Republican congressional candidate Ralph Norman won South Carolina's special election Tuesday night, according to the Associated Press.
He faced Democrat Archie Parnell, who previously worked at Goldman Sachs.

Alabama now has a law that protects historical monuments from removal from public grounds. Sign by Gov.
