Here’s what we know about the new accusations against Brett Kavanaugh

Unfortunately, he is doomed and I'm sure he wishes he hadn't been picked as his life and his families has been ruined. I imagine he will withdraw stating the above in so many words and allow Trump to put another name forward. Maybe an Asian female.

An explosive New Yorker report published Sunday night says that a second woman has come forward to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

And about 15 minutes before the New Yorker report was published, lawyer Michael Avenatti — who also represents adult film star Stormy Daniels — tweeted that he is representing a third woman who has “credible information” about Kavanaugh and his high school friend Mark Judge.

The new allegations added to the accusations from Christine Blasey Ford that have roiled the nomination hearings of President Trump’s Supreme Court pick.

DEATH OF A CITY

And everybody praised the Duke
Who this great fight did win.‘But what good came of it at last?’
Quoth little Peterkin.
‘Why, that I cannot tell,’ said he,
‘But ’twas a famous victory.’

--Southey, after Blenheim

 A CITY MUST DIE

Woven into the tapestry of the Second World War, the air blitz is a stark reminder that this war, perhaps more so than any other affecting the European continent, provided for the deliberate destruction of civilians as an instrument of policy. Most of us are familiar with the major events of World War Two and of these, the blitz on such major cities as London and Liverpool stand out as beacons of devastation. The blitz on Coventry was equally tragic and the horror is increased as we subsequently learn that civilian losses could have been reduced enormously but for the fact that Winston Churchill, the Prime Minister of the time, refused to warn Coventry’s inhabitants that their city was to be raided lest the enemy realise their code had been broken.

Bannon: Italy’s coalition government ‘will change global politics’

Former White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon told Politico that he thinks a coalition government in Italy is an experiment that could "change global politics."

Bannon was discussing the new government formed between Italy’s Five Star Movement and the League, two anti-establishment parties. The parties agreed to form the coalition in May.

Bannon told Politico the coalition could serve as a model for other parts of the world.

“A populist party with nationalist tendencies like the 5Stars, and a nationalist party with populist tendencies like the League … it’s imperative that this works because this shows a model for industrial democracies from the U.S. to Asia," he said.

Kavanaugh to hand over calendars from 1982 that don't show party of alleged incident: report

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is planning to give the Senate Judiciary Committee calendars from his high school years his legal team argues will back up his denial of sexual misconduct allegations, The New York Times reported on Sunday.

The calendars reportedly show that Kavanaugh was away for most of the summer in 1982, the year that Christine Blasey Ford claims Kavanaugh assaulted her at a party. According to the Times, the calendars include details about other gatherings that he attended, but do not include details about a party similar to the one detailed by Ford.

Censure Dianne Feinstein

Via Craig

The Senate cannot let this wrong go unaddressed.

Regardless of the fate of Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination, the Senate should censure the ranking Democratic member of the Judiciary Committee, Dianne Feinstein. Her deception and maneuvering, condemned across the political spectrum, seriously interfered with the Senate’s performance of its constitutional duty to review judicial nominations, and unquestionably has brought the Senate into “dishonor and disrepute,” the standard that governs these matters. As a matter of institutional integrity, the Senate cannot let this wrong go unaddressed.

Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution provides that each House of the Congress may “punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour.” Nine times in American history the Senate has used that power to censure one of its members. Feinstein has richly earned the right to join this inglorious company.

How hilarious is it in this pornography-saturated culture of anything-goes-and-nothing-matters that a long-ago session of awkward teenage necking becomes the most horrifying crime since Eve consorted with a snake in the original wayback?

One theory: having worked tirelessly to destroy behavioral boundaries in its quest to transform human nature for the greater good of society, the Prog-Left has no idea anymore how the world works or how to interpret what human beings actually do in it. Hence this effort to turn the Brett Kavanaugh nomination proceeding into a retroactive abortion of the nominee.

The Democratic Party seems to be afflicted with a vicious sort of PMS that has turned the brains of even its theoretically male members, Senators Chuck Schumer and Richard Blumenthal, into polenta with red sauce on top. They see blood everywhere, and even appear to be thirsting for it like a gang of Old World Nosferatus, or giddy Jacobins merrily geeing up the guillotine blade in a frenzy of summary execution.

Whoa, Nelly: WSJ Columnist Notices Something Odd About WaPo's Initial Report On Kavanaugh Accuser

Okay—so, the Brett Kavanaugh drama is heating up. Christine Blasey Ford has lobbed a grenade at Judge Brett Kavanaugh, accusing him of a drunken episode in which he attempted to sexually assault her at a party some 30-plus years ago. Kavanaugh was 17-years-old. It’s a serious charge—and it should be dissected before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Give Ms. Ford her day to detail this episode…if she can find the time. The committee and Ford’s lawyers, one of which, Debra Katz, is publicly anti-Trump (she’s and more of an operative) are still trying to hash out the details. Par for the course, right; it’s all about getting that delay. Delay for the midterms in an effort to run out the clock on this Supreme Court nomination. Democrats think they can increase their weak position on the Hill by weaponizing a possibly false charge to win more clout in D.C.

Lindsey Graham: A 'bureaucratic coup' against Trump being uncovered & Lisa Page believed Rod Rosenstein was serious about secretly recording Trump

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., alleged Sunday that there is a “bureaucratic coup” being uncovered following reporting last week that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein discussed trying to oust President Trump.

The New York Times reported Friday that Rosenstein considered rallying Cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and offered to wear a wire to record his conversations with the president.

Rosenstein has denied he considered such actions and follow-up reports have indicated that he was being sarcastic when bringing up the secret recording.

Graham told “Fox News Sunday” that Trump should not fire the top Justice Department official unless he believes Rosenstein is lying.

FOURTH Person Christine Ford Named as Being at Party Just Said She Doesn’t Even Know Kavanaugh; ‘There Was Never Any Party’

Via David

Statement from Leland Keyser's attorney: "Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford."

“Breaking, and a big deal: Fourth person that Ford named as present at infamous event denies even knowing kavanaugh, much less ever attending a party where he was present.” — Strassel
The story is crumbling for the rabid Democrats.
