Commie Merkel says refugees didn't bring Islamist terrorism to Germany

Via Billy

Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Wednesday refugees had not brought terrorism to Germany, adding that Islam belonged in the country as long as it was practiced in a way that respected the constitution.

More than a million people fleeing war and poverty in the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere arrived in Germany last year. The mood towards them has soured after a spate of attacks on civilians last month, including three carried out by migrants.

Two of those attacks were claimed by the Islamic State militant group.

NC: Gun rights. Perhaps.

https://s3.amazonaws.com/media.dth/28648_gunzf.jpg

Two writers of letters to the editor today espouse the belief that if Hillary Clinton, Democratic presidential nominee, is elected in November, owners of firearms have nothing to fear, that she won’t lift a finger to purge the Bill of Rights of the Second Amendment.

While she has said she wants “common sense gun safety” laws, they assume she would oppose any measure banning firearms.

Perhaps.

After a horrific mass murder by a deranged maniac in Tasmania, says Mark Keefe IV, editor in chief of American Rifleman, the Australian government confiscated all citizen owned firearms because Leftists believed guns were the problem.

But that couldn’t happen in the United States.

Why not?

Can the 2016 Election be Rigged? You Bet

Via comment by Quartermain on Hillary's Weird Behavior: The Cover-Up

 http://lastresistance.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/rigged-elections.jpg

Donald Trump has said publicly that he fears the next election will be rigged. Based both on technical capability and recent history, Trump’s concerns are not unfounded.

A recent study by Stanford University proved that Hillary Clinton’s campaign rigged the system to steal the nomination from Bernie Sanders.

What was done to Bernie Sanders in Wisconsin is stunning.

Why would the Clintons not cheat again?

The issue here is both voter fraud, which is limited but does happen, and election theft through the manipulation of the computerized voting machines, particularly the DIEBOLD/PES voting machines in wide usage in most states.

POLITICO profiled a Princeton professor — who has demonstrated how the electronic voting machines that are most widely used can be hacked in five minutes or less! Robert Fitrakis Professor of Political Science in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department at Columbus State Community College has written a must-read book on the strip and flip technique sued to rig these machines.

Professor Fitrakis is a Green Party activist.

A computer hacker showed CBS how to vote multiple times using a simple $15.00 electronic device.

Every wonder what can possibly happen on a foreign aid humanitarian mission? Well, have a look. Now, I don’t want to make fun of this because this is a horrifying thing and the survivors will be in a living hell. But I will say this: I humbly suggest that every American demand our money back from the United Nations. How long have we been carrying water for this pathetic joke of a “peacekeeping force” that can’t seem to keep any peace, defend anybody, or stop “Never Again” from never again and again and again all over the place?

‘Xenophobia is Highly Rational and Justified’: Police Chief

Via comment by Quartermain on Hillary's Weird Behavior: The Cover-Up

 Xenophobia

A Norwegian police chief has spectacularly broken ranks to express his professional opinion that high and sustained levels of crime committed by migrants more than justifies concern about foreigners, and that increasing immigration “leads to more rapes”.

Writing in response to an opinion piece by a philosopher in the Norwegian daily newspaper  Haugesunds Avis, Police Inspector Thomas Utne Pettersen argues that while he agreed that rich nations like Norway had an “ethical and moral obligation” to help those in need, those wary of foreigners were not misled.

Donald Trump’s 2nd Amendment Warning Was on Target

 GettyImages-464187776

Last week Donald Trump issued a warning about the defense of the 2nd Amendment. He warned that 21st Century patriots might defend the 2nd Amendment against Queen Hillary with the same passion as 18th Century patriots defended it against King George.

For the ignorant or willfully forgetful, the patriots of 1789 who wrote the United States Constitution believed that the rights enumerated in the Constitution and Bill of Rights are rights that all citizens have as natural rights, as gifts from our Creator, not as grants from a benevolent government.

Moreover, speaking of King George, the American patriots declared, “A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”

Serbia: Radical Party leader denounces Biden's Belgrade visit, endorses Trump

Via Billy

Hundreds of supporters of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) denounced the visit of the Vice President of the United States Joe Biden to the Serbian capital Belgrade on Tuesday. The crowd marched through the streets of Belgrade, headed by SRS leader Vojislav Seselj, before being stopped en route to the Presidency of Serbia by riot police.

SOT, Vojislav Seselj, Serbian Radical Party leader (Serbian): "We gathered here today to protest because the criminal and villainous Joseph Biden has once again, with his presence, defiled sacred Serbian land."

SOT, Vojislav Seselj, Serbian Radical Party leader (Serbian): "We came here, brothers and sisters, to tell him [Biden] that regardless of how much the leaders that govern Serbia at the moment crawl in front of him, that Serbia does not love him, that Serbia hates him, that Serbia finds Joe Biden disgusting."

SOT, Vojislav Seselj, president of the Serbian Radical Party (Serbian): "But the time has come for America to erase a dark shadow from its history. The time has come for these bandits to leave the political scene. America now has hope and a future. America now has Donald Trump."

SOT, Vojislav Seselj, president of the Serbian Radical Party (Serbian): "He is one of the few high ranking American politicians who asked for forgiveness from the Serbian nation because of the bombing [of Serbia in 1999]. He is honest, he is honorable, he brings peace to mankind and returns pride to America."

Texas: 3 out of 5 voters would rather leave than stick with Hillary presidency

Via Billy

http://luckypuppy.net/BLOG/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/FORWARD-HILLARY-2016.gif

As the battle between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump heads into the home stretch, Texas is shaping up as a microcosm of America as an increasingly bipolar country.

According to poll results from Public Policy Polling released Tuesday, three out of five Texans said they would support seceding from the United States if Hillary Clinton becomes president.

Donald Trump leads 50 percent to Hillary Clinton’s 44 percent after a recent poll of Texans by a left-leaning polling firm. According to the results from PPP, only one out of four Texans support seceding from the U.S. generally.

But when faced with the idea of a President Hillary Clinton, a majority of Texans said they’d rather leave, the Houston Chronicle reported.

TRUMP Brings on Record-Setting Breitbart CEO Steve Bannon to Lead Campaign

Via Billy

bannon breitbart news
Robert Costa ✔ @costareports
Huge rallies. Gloves off. Brutal fights with Clinton. Heavy emphasis on nationalism and populism. That's the Bannon strategy.

The Trump campaign announced on Tuesday they were bringing in Stephen Bannon, the executive chairman of Breitbart News LLC, the parent company of the Breitbart News Network, as chief executive of the Trump campaign.

Under his direction, Breitbart News smashed company records in July generating 192 million pageviews, 31 million unique visitors, and 89 million sessions.

Bannon’s track record makes him the perfect choice to help steer the Trump campaign to victory in November.

This also shows Donald Trump’s willingness to reach outside of the box and bring in nontraditional resources with successful track records to guide his campaign.

Truly, this is a leadership quality we have not seen in the GOP for years.

America to hand off Internet in under two months

Via Billy

http://content-img.newsinc.com/jpg/1602/31279714/42292767.jpg?t=1471450860

The Department of Commerce is set to hand off the final vestiges of American control over the Internet to international authorities in less than two months, officials have confirmed.

The department will finalize the transition effective Oct. 1, Assistant Secretary Lawrence Strickling wrote on Tuesday, barring what he called "any significant impediment."

The move means the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority, which is responsible for interpreting numerical addresses on the Web to a readable language, will move from U.S. control to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a multistakeholder body based in Los Angeles that includes countries such as China and Russia.

Critics of the move, most prominently Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, have pointed out the agency could be used by totalitarian governments to shut down the Web around the globe, either in whole or in part.

Rats and Republicans

 Patrick Henry

 The Abbeville Institute

Never knew for sure where the expression came from that my grandmother voiced to my brother and me from time to time, “You lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas,” but whether or not it was original with her, that probably wasn’t vital to her concern; only the intent to make a point for her grandsons.

I’d like to pass it along to Ted Cruz. If the Senator (I’m from Texas) thought he could, as Ronald Reagan mistakenly thought as well, come into the Republican party’s party and with a slight finger snap or pursed lips “psst” reveal himself as a dog whisperer and clean the political fleas from the ghastly flotsam of party-political neocons and pseudo-intellectual hounds from hell, he either isn’t as smart as I think he is or he fell for the same madness that the aforementioned Reagan did. Men like Rudy Giuliani, Chris Christi, Mike Huckabee, Lindsey Graham and the prize of flea carriers Haley Barbour (I grew up in Mississippi) are as principled as their Democrat counterparts with their Lady MacHillary.  Please note that three of the preceding names are Southerners. As well it should be remembered that Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton are Southerners. Bushes 41 and 43 are such only in the Carpetbagger sense.

It has been said (naturally by the media) as least an infinite number of times that Ted Cruz hasn’t a friend in the Senate—lo not a friend in Washington! That alone is why I will vote (my privilege, not my right— ironically a republican principle) for him again given the chance. But, as Reagan learned, though never apparently understood, Republicans are not conservatives of tradition. They are only conservatives of their political house. Fact is, the present nominee, Donald Trump, the reincarnate P.T. Barnum, will, if elected (unlikely) issue “executive orders” with greater ferocity than any of his predecessors.

Reagan left the Democrat party and later saw the light though the illumination of Barry Goldwater’s Conscience of a Conservative. When the party apparatchiks of the day, Bill Stanton, George Romney, Nelson Rockefeller, et al ad nauseam submarined and sabotaged Goldwater, Reagan had to take the long view (as all politicians do) and lean toward the Nixon center. Volia`, once Gerald ford stumbled through the two and a half years of stupidity and Carter followed with (if it were possible) four years of even more stupidity Reagan was ready to bring the true meaning of Jefferson-Calhoun conservatism to Washington because his backers could spell Goldwater. Reagan wasn’t a Southerner, but so what? Carter was, but he was just another political rascal.

In 1981 Ronald Reagan became the 40th president. His Nixonian colors were not long in being hoisted when he gave in and withdrew a Southerner’s, M.E. Bradford, name as chairman for the National Endowment for the Humanities (for an excellent read see McClanahan’s and Wilson’s book Forgotten Conservatives in American History) This was the Ronald Reagan who was supposed to be the reason for the past twenty years that Southern Democrats needed to convert to Republicans.

Ronald Reagan had learned states’ rights at the knee of Goldwater. In his heart we assumed, like everyone, that Reagan knew Goldwater was right. Principles such as nullification and federalism could be discussed without the authors being called hate mongers. What many Southerners failed to realize was that Reagan wasn’t swept into the White House with a cadre of conservatives in his wake, but in fact was swept in by the brooms of the Neo-conservatives. But then he had made his bed when he left Goldwater.

I don’t know if the South will ever get its own limited, local and independent government(s) but, personally, I’m sure that it will not come through the Republican party. The advice of those who are so sure that the GOP is the answer, reminds me of the thoughts of Patrick Henry, the great Virginia patriot who refused to attend the convention to alter the articles of confederation: “I smell a rat!”
For a smell of rats, look again at some of the names above.

Obama’s Depraved Diplomacy: From Arab Spring to the Rise of ISIS

 Obama’s Depraved Diplomacy

In early June this year, Judicial Watch obtained a de-classified document produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency, which was sent personally to Hillary Clinton, the State Department, and other top Obama Administration officials. Breitbart.com reported on it a few days later.

Dated in August 2012, this intelligence information report identified Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) as being one of the principal elements the U.S. and its allies were supporting in their opposition to the Assad Government in Syria. It stated that the “Salafists,” Muslim Brotherhood (MB), and AQI are the major forces driving the insurgency against the Assad Syrian Government. It noted that AQI was speaking through the spokesman of the Islamic State of Iraq, Muhammad Al Adnani. [Al Adnani is now the chief spokesman for the current version of the Islamic State, also called ISIS. Both the MB and AQI are salafist organizations—fundamentalist reformers wanting to return to the days of Muhammad and his companions, the first Caliphs. “Salfafists” as a group in this context probably refers to the Hamas terrorist group, who are the backbone of the “Free Syrian Army” insurgents.]

The report said that AQI had supported the Syrian opposition (rebels) from the beginning, both ideologically and through the media. AQI declared its opposition to the Assad Government because it considered it a sectarian regime targeting Sunnis. AQI conducted a number of operations in several Syrian cities under the name of Jaish Al Nusra (Victorious Army), one of its affiliates.

The intelligence report also predicted the rise of a broad Islamic State forming from segments of Al Adnani’s group. [This group, in fact announced itself to be part of the Islamic State and Caliphate in June 2014, and Al Adnani was named by the State Department as a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist’ in 2014]
