Alabama Mayor to New Orleans: We’ll Take Those Confederate Memorials Off Your Hands

Hanceville Mayor Kenneth Nail has made it known that if New Orleans does not want its Confederate Monuments anymore, his town is willing to find a new home for them.
Over the past month, the city of New Orleans, Louisiana has removed
several Confederate memorials from public grounds, leading to many
protests and counter-protests at the sites. According to New Orleans
Mayor Mitch Landrieu, the monuments were removed because they “failed to
appropriately reflect the values of diversity and inclusion that make
New Orleans strong today.”
Nail wrote Landrieu and told him that he should consider donating the statues to Veterans Memorial Park in Hanceville. According to the Associated Press and The Cullman Times, feedback from Hanceville residents has been overwhelmingly positive.
Alabama now has a law that protects historical monuments from removal from public grounds. Sign by Gov. Kay Ivey (R-Ala.) at the conclusion of the last legislative session, the Alabama Memorial Preservation Act protects monuments 50 years and older by prohibiting their relocation or removal, while the alteration of monuments less than 50 years old will require the permission of a permanent joint committee on Alabama Monument Protection.

The facts exposed by Wikileaks, the DNC hack, public records and miscarriages of justice have brought no prosecution against these criminals.
But the coup de grace has now taken place: all information regarding their illegal activities have been transferred to the “Obama Library”. This means that they now cannot be seen for five years. So I ask the American people: have you had enough yet?

Canadians Could Face Hate Crimes Over Using The Wrong Gender Pronouns

Canada passed a law Thursday making it illegal to use the wrong gender pronouns. Critics say that Canadians who do not subscribe to progressive gender theory could be accused of hate crimes, jailed, fined, and made to take anti-bias training.
Canada’s Senate passed Bill C-16, which puts “gender identity” and “gender expression” into both the country’s Human Rights Code, as well as the hate crime category of its Criminal Code by a vote of 67-11, according to LifeSiteNews. The bill now only needs royal assent from the governor general.

Like some of you, l am also a member of the Confederate States Allied Europe.
But only l can be the Commander in Chief of the CSA-E, or untill someone deems it necessary to replace me.
I have read many copies of the Confederate Veteran magazine, many members write in about the state of things within the South, BUT, no one has yet written in about any ideas on how to STOP what's happening in Dixie.
So maybe it's down to me, unless you have a better idea....Let's see just how many still have a BACKBONE and know how to use it!
If you only use yours to write, then write something that might do some good....you Americans, this is your Dixie we are talking about here.

House Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday the Senate plans to vote next week on a bill to repeal and replace Obamacare following the Thursday release of the legislative details, and a price tag provided by the Congressional Budget Office.
"I expect to have a discussion draft on Thursday," said McConnell, R-Ky. "And we'll go to the bill obviously once we get a CBO score. Likely next week."

Last week, the Missouri Civil War Museum contested monument ownership and filed suit on Friday. A museum spokesperson said the United Daughters of the Confederacy, who helped pay for installation of the monument more than a century ago, signed the memorial over to the museum’s care. The museum wants to move the memorial to an undisclosed location.

A demurrer is a motion to dismiss; the City is attempting to dismiss our lawsuit so that it may proceed with its plan to sell the 93-year-old R.E. Lee Monument - a Registered Historic Landmark. If the City is unsuccessful on August 30, then the court date will be scheduled and both sides will present their respective arguments.

Conservative and liberal critics, however, believe the institute constitutes a major conflict of interest for McCain, The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group has learned.
