Writing in Federalist #46, James Madison provided a 4-step strategy to bring down federal programs, whether they’re merely unpopular, or unconstitutional.
Here’s what he had to say in the letter, The Influence of the State and Federal Governments Compared:
“Should an unwarrantable measure of the federal government be unpopular in particular States, which would seldom fail to be the case, or even a warrantable measure be so, which may sometimes be the case, the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand. The disquietude of the people; their repugnance and, perhaps refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union, the frowns of the executive magistracy of the State; the embarrassment created by legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions, would oppose, in any State, very serious impediments; and were the sentiments of several adjoining States happen to be in Union, would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.”
In short, Madison said that when the federal government passes an unconstitutional measure there are powerful methods to oppose it – amongst the people and in the states. He also pointed out that those same methods were available even for warrantable, that is constitutional, measures.
They are:

Americans are most likely to name President Donald Trump as their most admired man as 2020 comes to a close, edging out his predecessor Barack Obama in the annual Gallup survey released Tuesday.
Trump’s top-place finish ends a 12-year run as most admired man for Obama, tied with Dwight Eisenhower for the most ever.

The Trump campaign on Tuesday filed a petition for a writ of certiorari with the United States Supreme Court. The campaign is effectively asking the high court to review lower court decisions in the Donald J. Trump, et al vs. Joseph R. Biden, et al. case where the Wisconsin State Supreme Court allowed allegedly illegal absentee ballots to be counted. Trump's team claims those ballots were illegally counted.
The president's campaign said the case originally brought to light a number of issues including:

Due to a number of unforeseen events, current Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s grip on power has grown more tenuous. The vote for her to retain her lofty position is scheduled for Jan. 3, and there is anxiety among some Pelosi allies that there may not be enough Democratic votes on that date for her to keep the gavel.
According to The Hill, COVID-19 illnesses, a loss of a dozen Democratic seats during the 2020 elections and three obstinate Democratic House members could keep enough Democratic voting members from voting “yes” that it could cost Pelosi the speaker’s position. Not only that, but it could even mean a Republican like House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California could sneak in and win the coveted spot.

The Slow Build Up to the American Revolution
The idea of Donald Trump as a cult figure is being used to defame and dismiss a patriot's sense of duty to the republic. It's just another communist plot to keep those patriots on the sidelines while they continue their all-out assault on the republic through corrupt government practices, including the election. The problem with patriots is their sense of fair play and duty. They are easily backed down from taking a stance by the propaganda machine branding them with one detestable attribute or another. In this case, they are described as members of the Trump cult. If there is a cult at all, it is the American cult, something the left can't abide.

I used to recite the poems to my daughters, how many times I do not know. :)
........The summer land where the sun doth shine,
Where the weak grow strong and the strong grow great,
Here’s to “Down Home,” the Old North State! Here’s to the land of the cotton bloom white,
Where the scuppernong perfumes the breeze at night,
Where the soft southern moss and jessamine mate,
‘Neath the murmuring pines of the Old North State! Here’s to the land where the galax grows,
Where the rhododendron’s rosette glows,
Where soars Mount Mitchell’s summit great,
In the “Land of the Sky,” in the Old North State! Here’s to the land where maidens* are fair,
Where friends are true and cold hearts rare,
The near land, the dear land, whatever fate,
The blest land, the best land, the Old North State!
O I'm a good old rebel, Now that's just what I am. For this "fair land of freedom" I do not care a damn. I'm glad I fit against it, I only wish we'd won, And I don't want no pardon For anything I done.
I hates the Constitution, This great republic too, I hates the Freedmans' Buro, In uniforms of blue. I hates the nasty eagle, With all his braggs and fuss, The lyin' thievin' Yankees, I hates 'em wuss and wuss.
I hates the Yankees nation And everything they do, I hates the Declaration, Of Independence, too. I hates the glorious Union- 'Tis dripping with our blood- I hates their striped banner, I fit it all I could.
I followed old mas' Robert For four year near about, Got wounded in three places And starved at Point Lookout I got the rheumatism A campin' in the snow, But I killed a chance o'Yankees I'd like to kill some mo'.
Three hundred thousand Yankees Is still in Southern dust, We got three hundred thousand Before they conquered us. They died of Southern fever And Southern steel and shot, I wish they was three million Instead of what we got.
I can't take up my musket And fight 'em now no more, But I ain't going to love 'em, Now that is sarten sure, And I don't want no pardon For what I was and am. I won't be reconstructed, And I don't care a damn.

Conservatives across the social media world are calling on Vice President Mike Pence to act as Thomas Jefferson did when he counted the votes in the Senate in his own favor.
On Wednesday, January 6th, the Senate is set to count the final electoral votes and according to many constitutionalists, Pence may have a unique opportunity.
“Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence, among the most revered founding fathers of our country, only became President because he used his unilateral power as President of the Senate to open and count the presidential ballots in his own favor.”

Dear social media oligarchs…
Before you attempt to “fact check” us, try reading what we’re actually saying instead of drawing your own conclusion.
Let us be very clear: we are not making any claims about voter fraud.
We are simply reporting the news.
And what is that news?
Well, 17 Pennsylvania lawmakers are now ON THE RECORD saying that 202,377 more votes were cast than there were registered voters.
