Washington State liberty activist Anthony Bosworth was arrested Wednesday outside a federal building for openly carrying a firearm, an announcement on Bosworth’s Facebook page reports.
Within hours, he had been released with no criminal charges, his wife informed supporters.
Liberty advocate Kit Lange has fleshed out further details of the arrest on the website for The Patrick Henry Society. The “co-organizer of Arms Expo 2015 was arrested this morning outside the federal courthouse in Spokane as he attended a states’ rights rally with his family,” Lange reports.

If they arrested and then released him with no charges then they are guilty of multiple crimes, some felonies. False arrest, kidnapping, assault because they touched him, violation of civil rights. I'd be making as big a ruckus as possible about this and hounding the DA to file criminal charges on top of the civil lawsuit. Every time a badgemonkey does something like this they need to pay a price and DA's that refuse to hold them to the law need to be opposed at election time.
ReplyDeleteLaws need to be made/changed to enable the individuals to be liable. That would make a huge difference.
