King: Trump’s Base Getting ‘Uneasy’ Over Immigration
Via Peter
Iowa conservative firebrand Rep. Steve King said much of President Donald Trump’s base is getting “uneasy” about his inaction on immigration.
Speaking on Radio Iowa, King criticized Trump for picking “pro-immigration” economist Gary Cohn as an adviser.
“People are policy,” King said, “so whenever I see those kind of appointments come in place, I do get concerned about it.”
While King, a hardliner on immigration, said he was a fan of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, he wants Trump to take action on former President Barack Obama’s deferred action policies for undocumented immigrants and parents of American citizens.
“And I’ve told the president this: ‘Every day you don’t address this, it gets harder and harder to do,’” he said.

"Buy American, Hire American" - Trump to order increased scrutiny of H-1B visa program
President Trump will travel to Wisconsin Tuesday, where he will sign an order aimed at changing a visa program that brings in highly skilled workers from overseas.
The order, dubbed "Buy American, Hire American," would direct the departments of Homeland Security, Justice, Labor and State to propose new rules to prevent immigration fraud and abuse.
Those departments would also be asked to offer changes so that H-1B visas are awarded to the "most-skilled or highest-paid applicants."
The White House said the H-1B program is currently undercutting American workers by bringing in cheaper labor and said some tech companies are using it to hire large numbers of workers and drive down wages.
Administration officials said the order also seeks to strengthen requirements that American-made products be used in certain federal construction projects, as well as in various federal transportation grant-funded projects. The officials said the commerce secretary will review how to close loopholes in enforcing the existing rules and provide recommendations to the president.

Heavily armed Muslim warns U.S. public: 'Be terrified'

Cops investigate Facebook live video outside Christian conference, make no arrests
A Muslim man entered a private
gathering of Christians in a hotel ballroom in South Dakota, started
cursing and livestreaming video on Facebook of the event and then, after
he was ushered out, displayed multiple firearms and issued statements
the speakers say were a direct threat to their safety.
The man, wearing a t-shirt that said, “I’m American, I’m a Muslim, I open carry, I conceal carry, and I’m dangerous only if you’re stupid,” was approached by a security guard and told to leave.
Once back in his car, he brandished an arsenal of weapons, including two military-style rifles with loaded magazines and three handguns, and made several threats of “Be scared, be F—ing scared. Be terrified.” Again, it was all livestreamed on Facebook while parked in the conference center parking lot.
To the surprise of the conference organizers in Sioux Falls, after reviewing the videos, police chose not to charge the man with any crime. The state’s attorney says he’s still investigating but didn’t see anything criminal in nature on the videos.

WE WON THE BATTLE OF BERKELEY!
Via comment by EIEIO on Alt-right beats down Antifa, takes control of Ber...
“Weimerica” is a common term for neoreactionaries and right wingers disgusted with the decadent culture and self-hatred of the modern United States. But it took on a whole new meaning Saturday when street fighting between organized groups of the Left and the Right broke out in Berkeley, California as antifa tried to shut down a free speech rally. And by all accounts, it was the nationalists who came out on top.
Naturally, the Main Stream Media is outraged. The same people who were feting antifa violence at the inauguration and writing puff pieces about the Black Blocs are demanding a crackdown. One Shane Bauer of Mother Jones spent the day chronicling the Left’s defeat and occupied himself the following morning screaming for everyone (including President Trump) to condemn the right wing protesters. Of course, it was Mother Jones which wrote a gushing article about antifa just after Richard Spencer was sucker punched.
