U.S. Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz got into a tense back and forth with agents in Laredo, Texas, Friday, as Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas paid a visit.
In video shared with Fox News by a Border Patrol source, Ortiz confirmed that “morale is at an all-time low.”

ReplyDeleteThere is a part of me that feels bad for the guy talking the whole time. I've been a supervisor, thats the pre-shift meeting we're seeing. Boss said HIS boss called, and morale is kow, go out there and cheer these guys up...
So the poor schlep goes out and tries, by appealing to the same tired grift as always, and baffled by its failure, that the agent is not only questioning his dogma, but openly contradicting and arguing against it...

I can empathize with that.
Then I imagine being given illegal un-constitutional orders, and it dawns on me whats different.
I have a spine. I have morals. I have courage. I have a mind that is my own and not controlled and indoctrinated by others. I won't stand by and commit crimes against my citizens, my people!
