Mother Of Benghazi Attack Victim: I Blame Hillary Clinton For The Death Of My Son, "She Deserves To Be In Stripes"
Via Billy
At the Republican National Convention, Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith who died in the 2012 attack in Benghazi, blames Hillary Clinton personally for her son's death.
"I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son. personally. in an e-mail to her daughter Hillary Clinton blamed it on --shortly after the attack-- terrorism, but when I saw Hillary Clinton, she lied to me and then called me a liar," she said.
"Since then," she continued. "I have repeatedly asked Hillary Clinton to ask plaintiff may the real reason why my son is dead. I'm still waiting. Whenever I call the State Department, no one would speak to me because they say I am not a member of the immediate family..."

Baton Rouge shooter Gavin Long was killed by SWAT team
Via Billy
The Baton Rouge shooter was armed to the teeth and “extremely accurate” in his ambush that killed three cops and wounded three more.
Gavin Long, 29, executed three cops in cold blood before being gunned down by a sharpshooting member of the Baton Rouge Police Department SWAT team that took him out from 100 yards away.
The chilling sequence of events began when Long, a former Marine from Kansas City, Mo., closed in on a car wash, seeking to sneak up on a police officer.
“He came in here from somewhere else to do harm to our community, and specifically to our law enforcement community,” Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards said.
As Long snuck around, using “tactical” movements reflecting his training as a Marine, he ignored civilians, Col. Mike Edmonson, of the Louisiana State Police said.

NC: 7 Top Compact Concealed Carry Self-Defense Handguns for New Shooters
Probably the hottest segment of the handgun market is in guns that fit the concealed carry mode. As a trainer who teaches concealed carry certification in my state of North Carolina, I regularly meet a whole new class of gun owner who may have never owned or even fired a handgun until recently.
Certainly, almost any handgun can be carried and used in a defensive situation, but there are certain parameters that truly match the concealed carry citizen’s need. The guns listed aren’t chosen for their level of usefulness for highly trained operators, but rather because they’re easy to learn to shoot well and are powerful and reliable enough to serve as excellent defensive tools.

Obama, Not Cops, Stoking Racial Tensions
Via Billy
Cleveland, which has thousands of Republicans, protestors and police converging in its congested downtown area, is especially on edge after the killing of police officers in Baton Rouge on Sunday morning. President Obama's remarks later that day didn't particularly help.
Hours after three Baton Rouge police officers had been killed, and two others injured and one was clinging to life, Obama took to the podium in the White House to decry the attacks.
"Nothing justifies violence against law enforcement," he said. "Attacks on police are an attack on all of us and the rule of law that makes society possible."
So far so good. But then Obama went on to blame "inflammatory rhetoric" and "careless accusations thrown around to score political points or to advance an agenda," and complained that "around-the-clock new cycles and social media (that) sometimes amplify these divisions," as do "political conventions."
The mainstream press, all gathered in Cleveland for the Republican National Convention, took Obama's cue and started blathering on about how the GOP needs to tone down its rhetoric.
But it's not generic political rhetoric -- and most emphatically not Donald Trump's rhetoric -- that has fueled the spate of cop shootings. It is specifically anti-cop rhetoric, which has sought to portray police officers as inveterate racists who are randomly and wantonly killing innocent black people.
And it is this rhetoric that Obama himself has been aiding and abetting for years.

Good News: Elite school’s ‘exceptionally racist’ diversity head will not return
Via comment by Quartermain on No More After Nice, let’s stop the nonsense.
The diversity director of an elite Manhattan prep school who teaches white students as young as 6 that they’re born racist and benefit from “white privilege” will not be returning in the fall, the Bank Street School for Children confirmed.
A school spokeswoman insisted the exit of Ivy League-educated Anshu Wahi was not precipitated by last month’s Post exposé on the Upper West Side school’s radical diversity program, explaining that Wahi stepped down for personal reasons unrelated to complaints about the program.
Parents who complained to The Post aren’t buying it. They revolted after “the exceptionally racist” diversity coordinator introduced increasingly anti-white propaganda into the private school’s curriculum.
A mug to remember.

Black Community News: Warning: The Real Power and Purpose Behind the ‘Black Lives Matter’ Movement
Via Iver via Knuckledraggin' My Life Away
Whatever
legitimacy the “Black Lives Matters” (BLM) movement may have is lost in
its funding from one George Soros. Mr. Soros is the major financial
source responsible for funding the leftist movement in America. (See
link for list of left wing organization funded by George Soros.
(http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=977). These left-wing groups supported by Soros have one thing in common: to transform America.
Groups like ACORN and Occupy Wall Street are a disruptive influence in our culture and seek to divide and transform our society into a Marxist design. Linked to this disruptive scheme is Black Lives Matters through Soros support and funds.
What we are witnessing in the BLM movement in simple terms are the deliberate efforts by the liberal progressives in America under the influence of Marxism to infiltrate and manipulate the black community. What’s behind their dastardly plan is to replace capitalism with socialism and to ultimately remove the influence of our Judeo-Christian heritage from the public square.

3rd Baltimore police officer acquitted in Freddie Gray death
Via Billy
A judge on Monday found the highest-ranking officer charged in Freddie Gray's arrest and death not guilty on all counts, dealing a devastating blow to prosecutors, who have now tried four of the six officers initially indicted without winning a conviction.
Judge Barry G. Williams acquitted Lt. Brian Rice, 42, of manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office after a week-long bench trial, finding that Rice didn't commit a crime when he loaded Gray into a police transport van without seat-belting him. Gray suffered a fatal neck injury as he was being taken to a police station.

4 1/2 Stars: Slavery Was Not the Cause of the War Between the States: The Irrefutable Argument.
Via Gene Kizer
This book proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that the North did not go to war to free the slaves or end slavery. The North went to war because it faced economic annihilation and a Southern competitor that controlled the most demanded commodity on earth: cotton. The North's economy was based mostly on manufacturing for the South and shipping Southern cotton around the world. Cotton alone was 60% of U.S. exports in 1860.
When the South seceded, the Northern economy began a dramatic collapse, and by war time, there were hundreds of thousands of hungry, unemployed Northerners in the street --- and the "tocsin of war" sounded. Economically ignorant Northern leaders then passed the astronomical Morrill Tariff that threatened to destroy the Northern shipping industry by rerouting trade away from the high-tariff North and into the low-tariff South. The Morrill Tariff was like pumping gasoline into an already raging fire. Abraham Lincoln was the first sectional president in American history. He was president of the North, and the North was clamoring for war. He saw an opportunity to start it without appearing to be the aggressor, so he took it. Thus, he started a war that killed 800,000 men and wounded a million.
The idea that the good North was so outraged over slavery that they marched armies into the South to free the slaves is an absurdity of biblical proportions and this book proves it.
