agents

Hillary Clinton was so abusive toward her diplomatic security staff that many quit or sought reassignment during her tenure as secretary of state, a former agent told FBI investigators, according to documents released Monday.

Clinton’s treatment of the diplomatic security agents assigned to protect her “was so contemptuous that many of them sought reassignment or employment elsewhere,” according to an FBI summary of its interview with the unnamed former security official.
The former agent described how protecting the secretary of state had long been viewed as “an honor and privilege reserved for senior agents,” according to the FBI summary, but that changed during Clinton tenure.

The agent told FBI investigators that by the end of Clinton’s time at the state department, the secretary’s security detail was “staffed largely with new agents because it was difficult to find senior agents willing to work for her.”

The former security official also described the feelings of resentment agents felt toward Clinton, who would routinely violate the security protocols and regulations the agents themselves were required to follow.

Camp Lone Star #31 The Case of Kevin KC Massey - I Challenging the Interpretation vs. the Wording of a Statute

 http://outpost-of-freedom.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/KC-now.jpg

It poisons the blessing of liberty itself. It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is today, can guess what it will be tomorrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known, and less fixed?
James Madison, Federalist #62

Do we simply accept the government interpretation of a law, without consideration for the grammatical structure(incoherent, or just misrepresented?)? If so, do we simply rely upon the enforcers of the law to tell us what we may, and what we may not, do?
Gary Hunt, October 17, 2016

We will begin with a brief discussion of the legal/historical context of what result in Kevin “KC” Massey standing trial for “felon in possession of a firearm.  The, we will go into detail, including excerpts from the transcripts, of KC’s trail in Brownsville, Texas.

Warming Alarmists Redefine What A Hurricane Is So We'll Have More Of Them

Whether they admit it out loud or not, many global warming alarmists want more destructive weather events to validate their assumptions. But what happens when they can't get their "dirty weather," as Al Gore calls it? Then they'll just have define down what a disaster is.

Eleven years ago, Gore swore that "the science is extremely clear now." Global warming was "magnifying" the "destructive power" of the "average hurricane," he said. Man's impact on the environment "makes the duration, as well as the intensity of the hurricane, stronger."

The weather refused to cooperate with Gore and the U.S. went 11 years without a hurricane making landfall. But Hurricane Matthew renewed the alarmists' faith in their own nonsense. Acting is if 11 days rather than 11 years had passed, Gore said last week that in Hurricane Matthew, "Mother Nature is giving us a very clear and powerful message." From the same stage in Florida, Hillary Clinton said "Hurricane Matthew was likely more destructive because of climate change." The Washington Post, ever dutiful to the man-made global warming narrative, asked climate scientist Michael Mann (whose hockey stick chart supposedly proves human-caused warming but fails the test for some) about her statement. Naturally, he told the Post she was "absolutely" right.

Illegal immigration surged 23 percent over last year

"..............things turned around for the worse over the last year, and analysts are struggling for reasons."  Then they must be brain-dead.  Hint:  Obama

The southwest border has cracked open over the last year as illegal immigrants into the U.S. spiked some 23 percent, according to the latest Homeland Security numbers released Monday.

Nearly 409,000 illegal immigrants were nabbed at the border in fiscal 2016 — up from about 331,000 a year earlier — and Homeland Security officials say the increased arrests also means an increase in the number that are sneaking by them.

Worse yet, the number of illegal immigrants traveling as families, fleeing rough conditions in Central America and enticed by the promise of lax enforcement in the U.S., reached a record high of 77,674.

Unaccompanied minors — those children traveling without their parents — also rose to nearly 60,000, though that was still shy of the record set in 2014.

Pressure Cited Against Marking Clinton E-Mails Classified

A State Department team responsible for determining which records should be kept secret felt “immense pressure” not to label any of about 300 e-mails found on Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail server as classified, according to interview summaries released by the FBI.

Officials from the State Department’s Information Programs and Services office began a review in March 2015 of 296 e-mails that were set to be turned over to a House committee investigating the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

“IPS felt immense pressure to complete the review quickly and not label anything as classified,” according to interview notes from a State Department official whose name wasn’t disclosed in the FBI summary.

Texas investigating allegations of voter fraud in Tarrant

Via Billy

Hundreds of EEC (Election Equipment Carrier) voting machines, colored red and blue, ready to be distibuted to polling places. Texas Secretary of State Carlos Cascos visited the Tarrant County Elections Administration office Oct. 3, to talk about what voters need to know, and what kind of ID they need to have when they vote this November.

Less than a month before the Nov. 8 election, allegations of voter fraud in Tarrant County are under investigation by the state, prompting concern that the timing may intimidate some voters — and possibly lay groundwork for the Legislature to enact more restrictions on voting next year.

The complaints focus on mail-in ballots, which allow people to vote from their homes without any ID or verification of identity.

Supporters have long said mail-in balloting is crucial for overseas residents, the military and senior citizens. Critics maintain that such voting is ripe for abuse and raises concerns about “vote harvesting,” in which people could fill out and return other people’s ballots.

Some say the investigation is politically motivated; others say it’s addressing a practice that has been a problem for years.

“The Republicans have been looking for a blockbuster case to demonstrate that voter fraud isn’t just a series of small mistakes,” said Brandon Rottinghaus, a political science professor at the University of Houston. “If some of these allegations turn out to be true, they may finally have their white whale.

State Dept. pressured FBI to protect Hillary Clinton: FBI files :: 4 in 10 voters say Trump could have election ‘stolen’ from him

Via Billy

http://conservativefun.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/I-dont-believe-I-ever-lied-300x300.jpg

Republicans accused the Obama administration Monday of “a cover-up” of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of top secret emails, after FBI investigative files show a top department official tried to bribe the FBI into not declaring some of her messages secret.

Patrick Kennedy, undersecretary for management, offered a “quid-pro-quo” to let more FBI agents into some countries where their numbers were being limited by the State Department, in exchange for the FBI going back and lowering the classification on Clinton emails, according to one accuser in the FBI’s files.

The revelation comes as emails hacked from the account of John Podesta, longtime Clinton associate and now her presidential campaign chairman, suggest the State Department was giving Mrs. Clinton’s team inside information about the progress of its own efforts to process Mrs. Clinton’s messages.

The Bundy Affair #18 – Sheriff Wehrly v. CCA and the feds?

 http://outpost-of-freedom.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Nevada_Southern_Detention_Center_-_CCA.jpg

I was asked to forward the following document to Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly. The concern was that if it was sent out by an inmate in the Southern Nevada Detention Center (SNDC), a CCA (Customer base: U.S. Marshals Service – Facility Type: Medium, Owned since 2010) facility, that they would have no way of determining whether it was received by the Sheriff, or not.  It could simply end up in the trash bin, or on the desk of the US Marshal Service (USMS).

For the record, it went in the mail about the same time this article is being posted.

So, being the curious sort, I wanted to find more about the SNDC, a went searching for the contract between the CCA and the USMS, or whoever was the party on the government side. I was able to find the highly redacted Solicitation and Contract for the construction of the facility, with an initial price tag of $122,250,660.00. The solicitation also included construction, maintenance, control, prisoner requirements, and a number of change orders -which, obviously allowed them to exceed the $122 million price tag. However, any per bed cost was redacted, as were the other prisoner related expenses.

What is quite clear is that the federal government pays for 750 beds per day, whether occupied, or not. Any additional beds are paid for as long as they are used. Well, that means that until the 750 beds are full, the government is simply throwing away our money. However, being conscious of that, it may well be that they endeavor to keep as many of those beds filled, all of the time.

This, then, would mean that if they can declare someone a “flight risk” or a “danger to the community”, instead of allowing them out on bail, or a more realistic “pre-trial release”, they are not saving many, but they are making CCA earn our money.

However, in reviewing the information I had gleaned and from the letter (below) the is being sent to the Sheriff, other questions arose that I wish to lay before you, the People.

No person shall… be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

Trump's Guerilla Politics are Here to Stay

 https://media.licdn.com/mpr/mpr/AAEAAQAAAAAAAAYVAAAAJDE5YmYwMDc0LWU0YjEtNDEwNC05YjYxLTYzOGM0ODE2MDUzMw.jpg

Donald Trump is a cat with 12 or 13 lives.

This past weekend felt like August 1974. Everyone knew Richard Nixon was toast. We didn't know exactly how or exactly when he'd be forced out. But we knew it was coming.

After a video/audio recording of a 2005 "Access Hollywood" open mic of Donald Trump sharing his reality TV update of the medieval droit de seigneur surfaced on Friday before Sunday's big second presidential debate, dozens of Republican lawmakers and senior officials abandoned ship. All that remained, it seemed, was a Trumpian version of the GOP bigwigs who trudged to the White House in '74 to deliver the news that Dirty Donny could no longer count on Republican support in Congress.

Calling for the mass expulsion of 11 million people didn't finish Trump. Demanding that Muslims be banned from entering the United States didn't do it. Encouraging supporters to beat up protesters didn't do it. Making fun of John McCain for being captured didn't do it. Bragging that he likes to grab women inappropriately -- that, of all things, was his Waterloo.

But it wasn't.

FBI releases 100 new pages on Clinton emails: Lawmakers have claimed the material contains evidence of a criminal "quid pro quo."

Via Billy

 http://patriotrising.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/hillary-corrupt.jpg

The FBI on Monday released 100 new pages of material from its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email system, opening the possibility that classified information may have been mishandled.

The new notes and interview summaries are likely to shed new light on the bureau’s yearlong investigation into Clinton and her allies and spark additional outrage from congressional Republicans.
Despite claiming that the former secretary of State and her aides had been “extremely careless,” FBI Director James Comey has insisted that his investigators did not find evidence to support a criminal charge against the Democratic presidential nominee. The Justice Department ultimately decided not to press charges over the matter.

However, Republicans have refused to accept the department’s conclusion and have accused officials, including Comey, of creating a double standard for Clinton.

Putin on Biden cyberthreat: First time US admits such thing on highest level

Image result for Putin on Biden cyberthreat: First time US admits such thing on highest level

Commenting on US Vice President Joe Biden’s statement on the possibility of cyberattacks against Russia, Vladimir Putin said it’s the first time that Washington has admitted involvement in such actions.

Putin noted that US threats of hack attacks do not correspond to the norms of international relations.
"The only novelty is that for the first time, on the highest level, the United States has admitted involvement in these activities, and to some extent threatened [us] – which of course does not meet the standards of international communication,” the Russian leader said.
“Apparently, they are nervous,” he added.
