WE CAME, WE SAW , HE DIED

“It’s only after we’ve lost everything, that we are free to do anything.”

Do you understand?

The transformation of one’s grasp on reality can be a torturous journey, the realization of the lies and deceit during the awakening is akin to detoxifying from “Chasing The Dragon”.

Burn baby burn, it won’t stop, it’s just yet another escalation of the times we live in, embrace what is happening, embrace the smoke and fires. Am I crazy? perhaps.

” We came we saw and he died”.

Free elections in November? Wrap your mind around that fallacy. Doom and Gloom, no not so much, rather….. REALITY. Does reality scare the fuck out of you? It should, it should also place a smile on your face. After the education and the awakening… that sickening feeling in your gut is Rock Bottom, until you understand completely your enslavement, how on earth could you have a desire for FREEDOM?

I wake up every day with a feeling of invigoration, regardless how much of the world continues to deteriorate, I understand the flow of emotions are similar to what our founders felt, we will be given a opportunity for freedom, the best part will be the fight, standing up and declaring the shackles no longer bind.

The adrenalin rush of fighting for something so precious makes the hair on my neck stand upright, do not judge the Islamists with a heavy hand…. they should be admired for their courage, they are in the streets fighting for something they believe in.

What would our own masters do to us if we were to mirror the actions of those in N. Africa and the ME? Regardless if you think theses folks are throw backs from 600 AD, they are willing to step onto the green, can you say the same?

The embassy attacks: Let's be clear what's happening

Via Anonymous comment on Blue

The attacks on US embassies in Libya (where the Ambassador and several other staff members were killed), Egypt and Yemen have several elements that have not been discussed in any mainstream media report that I've seen so far. I'd like to highlight them.

1. These attacks were not random events.

These were clearly well-planned, co-ordinated attacks across national boundaries. They happened on the eleventh anniversary of 9/11; they happened within hours of each other; they were encouraged and co-ordinated by a Web site run by a Saudi fundamentalist who published blatant lies about a movie being made in the USA, thereby whipping up popular emotion; and demonstrators in Egypt chanted the names of 'Obama' and 'Osama', bragging that there were a billion Osamas-in-waiting (supported by the appearance of Al Qaeda flags, which is a clear indication of who's behind them).

Apologists who try to insist that these demonstrations were spontaneous popular events are either misguided to the point of being delusional, or they're lying.

2. The breeding-ground for fanaticism in the Islamic world exists because the First World allowed it to persist.

Don't let anyone try to persuade you that all Muslims are responsible for these actions. That's like saying that all Catholics are responsible for the actions of the
Provisional Irish Republican Army and its splinter-group terrorist successors, or that all Protestants are responsible for the actions of the Westboro Baptist Church, or all fringe sects are responsible for the actions of Aum Shinrikyo. There are good and bad Muslims, just as there are good and bad Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, or what have you.

That said, it's true that Islam has produced more than its share of fundamentalists and their sympathizers. Why? Because some Islamic nations have typically never invested much time, energy or resources in secular education systems. They've relied on the mosques and imams and madrassas to educate their citizens - and the imams have taken full advantage to entrench their position in and influence over Islamic society.

What makes this doubly tragic is that many Islamic nations were formerly colonies of European nations, who had decades - sometimes centuries - in which to inculcate more enlightened attitudes there, promote secular education, and curb the influence of militant reactionaries in religious matters. They failed to do so because they simply weren't interested in doing more than the minimum to administer these territories. They wanted to first conquer or annex them, then retain them, as a source of raw materials, markets, and revenue. They were there for what they could get out of them, not from any great nation-building purpose. As a result, more than a few nations that could have become enlightened leaders in their regions are today no better off, in terms of religion and education, than they were before the colonial era.

The result of that neglect you see before you today, in the ignorance, bigotry, zealotry and fanaticism demonstrated by the mobs that stormed our embassies. Those who planned and led those demonstrations knew precisely how to whip up and manipulate those elements to achieve their objectives.

3. President Obama, through his foreign policy vacillations, has brought this upon America.

I lay the blame for these events firmly at President Obama's feet. He's
pandered to Islam, pulled our forces out of Iraq, is busy pulling them out of Afghanistan, and has not taken a hard line with those nations such as Iran, Pakistan, etc. who are trying to push us around. As a result, radical Islamists have lost all respect for him.

From a Christian perspective,
Luke 11:21-22 puts it very well. "When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace. But when a stronger than he comes upon him and overcomes him, he takes from him all his armor in which he trusted, and divides his spoils." President Obama has been neither a strong man nor fully armed, and has not guarded his palace (to whit, our nation). Does anyone really believe those behind these embassy attacks would have dared to launch them three and a half years into the presidency of Ronald Reagan? No? Then I rest my case.

Victor Davis Hanson sums it up admirably
.

Expect more violence. The Libyan murderers are now empowered, and, like the infamous Iranian hostage-takers, feel their government either supports them or can’t stop them. The crowd in Egypt knew what it was doing when it chanted Obama’s name juxtaposed to Osama’s.

Obama’s effort to appease Islam is an utter failure, as we see in various polls that show no change in anti-American attitudes in the Middle East.

. . .

At some point, someone in the administration is going to fathom that the more one seeks to appease radical Islam, the more the latter despises the appeaser.

These terrible attacks on the anniversary of 9/11 are extremely significant. They come right at a time when we are considering an aggregate $1 trillion cutback in defense over the next decade. They should give make us cautious about proposed intervention in Syria. They leave our Arab Spring policy in tatters, and the whole “reset” approach to the Middle East incoherent. They embarrass any who continue to contextualize radical Islamic violence. The juxtaposed chants of “Osama” and “Obama” in Egypt make a mockery of the recent “We killed Osama” spiking the football at the Democratic convention. And they remind us why 2012 is sadly looking a lot like 1980 — when in a similar election year, in a similarly minded administration, the proverbial chickens of four years of “smart” diplomacy tragically came home to roost.

There's more at the link.

Rand Paul: "Not One Penny More for Libya, Egypt or Pakistan Until They Act Like Our Allies"

Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky calls for foreign aid to be cut to Libya, Egypt, and Pakistan until they start acting like our allies. Sen. Paul calls for half of the money that would go to these countries to be put towards veterans benefits to help those who have risked life and limb to keep us, and those countries, safe.

Report: Anti-Islam Filmmaker Nakoula a Government Informant

VERBATIM

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s insistence that the U.S. government had "absolutely nothing to do with" the “disgusting and reprehensible” anti-Islam movie that touched off violent demonstrations has been complicated by the revelation that the film’s producer was a government informant.

Producer Nakoula Basseley Nakoula became an informant after his 2009 arrest for bank fraud, according to The Smoking Gun.

Nakoula provided federal prosecutors with a detailed account of the fraud operation and fingered the alleged head of the operation. In return his prison sentence was reduced.

The disclosure could further fuel conspiracy theories in the Muslim world asserting that the American government was behind the movie “Innocence of Muslims,” which President Obama has flatly denied.

They picked the perfect actor for a political ad loaded with f-bombs.

Samuel L. Jackson will film a provocative spot supporting President Obama’s re-election bid as early as tomorrow — telling voters to “Wake the f--k up, Vote for Obama.”

The ad is a riff on Jackson’s viral video “Go the F--k to Sleep,” where he narrates a children’s book written by Adam Mansbach.

It’s paid for by the Jewish Council for Education and Research Super PAC — which earlier this summer aired an ad of comedian Sarah Silverman offering “free lesbian sex” to billionaire Sheldon Adelson if he stopped supporting GOP nominee Mitt Romney.

“It’s definitely going to get attention,” said Mansbach, who is writing the script for Jackson’s ad and said it would appear on YouTube on Sept. 24.

We Should Stop Arming Terrorists Who Attack Us

It now seems quite obvious to many that the “riot” that burned down our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and killed our envoy, J. Christopher Stevens, along with three others, was not a really a riot at all. Instead, it was an orchestrated assault by terrorists, probably Al Qaeda. So we get this kind of analysis from the Shadow Government website:

“The death of Ambassador Stevens is a wake-up call to the U.S. The Arab Spring is in the process of being hijacked by al Qaeda and we ignore the spread of violence and of al Qaeda’s pernicious vision in the Middle East at our own peril.”

“In the process”?

I agree that Al Qaeda probably orchestrated this attack; because Al Qaeda was always involved in the Libyan regime change.

At the very least, we were warned this was going to happen. The Algerian government said that Al Qaeda would get weapons during the conflict, and several reports mentioned the possibility that they would acquire rocket-propelled grenades. It is ironic that we now know the attack on the consulate was from Al Qaeda precisely because they got those RPGs. As Shadow Government said, “AQIM openly boasted of benefiting from Qaddafi’s weapons cache.” This was completely predictable.

Obama Outsourcing Grant Money Overseas While You Look For Work and Lose Your Home

While 26 million Americans are either out of work or underemployed, and millions are losing their homes to foreclosure, our loving and caring government is sending millions of dollars overseas in the form of grants.

Earlier this week, the House Energy and Commerce Committee held a meeting in which the Republican members attacked the EPA and demanded answers for the millions of dollars in taxpayer funded grant money they have been sending overseas. Fred Upton (R-MI) chairs the House committee and opened the meeting with the following statement:

“There is nothing in the Clean Air Act directing the EPA to send tax dollars abroad, and the American people would not be pleased to know we are subsidizing foreign projects at a time when millions of Americans are out of work and the national debt just eclipsed $16 trillion.”

Ed Whitfield (R-KY) Energy and Power Subcommittee Chair added:

“The American people sent us to Washington to clean things up and this is just one example of where we can all agree — that this money should be spent here at home rather than in China or Indonesia.”

According to both congressmen, the EPA alone has given out $50 million in overseas grants in 2010 and 2011. Some of those grants include:

  • $305,849 to the Ukraine to retrain former Newly Independent States weapons scientists.
  • $141,450 to China to study pig manure.
  • $400,000 to Indonesia for the Breathe Easy Jakarta program.
  • $1,226,841 to the United Nations to help promote clean fuel.

After citing these figures and grants, Whitfield told the committee:

Presidental poll from Edgecombe county

Edgecombe is 58% black and more than 50% of my house tax goes to welfare.

"........a recently concluded dailysoutherner.com online poll favors Romney with 244 votes to 194 for Obama. Thirty-five pollers were undecided.

The slight edge for Romney is somewhat of a surprise considering that out of 38,430 registered voters in Edgecombe County, 28,557 are Democrats compared to just 6,054 Republicans. There is also a large disparity between black registered voters (23,158) and white (14,556).

In 2008, Obama carried Edgecombe with 67 percent of the vote to beat Republican candidate John McCain, but this election may result in a tighter race based on the president's complicated healthcare plan and his backing of a controversial gay marriage amendment. Some religious leaders have openly voiced their opinions against Obama because of the amendment."

IDF update

A white wedding dress, white flowers, a happy groom and ... an Iron Dome rocket defense battery in the background. More @ Love of the Land

IDF has called up some units. They did this a few months back, and then again just a few days ago.

They also have deployed Iron Dome in more than one area. In Sinai, and around some major cities.

It was most likely a couple of Iron Dome units Walfred's brother saw. It takes several missiles to make up one unit. It is 20 rockets in three pods to make one unit. That means it is ten units he can see.

If armor units are moving up, that is more worrisome. When infantry moves up with the armor, it is time to batten down the hatches. Large numbers of people can not stay in the desert for long periods of time, without a huge supply train. Israel doesn't fight that way. It is lightening warfare that the IDF is known for. They have too many enemies to move slowly.

I am waiting to hear back from my friends, or hear they are not there.

U.S. rescue mission to Benghazi hit by 'professional' ambush

- A squad of U.S. troops despatched by helicopter across the Libyan desert to rescue besieged diplomats from Benghazi on Wednesday ran into a fierce overnight ambush that left a further two Americans dead, Libyan officials told Reuters.

Accounts of the mayhem at the U.S. consulate, where the ambassador and a fourth American died after a chaotic protest over a film insulting to Islam, remain patchy. But two Libyan officials, including the commander of a security force which escorted the U.S. rescuers, said a later assault on a supposedly safe refuge for the diplomats appeared professionally executed.

Miscommunication which understated the number of American survivors awaiting rescue - there were 37, nearly four times as many as the Libyan commander expected - also meant survivors and rescuers found themselves short of transport to escape this second battle, delaying an eventual dawn break for the airport.

White House Refuses To Cut Off Aid To Muslim Brotherhood-Run Egypt…

Weasel Zippers

VERBATIM POST

Will sanity ever prevail?

Via Politico:

Despite calls for ending foreign aid to Egypt in the wake of an attack on the U.S. embassy in Cairo, the White House is standing by funding commitments.

Asked on Air Force One Thursday if the United States would withhold aid, White House press secretary Jay Carney said simply: “No.”

Carney also told reporters that the partnership with Egypt continues as the country transitions into democracy — in the wake of President Obama’s comments Wednesday that Egypt was neither an ally nor an enemy.

Unreal: On Day Following Libya Assassinations, Obama Skips Another Intel Briefing

Is anyone surprised by this revelation? Our Commander Campaigner-in-Chief has made his priorities crystal clear:

How long had it been since President Obama attended his daily intelligence meeting in the lead-up to the Sept. 11 attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Egypt and Libya? After all, our adversaries are known to use the anniversary of 9/11 to target the United States. According to the public schedule of the president, the last time the Obama attended his daily intelligence meeting was Sept. 5 — a week before Islamist radicals stormed our embassy in Cairo and terrorists killed our ambassador to Tripoli. The president was scheduled to hold the intelligence meeting at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, the day after the attacks, but it was canceled so that he could comfort grieving employees at the State Department — as well he should. But instead of rescheduling the intelligence briefing for later in the day, Obama apparently chose to skip it altogether and attend a Las Vegas fundraiser for his re-election campaign. One day after a terrorist attack.

On Monday the same Washington Post columnist, Marc Thiessen, reported that the president has missed 62 percent of his daily in-person intel briefings in 2011 and 2012.

Minister: Libyan Security Showed Radicals Where to Attack Ambassador

Ain't convinced.

Meanwhile, senior diplomatic sources told The Independent that the U.S. State Department had credible information 48 hours before mobs charged the consulate in Benghazi and the embassy in Cairo that American missions may be targeted, but no warnings were given for diplomats to go on high alert or "lockdown,” under which movement is severely restricted.

It is also suspected that the killings of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, an information officer, private security guard Glen Doherty and one other American may have resulted from a serious and continuing security breach, The Independent reports.

Stevens had been back in the country only a short while, and the details of his visit to Benghazi were meant to be confidential, The Independent reports.

Sensitive documents are now missing from the consulate in Benghazi – some of which are said to list names of Libyans who are working with Americans, putting them potentially at risk from extremist groups, while some of the other documents are said to relate to oil contracts.

As for the raid on the consulate, it was a two-pronged attack, said the eastern Libyan security official, Deputy Interior Minister Wanis el-Sharef. He said that hours after the crowd stormed the consulate Tuesday night, the militants raided the safe house.

That raid occurred just as U.S. and Libyan security arrived to evacuate the staff, suggesting infiltrators within the security forces may have tipped off the militants to the site of the safe house, about a mile from the consulate. It’s a villa inside the grounds of the city's equestrian club. The location of the safe house was supposedly secret, The Independent reports.
