It Has to be Asked: Was Wasserman Schultz Having Affair with Criminal IT Staffer Imran Awan?

Via Billy

Was former DNC Chairwoman having an affair with her IT staffer?

Or are Democrats about to be caught in the largest political scandal in US history?

The more you learn about Democratic IT scammer Imran Awan — the more you see the profile of a bold and careless criminal mind.
Imran Awan worked for Debbie Wasserman Schultz for thirteen years since she came into office in 2004 as a Florida representative. She only fired him this past week and would have kept paying her “IT expert” even when he was living in Pakistan.

Three Pakistani brothers who managed the IT affairs for several Democratic government officials were relieved of their duties in February on suspicion that they accessed specific computer networks without permission, also known as hacking.

Imran Awan, who started working for Wasserman Schultz in 2005, received $164,600 in 2016, with close to $20,000 of that coming from Wasserman Schultz.

His brother Jamal, who started working as a staffer in 2014, was paid $157,350.12 in 2016. Abid, who started working in 2005, was paid $160,943 in 2016.
Imran’s wife, Hina Alvi, who was employed as a staffer since February 2007, was paid 168,300 in 2016. Rao Abbas was paid $85,049 in 2016.

Two Views on the Destruction of Historic Monuments

Noted speaker and author of “Stonewall Jackson at Cedar Mountain, Robert K. Krick:

“We live in an age riven by shrill and intemperate voices, from all perspectives and on most topics. No sane person today would embrace, endorse, or tolerate slavery.  A casual observer, readily able to convince himself that he would have behaved similarly in the 1860s, can vault to the high ground with the greatest of ease. Doing that gratifies the powerful self-righteousness strain that runs through all of us, for better or worse.

In fact, it leaps far ahead of the Federal politicians (Lincoln among them) who said emphatically that slavery was not the issue, and millions of Northern soldiers who fought, bled and died in windrows to save the Union – but were noisily offended by mid-war emancipation.

It is impossible to imagine a United States in the current atmosphere that does not include zealots eager to obliterate any culture not precisely their own, destroying monuments in the fashion of Soviets after a purge, and antiquities in the manner of ISIS.

The trend is redolent of the misery that inundated the planet during the aptly-named Dark Ages, arising from savages who believed, as a matter of religion in that instance, that anyone with opinions different than their own was not just wrong, but craven and evil, and must be brutalized into conformity.

On the other hand, a generous proportion of the country now, and always, eschews extremism, and embraces tolerance of others’ cultures and inheritances and beliefs. Such folk will always be society’s salvation.”

Thomas. V. Strain, Jr., Commander-in-Chief, Sons of Confederate Veterans:

“. . . It is my opinion, and that of many others, that these [monument] removals are an attempt to erase history. If you take some time to read the comments on social media and on the websites of the news organizations reporting these removals, it is obvious that only a few people support the removals. What it boils down to is that the politicians are telling those that elect them that their wishes mean absolutely nothing to them.

Just this week one of these politicians that voted to remove a statue in Virginia lost in the primary for reelection, and he noted that his stance on the removal more than likely cost him the election.

In the end, what we really have, in my humble opinion, is a group of people who are following their own personal agendas and saying, “to hell with the people” and moving forward with these removals. It isn’t what we want, it is all about them.”

DR. GORKA: “The military ......are there to kill people and blow stuff up. They are not there to be socially engineered."

White House aide Sebastian Gorka defended President Trump‘s transgender military ban by arguing about how the army is not meant to be “a microcosm of civilian society.”

In an interview with BBC Radio 4, Gorka spoke about how people in the military are already under enormous pressure, and Trump doesn’t want to “force [transgender people] into the hierarchical military environment.” Gorka cited studies about the transgender community’s suicide rates as he talked about how Trump announced the ban out of “warmth” for them.

The USS Gerald R. Ford, the Navy’s newest aircraft carrier, successfully launched and landed an aircraft with advanced digital, magnetic technology, which replaces the older steam-driven catapult system.

The successful missions Friday came less than a week after President Trump commissioned the nearly $13 billion ship in Virginia.

"Today, USS Gerald R. Ford made history," said Adm. Phil Davidson, commander of the U.S. Fleet Forces. "Great work by the Ford team and all the engineers who have worked hard to get the ship ready for this milestone."

 Lt. Albert Moses Luria

In early May, 1865, 145 years ago, my ancestor Major Raphael Jacob Moses attended the Last Meeting, and carried out the Last Order, of the Confederate Government. It is an amazing story of heroism and heartbreak, humor and tragedy, and the final official act of a dying nation.
FATHER OF GEORGIA’S PEACH INDUSTRY

My great grandfather, Andrew Jackson Moses, Jr, of Sumter, S.C., and his four brothers fought for the Confederacy, and Major Raphael Jacob Moses was their uncle.

Almost three dozen members of the extended family fought for the Confederacy, and participated in most of the major battles and campaigns of the War. At least nine of them, largely teenagers, died in defense of their homeland, and included the first and last Confederate Jews to fall in battle.

This once happy country is inflamed by the fury of war; a menacing enemy is arrayed against the rights, liberties, and freedom of this, our Confederacy.

Here I stand now with many thousands of the sons of the sunny South, to face the foe, to drive him back, and to defend our natural rights.

O Lord, God of Israel, be with me in the hot season of the contending strife...Be unto the Army of this Confederacy, Inspire them with Patriotism. Give them when marching to meet, or overtake the enemy, the wings of the eagle...

Guide them, O Lord of battles, into the paths of victory....Grant that they may even advance to wage battle, and to battle in Thy name to win. O Lord, God, Father, be Thou with us.
"The Prayer of the C.S. Soldiers", by Rabbi Max Michelbacher

When the War Between the States broke out, the Jews of the South, and especially South Carolina, showed the same patriotism, courage, and willingness to sacrifice as their Christian neighbors.
It is a proud yet little known aspect of American Jewish history, long ignored or misrepresented by liberal historians (including many Jewish scholars) intent on demonizing the South, idolizing the North - especially its leader, president Lincoln - and falsely portraying the War as a conflict over slavery and human rights. But the important contribution of Jews to the Confederacy cannot be denied.

DEFENDING THEIR HOMELAND

Robert Rosen begins his classic book, "The Jewish Confederates," by describing how at the outbreak of war, the Jews of Charleston, "proud of their history and patriotism dating from the American Revolution, rallied to the cause."

Time to Retire the ‘Progressive’ Label: ‘Socialist’ is a more accurate description of today’s Democratic base

Over and over again, political pundits and journalists make constant reference to the Democrats’ “progressive base.” Without heavy progressive turnout, we are told, the House won’t flip in 2018 and Democrats will have to endure the most painful, humiliating victory Tweetstorm from President Trump.

This is likely true, but it raises an important question: What exactly is a “progressive” at this point?

The group of voters currently holding Democratic leaders (and let’s face it, donors) hostage has made it clear that the party’s next nominee for president must adopt certain policies, such as single-payer health care and a nationwide $15 minimum wage, to secure their support. Such policies will likely be sold by the press and Democratic leaders as a “Strong Progressive Agenda,” or something similar.

There’s more than bank fraud going on here: Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the Pakistani IT Scammers

In Washington, it’s never about what they tell you it’s about. So take this to the bank: The case of Imran Awan, Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s mysterious Pakistani IT guy, is not about bank fraud. Yet bank fraud was the stated charge on which Awan was arrested at Dulles Airport this week, just as he was trying to flee the United States for Pakistan, via Qatar. That is the same route taken by Awan’s wife, Hina Alvi, in March, when she suddenly fled the country, with three young daughters she yanked out of school, mega-luggage, and $12,400 in cash.

Financing the War with Inflation

 http://images.slideplayer.com/35/10451158/slides/slide_12.jpg

As Lincoln was unable to finance his war with the traditional tax and customs revenue sources, he turned to paper fiat money to be printed as needed, though the Constitution permits only gold and silver as legal tender. The predictable speculation in the value of greenbacks versus gold prices caused murky markets to emerge. In New York’s “Gold Room,” decisions were guided no so much by patriotic motives as the desire for profit. It was said that “Sectional feeling often entered largely into bull and bear contests in the Gold Room, and Union men and rebel sympathizers fought their battles sometimes, as much to gratify this as to make money.”
Bernhard Thuersam, www.Circa1865.com   The Great American Political Divide

Financing the War with Inflation

“To help finance the Civil War, the federal government began issuing “demand notes” in July 1861. These government obligations were not a legal tender currency and were freely convertible into gold upon presentation to a federal depository. During the course of 1861, the Union’s financial condition deteriorated, and in December the Treasury issues a very bleak report on the budgetary situation.

In the face of such news, bankers concluded that investors would lose confidence in the demand notes and the banks would soon experience a massive outflow of gold. On December 30, the banks suspended specie payments of gold [for greenbacks]. The government followed suit almost immediately.

Soon thereafter, in February 1862, Congress passed the first of the Legal Tender Acts. These acts authorized the government to issue “greenbacks” – a currency that was to be legal tender for both public and private debts. Of course, since demand notes were no longer convertible into gold, neither were greenbacks . . . [though] all available evidence indicates that the public believed that at some future date convertibility would be reinstated and all greenbacks would be redeemed in gold.

[Because Lincoln] was unable to finance the war with the available tax revenues . . . Greenbacks were a way of using inflation to pay for the war. Speculators knew that the degree to which the Union would have to rely on future greenback issues depended on just how much the war would ultimately cost. A long, expensive war would require more greenback issues and make it less likely that greenbacks would ever be exchanged for gold dollars on a one-for-one basis.

Not surprisingly, a formal market for buyers and sellers to trade gold came into existence within two weeks of the suspension of convertibility. The first organized dealings took place at the New York Stock Exchange on January 13, 1862. At about the same time a second market formed . . . in New York City . . . known as the Gold Room.

An important question for our purposes is how the gold market used the [political and war] information coming to it. Did the financial market react quickly to news that was available, or did it take several days to digest it? A closely related question is whether news of battles . . . reached all participants at the same time.

In a report on the burning of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, on July 31, 1864, the New York Herald explicitly noted that the government frequently withheld information from the public to minimize alarm and protect intelligence and sources.

The daily registry of the Gold Room was a quicker messenger of successes and defeats than the tardier telegrams of the Associated Press. A private secretary of a high official, with no capital at all to save his position, which gave him authentic information of every shaping of the chess game of war a full twenty hours in advance of the public, simply flashed to the words “sell, buy” across the wires, and trusted the honor of his broker for the rest.

If there was a sufficiently large number of “insiders” competing with each other, then the market would quickly transform war news into changes in the price of greenbacks, despite the fact that the news was not coming through published sources.

The observation of [New York Herald writer] Kinahan Cornwallis are consistent with this notion: “Almost every individual speculator in the Gold Room, whose transactions were large enough to make it of consequence, had a correspondent in the national capital, who sent him a telegraphic dispatch as occasion required . . .”

Trump: If healthcare bill isn't passed, 'bailouts' for insurance companies and lawmakers 'will end very soon'

Via Billy

(AP Photo/Alex Brandon)

President Trump threatened both lawmakers and the insurance market on Saturday, warning their "bailouts" will end "very soon" if Congress don't pass a bill to repeal and replace Obamacare.

"If a new HealthCare Bill is not approved quickly, BAILOUTS for Insurance Companies and BAILOUTS for Members of Congress will end very soon!.." Trump tweeted on Saturday.

The "bailout" for insurance companies may be in reference to cost-sharing reduction subsidies, which Trump has previously indicated he wanted to cut as a negotiating tactic to bring Democrats to the table on healthcare reform. The administration has been paying the funds each month, including for July, while waiting for congressional progress on repealing and replacing portions of Obamacare.

The second part of his tweet appears to be threatening an elimination of subsidized healthcare for members of Congress.

Liberals are trying to mess with Texas. And they don't plan on stopping there.

Still reeling from nearly a decade of devastating losses in statehouses across the nation as well as in the 2016 presidential election, Democrats in Washington, D.C. are plotting to pour hundreds of millions of dollars in state and local elections across the country.

With the help of hedge fund billionaire George Soros, the National Democratic Redistricting Committee hopes to wrest control from voters of congressional re-districting in 2021 when booming conservative states such as Texas will gain seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. All for the benefit of their special-interest donors.

That the first fundraisers for this self-described "super group" were held in San Francisco and Los Angeles reveals one of their goals: to reinstate Rep. Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House. But they aren't stopping there.

President Trump could be playing 4-D chess while the mainstream media is playing checkers.

That’s what Fox News’ Dana Perino suggested when she laid out a brilliant plan that Trump may have been working on for weeks that ultimately led to the ouster of Reince Priebus.

General John Kelly — the widely-respected Secretary of Homeland Security — was just named to replace Priebus as White House chief of staff in an unbelievable shakeup.

While the liberal media is gleefully foaming at the mouth slamming the Trump White House as being in “chaos,” Perino thinks there’s a method to the madness.

The Lynching

Via comment by MolonLabe2012 on your post Aeronautical Science Degree "Following a link found in Fred Reeds original post, the University that awarded the degree to Trayvon did it, "...in honor of his love for planes and the steps he took during his young life toward becoming a pilot."

You know, if he really wanted to become a pilot, and if his parents had guided him towards being a productive member of society, he could have gotten into the Civil Air Patrol. I was a cadet in C.A.P as a teenager and knew personally three cadets who though the flight program were able to earn their private pilot licences at the age of 17. These cadets were also leaders among their units and highly respected among their piers as well as the adult leadership. And there are numerous other programs for youth all around the country that not only teach discipline but also give kids something constructive to do with all of their time and energy. Trayvon's parents failed him miserably and he himself made his bed of bad decisions. This "honorary" degree is an insult to everyone who worked hard and played by the rules to earn their diplomas.

Lastly, if anyone you know of still thinks Trayvon was an angel, And Zimmerman a calculating killer please please show them this or you can at least use the info to counter the Narrative:

Who Paid For the Trump Dossier? Dems Will Do Anything To Keep You From Finding Out

It looks like some in MSM are finally getting that there is evidence of Russia collusion.

It’s just not for any Trump collusion.

It’s for Russian collusion with the Democrats.

From Wall Street Journal:
It has been 10 days since Democrats received the glorious news that Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley would require Donald Trump Jr. and Paul Manafort to explain their meeting with Russian operators at Trump Tower last year. The left was salivating at the prospect of watching two Trump insiders being grilled about Russian “collusion” under the klieg lights.
Yet Democrats now have meekly and noiselessly retreated, agreeing to let both men speak to the committee in private. Why would they so suddenly be willing to let go of this moment of political opportunity?
Why?

Because they are willing to do almost anything not to have Fusion GPS co-founder Glen Simpson testify in public about who paid for the dossier which was put together from Russian sources.

The reporting has said it was a ‘Clinton ally’ but the name has not been revealed.
