Remember it was 19...The year 1913, was a watershed. Remember it was 1913, when the income tax was legalized with the 16th Amendment. Also, that year the Federal Reserve was initiated. This was the year the bankers and elite set America on the path to destruction. They took the Senate and made senators accountable to be elected not to governing America. They made it legal for the federal government to extort money from the working class. And most important, they took control of the American money supply.

It was this trifecta that doomed freedom. It is hard for most people to comprehend how the elite think and plan. Their plans are not for the next year or two. Instead, they plan for the next decade and century. They knew there would not see the rewards of these plans. But they knew their great, and great great grandchildren would reap the harvest. And look today who is benefitting today.

Badger
Badgerhttp://losingamerica.truth-in-politics.info/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7566715115931065803.post-60884381940305450282017-07-31T00:36:29.143-04:002017-07-31T00:36:29.143-04:00Repeal the 17th - excellent idea.
Senators have ...Repeal the 17th - excellent idea.
Senators have gotten away from representing the interests of the local people who elected them, and now think they are more like a mini State Department. They've "transcended" the provincial notion of answering to their state.
Yeah, well screw you.

As noted above, 1913 was a bad year, indeed.

- Charlie
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7566715115931065803.post-6947403332671480682017-07-30T23:26:57.692-04:002017-07-30T23:26:57.692-04:00100%100%Brock Townsendhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11404173139501539265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7566715115931065803.post-58965535994990118902017-07-30T23:26:22.826-04:002017-07-30T23:26:22.826-04:00Excellent idea! The U.S. Senate is the State House and senators need to be selected by State Legislatures so there is no outside influence which a popular election allows. 1913 was a bad year with the Income Tax, Federal Reserve and removing senators from State control. --Ron WAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
