1 m/l per 110 lbs body weight, for me 1.5 m/l as a once monthly preventative. when we felt symptoms we immediately took another dose and continued every other day. it takes 48 hours to pass thru the liver. we SHOULD have taken 3 m/l per. we got better in 3-4 days, but wife kept a bad cough so went to doc. they didn't even test her but said she likely had omicron, said she wasn't contagious any more n sent her home. look on ann barnhart's blog. she has a chart and info on it. you can put it in juice or tea or whatever. i put it in soda but it foamed up like heck.
