap into the unknown.
