Read a lot on this recently. Why can't this just be an Agency implementing a 40 year old law? Imported Shotguns have been subject to sporting purposes for years. And the study actually found that removable mags are sporting. Don't know, but I doubt this is even on Obama's radar.

Twice. What's the question? GCA has been around for 40 years and as always applied to shotguns. Check out the Gilbert case they cite. Did I miss that Obama signed the study or something?
