Suing Public Officials Personally, and Fighting for Fort Benning, Fort Bragg et al.

Audie Leon Murphy, from Texas, the most highly decorated American soldier of WWII.

I have written about this before because it is an extremely good idea, and the Georgia Division, SCV, is leading the way.

They are suing more mayors and council people as "individuals" (meaning they are being sued personally) for voting to remove Confederate monuments in direct violation of Georgia's monument protection law. The Georgia Division, SCV, press release of December 22, 2020 is below in its entirety.

The Georgia Minutemen have been promoting this approach too.

Those arrogant mayors and council people who knowingly vote to break the law obviously have contempt for the citizens of Georgia, the Georgia legislature, Georgia's history and the rule of law.

This is a GOOD move by the Georgia Division, SCV, and EVERY SCV division in the country should follow suit and do the same thing.

Imagine the satisfaction when you can sue those SOBs personally on behalf of our Confederate ancestors.

Trump has just thrown in the towel, and I feel I need to make some observations.

Never in my life have I seen, in a First World Country, what I have seen happening with this election. It beggars belief that an advanced Country like the US is a Banana Republic in the way it conducts elections.

The Democratic Party is the most anti-democratic, illiberal criminal organization existing in the Free West.
In order to find something comparable, I need to go back to the old Italian Communist Party of the Seventies and beginning of the Eighties. Dastardly sons of a bitch, these and those.

"Sell Out"

Via Kirk

January 7, 2021

Friends,

My friend Frank Powell titles this item (below) correctly: "Sell Out," and it is perhaps just the mildest epithet I can use to describe the loathsome politico, Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina. He and most of the Southern Republicans like him have always been our enemies, despite their pious protestations to the contrary. It is time to turn Ronald Reagan's picture face to the wall, and re-assert our Southern identity, which hangs now by a slender thread...thanks to leaders such as Richard Burr, Thom Tillis, Lindsay Graham, and other Southern Republicans.

Burr's treason, his formal adhesion to the managerial Deep State caravan that now seems poised to gain complete control, is emblematic of what has happened everywhere and a vision of the real face of these Scalawags, who have never really been our defenders.

With a certain finality we have crossed the Rubicon. That memorable and historic image comes from a classic of Roman literature, recounted famously by Marcus Lucan in his history of the Roman civil wars, The Pharsalia. Remember the quote from it used in the film, GODS AND GENERALS. Recalling Julius Caesar's momentous decision to violate the laws of the republic which had ceased to be applicable, and cross the sacred river, the Rubicon, against the decadent Roman state, Lucan has his character say: "Here I abandoned peace and desecrated law; fortune it is you I follow. Farewell to treaties. From now on war is our judge! Hail Caesar! We who are about to die salute you!"

We are there...as Southerners, as defenders of what is left of our defecated Constitution, a small remnant. The old and dying American nation in large part can no longer hold our allegiances, for its institutions have been corrupted nearly beyond repair, subverted and infected. They no longer seem reparable. As the poet William Butler Yeats said 101 years ago, after the conclusion of the First World War,

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

It is time in earnest for the citizens of each state to re-assert our original independence, to separate from the decaying carcass, and to formally resist the cancerous contagion that threatens to devour us. Yes, the task appears hopeless, almost impossible, and we will be ridiculed for attempting it. But the alternative is a slow, miserable and dishonourable death and our disappearance from history, unmourned and scorned by our posterity.

Long Live Free North Carolina! Long Live the Free States of America! Sic semper tyrannus!

VMI Test Case for the Country

The VMI community, Virginians – indeed, Americans who care about the survival of their institutions – must reject completely the pernicious and poisonous concept of structural (systemic, institutional) racism under a neo-Marxist based definition.

In May of this year, George Floyd died; seven months later, the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) removed its statue of Thomas J. “Stonewall” Jackson from its prominent position at the nation’s oldest state-supported four-year military college. The two events – one in Minnesota’s largest city, the other in Virginia’s picturesque Shenandoah Valley – had nothing to do with one another. How did this happen; what are its implications?

Video Shows Trump Supporters Trying to Stop Rioters From Breaking into Capitol Building

As a commenter said, ANTIFA wears helmets, Trump supporters do not.

There have been several claims that Antifa infiltrated the Trump rally Wednesday night and were actually to blame for the riot that broke out.

Many of these claims have been unsubstantiated.

However, a new video shows a man in black riot gear breaking the glass of the Capital building.

The back of the man’s helmet does have “MAGA” printed on it, but many are questioning whether or not the man was a plant.

Also in the video, a woman can be heard screaming “Antifa” several times as the man breaks the glass.

New Angle Shows Moment Officer Shot and Killed Air Force Veteran in House Offices

New video footage shows the moment when a police officer shot and killed a female air force veteran in the United States Capitol.

The woman who was shot has been identified as San Diego resident Ashli Babbit, who was a 14-year veteran and served four tours with the U.S. Air Force. She died later during the day on Wednesday, police said. Footage captured later in the day reportedly shows her being wheeled out of the capitol surrounded by officers as paramedics are seen applying pressure on her neck.

Actress Emily Ratajkowsk......speculated if the storming of the Capitol building was stage-managed to justify big tech’s “rollout of censorship.”

This gives Facebook/tech/Zuck THE MOST POWER. If he can shut the president up/off he can shut any of us up/off

Anyone else feel like proper amount of capital police being absent/letting Trump people in/providing insane visuals of MAGA dudes on the floor of the house was wildly convenient to justifying big tech’s rollout of censorship?

 Protester Dems Riots Violence

Before I begin, let me state – understanding that there is no form of communication so perfect it cannot be misunderstood or distorted – that nobody sane wants a civil war.  People die in civil wars.

Given modern technology and the possibility of outside bad actors taking advantage of domestic chaos, e.g., an EMP strike from – say – a freighter that would result in most Americans dying within a year, this is a real concern.

Global defense contractor IT expert testifies in Italian court he and others switched votes in the U.S. presidential race

This blockbuster press release, if true, is the "MOAB"—Mother Of All Bombshells—that should break open the entire election fraud scheme. Is this it? We'll see.

Rome, Italy (January 5, 2021) – An employee of the 8th largest global defense contractor, Leonardo SpA, provided a shocking deposition detailing his role in the most elaborate criminal act affecting a US election. Corroborating the DNI Ratcliff’s report of international intrusion, Arturo D’elio outlined the scheme that proved successful in using Leonardo computer systems and military satellites located in Pescara, Italy. Recent reports of a hack at Leonardo now appear to have been an orchestrated cover to mitigate blowback on the corporation which is partially owned by the Italian government.

Four Comments on the Current Unpleasantness

Patrick Cleburne quote: I am with the South in life or death, in...

Well, Govan, if we must die, let us die like men."
~~Gen. Patrick R. Cleburne

Every member of Congress, every State governor and election officials, and every court KNEW there was wide spread voter fraud and overt violation of Constitutional election laws, but they all chose to ignore it. You all had your chance to make things right yesterday, but you all felt it was better to sell out your own constituents and your country. Your day of reckoning is coming, and all I can say is May God have mercy on your souls because those of us whom you screwed over, will NOT......h/t jake

will there be 4 nationally televised funerals??
will there be a movement started in her name??
will there be rioting in the street because of her death???
will there law suits in her name??
will there be calls for police being arrested??
nope. the media will report, in the most negative terms possible, then move on.
next week no one will even remember her name.

Agree with G.W. Long - Would love to see the Insurrection Act.
None of us thought Trump was our savior did we? He bought us 4 years.
We are now far more prepared for the war that is on our doorstep.
Isn’t this why we have been training? At the very least Patriots can be part of the auxiliary or subversive underground.
When there is no hope for a political solution things are actually easier. It brings clarity. You will feel better once the shooting starts.
“Gentlemen – we are being killed on the beaches, let us go inland and be killed.”

Rick has left a new comment on your post "Global defense contractor IT expert testifies in I...":

What does it matter when all the evidence is ignored by the courts and legislative bodies? The evidence has come from widely disparate places and from persons least expected to provide the nefarious details. Conspiracy has been shown a hundred different ways. Yet here we are with a provable fraudulent election having been certified by those offices which have the powers to do so.

Then, didja notice how swift the change of position in those Congress critters who said they would object? Even those who said they stood firm. Burning and looting and mayhem has gone on throughout the nation yet now, when the mayhem - though it be slight, relatively - comes to the Capitol building, do they act. Still, though they act, their actions have been decidedly in their self-interest.

Hey America, FU.

Mr. President, Cross That Rubicon

 Via Bob

There isn't one man in this entire misbegotten tribe of political  animals of government who will right the electoral wrong done to the United States last November. So either the President  himself steps in to see justice done, or else 74M citizens  will be left with the task. The choice is now "who", not "if".

Aside from the crushing socialism, the overweening global warmist religious fanaticism, the stench of tens of thousands of homeless insaniac drunkards and dopeheads shipped here from every other state, and the tidal wave of illegal immigrants from 20 other nations, there are a bare few advantages to living here in Calestine (which name is stolen shamelessly from yesterday's comments).

Things like any climate and geography within 2 hours by car, even in traffic, year around, and shorts and t-shirt weather 300 days a year. But also not to be overlooked, is seeing the ABCNNBCBS narrative fully formed and wholly thought out, complete with proper editorial handiwork to tighten and focus the audio and visuals for the best impact.

Was the assault on the Capitol building a false flag? (No Was about it)

 Via G.W. Long

Was the assault on the Capitol building a false flag?

I’m writing this hours before posting it, so events may unfold that add more information.

The first thing you need to ask yourself: was the break-in at the Capitol, while Congress was in session holding a debate about election certification, an attempt to stop a transfer of power to Biden, or an attempt to stop the debate itself—-during which legislators would have laid out evidence of fraud?

The assault did achieve a stoppage of the debate, which was being carried live on television.
