An Interview with Clyde Wilson, Part III

“Southerners who still value their heritage but don’t know what to do about it in such a hostile environment. They are our audience.”
DM: What is your best short answer to people who say the War for Southern Independence was all about slavery and nothing but slavery? Should we come at this from an offensive posture, rather than being defensive, which cedes the moral high ground to the tyrants?

CW: What is conjured up in most minds these days by the word “slavery” has nothing to do with the system of labour in the antebellum South. The people who use the term do not know or care about any history and are impervious to argument. They use the term because it is rewarding to them. Being a victim is lucrative in the present American regime, even as a victim of something that ended more than a century and a half ago. Perhaps more importantly, the word is the guard dog of Yankee self-righteousness. Without “slavery,” it would be obvious that the brutal invasion and conquest of the Southern States was a great crime.

Russia: Rescuers Save Baby Lion Who Had His Legs Broken To Take Pictures With Tourists

Via Reborn

Recently a sad story about a little lion surfaced on the internet. This adorable lion cub was taken away from his mother when he was only a few months old. He was taken away to be used as a tourist attraction. The horrible people that stole him broke his leg and wounded his spine so that he wouldn’t be able to run away or struggle when tourists took pictures with him. After saving the wounded lion cub, rescuers brought him straight to the vets to have surgery, which, thankfully, was successful. The saviors named the lion Simba.

Mike Pompeo blasts John Bolton as a ‘traitor’ ahead of new book release

 Mike Pompeo

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo blasted former national security adviser John Bolton as a “traitor” — days before the release of his new book that includes unflattering claims about President Trump and his administration.

“I’ve not read the book, but from the excerpts I’ve seen published, John Bolton is spreading a number of lies, fully-spun half-truths, and outright falsehoods,” Pompeo said in a statement. “It is both sad and dangerous that John Bolton’s final public role is that of a traitor who damaged America by violating his sacred trust with its people.”

A People Betrayed

TL Davis: A People Betrayed – Western Rifle Shooters Association
We have to distrust each other. It is our only defense against betrayal. – Tennessee Williams

War has been brought to our shores. War begins when the forces of an opposing ideology to that of the existing people takes land and holds it either through force, deception or traitorous complacency.

This is what has happened in Seattle. Antifa and Black Lives Matter are Marxist in nature, proven by their own professions, not through defamation. Marxism and the Constitution cannot co-exist. They are ideologies at odds with each other on every level. The Constitution places power in the hands of the people, while Marxism places power in the hands of the state. Those lines have been blurred over the past century in America, where bureaucracies have claimed power over the people through the state. This has taken place in preparation for the invasion by communists. That Americans have allowed this to happen out of a desire for peace and order only clouds the true issues at hand today.

Tom Cotton on SCOTUS: “It cannot be the law that what Barack Obama has unlawfully done, no president may undo,”

UNITED STATES - JANUARY 29: Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., arrives for the Senate Select Intelligence Committee hearing on "Worldwide Threats" on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2018.

Justice Roberts has reaped a whirlwind of criticism this week after siding with the Supreme Court’s liberal wing this week on two major decisions: the rescinding of DACA and workplace protections for LGBT individuals on the basis of sex under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Sen. Cotton (R-AR) has gone as far to call on Justice Roberts to resign for showing himself to be a political actor rather than an impartial jurist.

Protesters tear down parts of Confederate monument at NC State Capitol

Makes me want to cry as I walked to the park everyday with my PaPa to feed the squirrels. :(

Protesters in downtown Raleigh on Friday night tore down two statues on a Confederate monument at the State Capitol.

The monument has a statue on either side. At around 9 p.m., protesters used a strap to pull down one statue before quickly removing the second one. Both statues were dragged in the street and eventually tied to light fixtures and pulled up to mimic hangings.

Radicals Tear Down Statues of US Grant, St. Junipero Serra and Francis Scott Key + Democrats’ Tactics Straight Out of Insurgents’ Playbook....Baiting Trump to Force a Major Blunder

 View image on Twitter
After Vietnam the radicals told us they were going into the Halls of Ivy to indoctrinate the students and we ignored them.  When they first started removing all things Confederate, we said that they wouldn't stop there.......

How crazy has the Monument Mob gotten?

Radical leftists went after one of the people most instrumental in ending slavery last night on Juneteenth, the day celebrating the day the last slaves were freed.

Ulysses Grant was the 18th president of the United States but also the leader of the Union Army who helped to defeat the Confederacy.

About 400 people went to Golden Gate Park in San Francisco last night and pulled down his statue that was featured there. They also tore down the statues of St. Junipero Serra and Francis Scott Key, the author of the lyrics for the “Star Spangled Banner.”

Here they are toppling Grant’s statue:
