Jerry Falwell Jr.: GOP Elites Are Meeting Regularly – Plotting To Take Down Trump Before Election

Via Billy

 falwell-dobbs

Don't doubt it for a minute.

Jerry Falwell, Jr.: The whole story just fell in my lap about six or eight weeks ago. I got a phone call from someone who is very close to the top establishment candidates and the Republican Party, people who wanted to be president over the last four or five years. He told me, “Jerry something strange is going on. They’re meeting regularly. And they tell me it is a certainty that Donald Trump will not be the nominee on November 8th. And I called one of Trump’s attorneys and I told him about it. There were no more details than that. So there’s nothing anybody could do. But then when I saw what happened this weekend, and I saw how quickly all the usual suspects jumped on it and started to call on Trump to step down as the nominee… It was just too much of a coincidence… It really tells me it was some sort of conspiracy. I went to the proper authorities and told them what I was told. It’s probably too late to prosecute anybody… It’s not only despicable. I think it maybe rises to the level of criminal behavior…

…I think it rises to the level of people who were candidates in the last four years or five years. And so it’s very high level.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio to face criminal charges for immigration patrols

FILE - In this Jan. 9, 2013, file photo, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio speaks to reporters in Phoenix, Ariz. A judge will hold a hearing in Phoenix, Ariz., Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016, to discuss legal issues raised by a recommendation that prosecutors file a criminal contempt-of-court case against Arpaio. The hearing falls the day before early voting starts in Arpaio's bid for a seventh term as metro Phoenix's top law enforcer. (AP Photo/Ross D. Franklin, File)

 Go, Joe go! :)

Prosecutors said Tuesday they will charge Sheriff Joe Arpaio with criminal contempt-of-court for defying a judge’s orders to end his signature immigration patrols in Arizona, exposing the 84-year-old lawman to the possibility of jail time.

The announcement in federal court sets in motion criminal proceedings against the sheriff less than a month before Election Day as he seeks a seventh term as Maricopa County sheriff. The 2016 election cycle has also seen Arpaio take a prominent role on the national stage, appearing alongside Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on several occasions.

A judge previously recommended criminal contempt charges against Arpaio but left it up to federal prosecutors to actually bring the case. Prosecutor John Keller said in court that the government will bring charges, with the next step being a court filing possibly in the next day that’s akin to a criminal complaint.

Arpaio could face up to six months in jail if convicted of misdemeanor contempt.

Gun Control Advocate Kim Kardashian Beefs Up Security after Paris Robbery

Guns for me, but not for thee. :)

Reality TV star and gun control proponent Kim Kardashian is reportedly making significant increases to her security detail after being robbed at gunpoint in Paris earlier this month.

According to TMZ, Kardashian “met with some ex-special force members from the Israeli army, ex-CIA agents as well as former Secret Service members” after the robbery. She has now hired an unspecified number of former Secret Service agents as part of the effort to “[amp] up her security to Presidential levels.” The security detail will reportedly include “one team of 2 hired muscles (minimum) everywhere she goes” and the car in which she travels will be “armored.”

**************************
Perhaps one needed to be alive and cognizant of the political world in the 1990's in order to understand the absolute ridiculousness of the media's proclaimed prudishness when it comes to Trump's off-color remarks. They had no such blushing revulsion when they discussed presidential semen on a blue dress. Back then, it was "just sex" as if it was common for men in power to entice, seduce and engage in extra-marital sex with 20-year-old interns.
Even when Bill Clinton lied before a federal grand jury denying that sex took place between himself and Monica Lewinsky, the prudes in the media championed his excuse that everyone lies about sex. That it was common for men in power (though don't be a Republican and try it) to engage in sex and then lie about it to their wives and even the public when caught. It was natural. Which was news to men like myself, who were married and would consider such behavior a complete violation of trust and betrayal of the one steadfast partner I had in life.
But, this is the media today, openly advocating for one candidate for the presidency. Willing members of the campaign, rather than objective observers put there and given special access, even in the Constitution, to be the eyes and ears of a public much too numerous and raucous to do so themselves. Instead they offer us a half-blind and deaf version of the truth as dictated by Hillary Clinton without a shred of decency or moral obligation to bring forth the indictable charges that have been made and only the cowardice and corruption of the FBI kept from being pursued.
And yet, all of this pales against the cowardice of the Republican Party. Paul Ryan calls a meeting of the House Republican membership to do what? To distance himself from the Party's duly nominated candidate over some locker room type banter? He would rather stand with the Democratic Party's duly nominated candidate, because some rough man-talk bothers his sensibilities? It is this sort of cowardice that has, but for Trump, ended the GOP.
Paul Ryan wants to think that Donald Trump is a threat to the Republican Party, perhaps as a means of distancing himself from his own efforts at the same achievement. The betrayal after the 2012 election (where the Republican Party was handed the Senate as a means of countering the efforts of Barack Obama to do severe and permanent damage to the nation served only to give Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell the stage upon which to come out and announce that they would do none of the things promised before the election) effectively killed the Republican Party.
Trump is the duly nominated Republican candidate for president precisely because he is not one of the backstabbing cowards that fills the ranks of the Republican House and Senate. My only exception to this description is Steve King of Iowa.
Why is it that we have been subjected to the Marxist policies of the Democratic Party for so long? Because there are no backbones in congress. Given all the power in the world, they would do just as the Democrats have done. Paul Ryan's defection from sanity is just another example of the fact that the leadership of the Republican Party have no intent to serve their constituency but to serve some globalist view that they routinely deny they support.
If the Republican Party will not stand to demand that Congress use it's powers to deny obviously unconstitutional legislation and unconstitutional actions of the President; if it will not stand to demand its sole right to make law; if it will not stand to be a stalwart against unpopular, dysfunctional and illegal actions of the Executive Branch, but it will stand united against the people's choice of a presidential candidate because he has a potty-mouth, I am at a loss to understand its principles or its value.
Paul Ryan should be down on his knees begging forgiveness of Donald Trump, because if it were not for his candidacy, I doubt anyone would have been inspired to vote Republican at all. Paul Ryan and his ilk have already destroyed the Republican Party, because they stand for nothing. It is Donald Trump's actions against the Democrats and especially the Clintons, the rapists and criminals that they are, that move feet to the ballot box. Paul Ryan might benefit from it much, much more than his devious little mind will be able to grasp. But, what's new?

The Picture Gets Clearer Every Day.

In a previous set of leaks of Hillary's speeches to Wall Street interests she talked about the need to have both public and private positions on issues. Today we get another leak of Podesta emails stating that she "hates everyday Americans."

This has led to frantic spinning by her paid troll army about context. We are told it's the phrase "everyday Americans" she hates not the people themselves. What s load of horse shit.

These "everyday Americans" aren't quite as dumb as she would hope. It doesn't take a Harvard trained lawyer to figure out that these this statement of contempt and the pathetic attempt to spin it's clear meaning meshes together with the public vs. private statement quite seamlessly.

Mr. Trump was correct. She does have a hate filled heart. May it rupture in agony come Nov. 8th.

"I did not know Trump wore a *bullet proof vest (* He also CCW's) but I do not know why I just didn't assume this to be the case.  Hillary, it's just plain old common sense. Link
While it is the truth, the Clinton's play to the death, literally. Trump has been wearing a bullet proof vest since July 2015 for a reason.
His life is in danger every time he steps out of Trump Towers.
Trump humiliated Clinton last night badly in front of the whole world. As I wrote in an earlier column, if Trump is elected I believe Loretta Lynch will bail as Attorney General. I believe she should also be indicted for obstruction of Justice. One would think Trump would quietly ask for James Comey's resignation as FBI chief.
Trump would become a hero of this country if he appoints a new AG and FBI Director (who pass the senate) that open a real investigation and/or refer Clinton's email disaster as well as the Clinton Foundation to a special prosecutor. THAT's what Hillary Clinton fears more than anything else Trump throws at her.
Even 'Teflon Don' John Gotti's luck ran out; he died in prison.
Trump will not forget what Clinton's henchmen have done to him.
Likewise, Hillary will not forget the lashing she took Sunday night by Trump.
Republicans in the House are not going to give up on their investigations. Clinton doesn't care about them as long as Lynch and Comey remain in their jobs and, God forbid, she is elected. It's Trump in the White House that scares her and her masters. Hillary Clinton is a globalist who will go into the Oval Office with one goal and that is the total and complete destruction of our sovereign nation. Open borders, trade agreements that reduce us to rags made in other countries, continued massive unemployment and more. Like promising to raise taxes on the middle class (while the zombies at her event clapped and nodded their empty heads) and put all coal miners out of work. Yes, she said those things."

Vladimir Putin has cancelled a trip to Paris next week after the French government accused Russian and Syrian government forces of committing war crimes in Aleppo, amid a deepening diplomatic rift over the conflict there.

"The president has decided to cancel this visit," Dmitry Peskov, Mr Putin’s spokesman, said on Tuesday.

Iowa congressman says House GOP caucus rebuked House Speaker for abandoning nominee

Iowa Rep. Steve King rebuked House Speaker Paul Ryan during a Tuesday interview on “The Laura Ingraham Show” for saying Monday that he would no longer defend Donald Trump and would no longer campaign for the GOP nominee.

Though he fell short of officially pulling his endorsement, Ryan flatly confirmed he would no longer stand up for his party’s nominee on a conference call held with fellow Republican Congress members Monday. Instead, Ryan said he intends to focus his efforts on maintaining a Republican majority in Congress.

Remove Paul Ryan from the GOP, Speakership and replace him in the upcoming election.

Via Teri

Paul Ryan has repeatedly failed to represent the will of the people, advanced legislation antagonistic to Republicans and Republican principles and has, most recently, betrayed the Republican voters of this Country as well as his implicit duty to support the Republican Presidential candidate, Mr. Donald J. Trump (for whom the people voted in historic proportions).

Paul Ryan is not a Republican and, therefore, he should be removed from his Speakership position and replaced in his upcoming race.

Open-Borders Bombshell In Clinton's Leaked Speeches

Confidential: Do Not Forward

Read, Share and Discuss.

According to Politico, Hillary Clinton professed aspirations for an open-borders hemisphere in at least one of her recently-leaked paid speeches:
"'My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders, some time in the future with energy that is as green and sustainable as we can get it, powering growth and opportunity for every person in the hemisphere,' Clinton told a Brazilian bank in 2013."
The Associated Press and New York Times are also reporting:
"As she sought to burnish her image as an advocate of working America, Mrs. Clinton declared her opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership, Mr. Obama's 12-nation trade pact, and distanced herself from Nafta, which her husband signed into law.

But in a 2013 speech to a Brazilian bank, Mrs. Clinton took a far different approach. 'My dream,' she said, 'is a hemispheric common market, with open borders, sometime in the future.'"
Neither the moderators nor Trump raised Clinton's open-border comments in the debate Sunday night, but Jake Tapper asked her running mate, Tim Kaine, about it:
TAPPER: What about her position on borders? She says her dream - in this document - her dream is a hemispheric common market with open borders. Is that something that in the Clinton-Kaine administration we would see, open borders?
Kaine wouldn't say "yes" or "no" - replying only that he and Clinton "believe in comprehensive immigration reform" that includes border security. Kaine pointed to the 2013 Schumer-Rubio bill as an example. That bill would have doubled legal immigration and guest workers programs, weakened existing visa-enforcement law, and replaced E-Verify with a new verification system to be phased in at least 5 years after enactment (depending on groups suing to stop workplace enforcement).
A spokesperson for the Clinton campaign told the Daily Caller that Clinton's 2013 open borders statement was about "energy policy."
Clinton stated earlier in her campaign that her administration would not enforce legal limits on immigration except when violators were considered security threats, according to the Washington Post:
"'We are not going to be deporting hardworking people and breaking up families,' Clinton said. 'I've been on record for a year-and-a-half about this, and that will be how I direct the Department of Homeland Security to act.'"
Neil Munro puts Clinton's open-borders comments in a labor context:
"Each year, 4 million Americans turn 18 years old and enter the workforce. But, each year, the federal government also imports 2 million immigrants, guest-workers, refugees and asylum seekers and illegal immigrants. The inflow of professionals and workers drives down the salaries of American white-collar and blue-collar workers while boosting income for investors and employers."
Immigration redistributes approximately $500 billion a year from wage-earners to the investor class, according to the National Academy of Sciences. And pundits acknowledge that the disconnect between Main Street and Wall Street over immigration has become a presidential election issue, as Chris Matthews elucidates on Morning Joe (starting at the 6:45 minute mark):
"A lot of this support for Trump, with all his flaws which he displays regularly, is about the country - patriotic feelings people have, they feel like the country has been let down. Our elite leaders on issues like immigration, they don't regulate any immigration it seems....It's patriotic. They believe in their country. ....I think that is so deep with people that they're looking at a guy who's flawed as hell like Trump and at least it's a way of saying I am really angry about the way the elite has treated my country. And it's so deep that it overwhelms all the bad stuff from Trump. It's that strong. It's a strong force wind."
Chris Cillizza applauds Matthews' analysis:
"The distance between the financial circumstances and policy views of elites and the average person has never been wider. On trade. On immigration....On almost everything."
Jerry Kammer sees the "distance" Cillizza describes expanding right before our eyes. During the primaries, Bernie Sanders quickly rejected the notion of open borders in an interview with Ezra Klein, but - Kammer says - Sanders:
"...felt compelled to compete with Hillary Clinton for the title of most congenial to illegal immigrants. And now Clinton, who as a senator declared she was "adamantly against illegal immigrants" because she understood their negative effects, has committed herself to the all-in crowd..."
Michael Lind writes that mass immigration is attractive to wealthy elites mainly as a way to keep the costs of services down but cautions that open-borders rhetoric could ultimately "weaken national unity, to the benefit of sub-national racism, ethnocentrism, and regionalism." This, is what T.A. Frank dubs "the nightmare."
Lind writes that open-borders rhetoric alone serves a specific purpose:
"Pseudo-globalist rhetoric about a borderless, post-national world is intended mostly to justify policies undertaken by local national governments, not the United Nations or some other global agency. These policies include making it easier for corporations to offshore production or services....and suppressing wages to the benefit of some employers and some consumers by increasing immigration, both skilled and unskilled."
Clinton has promised an immigration increase within the first 100 days of her administration. Whether she ultimately aspires to a "hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders" is now a legitimate question that her campaign has yet to straightforwardly answer.

The New York Times Calls For Obama To Support A UN Resolution That Would Divide The Land Of Israel

Via Billy

time-clock-abstract-public-domain

While most Americans are focused on the endless circus surrounding Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, a drama of earth-shattering importance is playing out behind the scenes. Most people seem to assume that we don’t have to be concerned about Barack Obama anymore because his second term is scheduled to end in a few months, but the truth is that an absolutely critical decision is in his hands right now. Both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have said that they will not support a proposed UN Security Council resolution that would formally establish a Palestinian state, that would set the parameters for the new state, and that would grant them East Jerusalem as their capital.

So at this moment there is a tremendous amount of international pressure on Barack Obama to support such a resolution, because the U.S. veto power on the UN Security Council is the only thing standing in the way of formally dividing the land of Israel. I wrote about this in August, in September, and now I am writing about it again in October. If Obama is going to do this, it needs to happen by January 20th, 2017, and so for the next few months we are officially in “the danger zone.”

On Thursday, the New York Times editorial board added their voice to the growing chorus of those calling for a “parameters resolution” in a piece entitled “At the Boiling Point With Israel“…

Thomas Sowell: "Do you choose a President by talk -- or by actions and consequences?"

Donald Trump's gutter talk about women shows yet again that he is bad news. The problem is that Hillary Clinton is far worse.

Trump's talk is indefensible. But Hillary Clinton's actions as Secretary of State, carrying out the Obama administration's foreign policies, have cost many lives in many places, including the American ambassador and others killed in Benghazi.

Women have a right to be offended by Trump's words. But women have suffered a far worse fate from Secretary Clinton's and President Obama's actions. Pulling American troops out of Iraq, despite military advice to the contrary, led to the sudden rise of ISIS and their seizing of many women and young girls as sex slaves.

A message from one of these women urged the bombing of ISIS. She said she would rather be dead than live the life of a sex slave. Some women who tried to commit suicide and failed have been tortured for trying.

Donald Trump turned in perhaps the most effective performance in the history of presidential debates on Sunday night. (That's saying a lot coming from Buchanan)

As the day began, he had been denounced by his wife, Mike Pence, and his own staff for a tape of crude and lewd remarks in a decade-old “locker room” conversation on a bus with Billy Bush of “Access Hollywood.”

Tasting blood, the media were in a feeding frenzy. Trump is dropping out! Pence is bolting the ticket! Republican elites are about to disown and abandon the Republican nominee!

Sometime this weekend, Trump made a decision: If he is going down to defeat, he will go out as Trump, not some sniveling penitent begging forgiveness from hypocrites who fear and loathe him.

Gee, what unexpected news..............! :)

Noted conservative pundit Glenn Beck thinks Donald Trump has gone too far and has officially decided to endorse Hillary Clinton for president, to the shock of many.

"It is not acceptable to ask a moral, dignified man to cast his vote to help elect an immoral man who is absent decency or dignity," Beck wrote in a Facebook post Saturday. "If the consequence of standing against Trump and for principles is indeed the election of Hillary Clinton, so be it. At least it is a moral, ethical choice."
