Watchdog lawyer says 6 supremes must be impeached

Via Cousin John

U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, nominated by President George W. Bush, has been a disappointment for conservatives.
 Traitor X 2

In the wake of Thursday’s King v. Burwell Supreme Court decision upholding Obamacare, at least one attorney who has argued cases before the court is calling for the justices who filed the majority opinion to be impeached.

All six of them need to go, says Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch.

All six are guilty of abandoning the rule of law, says the longtime government watchdog.

In its place they have substituted the advancement of their own political agendas.

“These six justices have violated their own long-established rules of interpretation for applying statutes to instead advance their own political objectives or burnish their public persona,” Klayman said in reaction to the decision. “Such personal goals corrode the role of the court. The justices abandoned the rule of law and have become merely a political focus group.”

"Y'all, my heart's about to break. I'm so tired of hearing the Confederate flag blamed for murder and racism and every bad thing by politicians wearing out their knees for votes and people too ignorant of history & truth to argue with.

This is the same Gramscian consciousness molding campaign that was started in the early 1990s by people who make a living stirring up trouble between the races. Ignored and largely unreported in all these terrible events is the majestic and sublime Christian response by those robbed of their loved ones and by others in Charleston.

THAT is the South that I love, and the Confederate flag has never stood for any other South, regardless how many lunatics, liars, and murderers have used it for their own purposes. Lawlessness & senseless bloodshedding is what 250,000 Confederate soldiers died to prevent"

I find Cornel West, a black professor, complaining of White Supremacy, which he believes our black President needs to remedy. Obama, he says, is “niggerized.”

“A niggerized black person is a black person who is afraid and scared and intimidated when it comes to putting a spotlight on white supremacy and fighting against white supremacy,” West said.

I would like to explain to Professor West a few things about this dread supremacy:

We have White Supremacy, Professor, because for 2500 years we, whites, have produced the best minds on the planet, the greatest flourishing of the arts and sciences ever seen, the most complex and organized societies. We have White Supremacy, whatever exactly it may be, because we have been the earth’s most successful race. No other has come close.

Deal with it.

When he was five years old, Kevin Wheatcroft received an unusual birthday present from his parents: a bullet-pocked SS stormtrooper’s helmet, lightning bolts on the ear-flaps. He had requested it especially. The next year, at a car auction in Monte Carlo, he asked his multimillionaire father for a Mercedes: the G4 that Hitler rode into the Sudetenland in 1938. Tom Wheatcroft refused to buy it and his son cried all the way home.

NC: GOP reinstates punished lawmaker Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.)

Facing enormous blowback, Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) on Thursday reversed course and said he was reinstating Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) as a subcommittee chairman.

Chaffetz stripped Meadows of his subcommittee gavel last week after the congressman joined nearly three dozen other conservatives in voting against leadership on a procedural motion that nearly scuttled a major trade package.

Stick another fork into the SC, evidently Marxized/bribed and/or framed.

As bad as the Supreme Court’s ruling in Obamacare was, the other decision it handed down on Thursday, in Texas Housing v. Inclusive Communities, is even worse.

Like the opinion in King v. Burwell, in which the Court effectively rewrote the plain language of the so-called Affordable Care Act, in Texas Housing the 5-4 majority decided that Congress had allowed claims of housing discrimination to be brought based on population statistics, when in fact it has never done so.

Now, plaintiffs do not need to show there was actual racial discrimination, or an intent to discriminate. Instead, they can just point to the racial makeup of a neighborhood and infer that discrimination must have happened in order to bring a lawsuit and force communities to re-engineer themselves.

Guest Post: SCOTUS, Obamacare, and the Stars-and-Bars

http://usercontent1.hubimg.com/5310464_f520.jpg

I am an American.  Some of my roots go back to the Revolution, where I recently documented my ties to a soldier who crossed the Delaware with Washington.  I know that if I go back further than that, and if family lore is correct, I have an ancestor who came over on the Mayflower.

I am a Patriot.  I love this country, I revere the Constitution and its principles that The People reign supreme.  And I view this country as THE exceptional country sprouting from an exceptional, almost aberrational departure, from the majority of human history: the Anglosphere.

I am also a Jew.  Some of my family met their end in Hitler’s “Final Solution”, including my great uncle Haim, his wife, and teenage son – all of whom were murdered in Auschwitz.

Firmly believing in NEVER AGAIN! I take a keen interest in what’s going on, both in terms of Jews, Israel, and the world.

So I am scared now.  Very scared.

With the just-enacted Supreme Court decision about Obamacare, which Justice Scalia now scornfully calls SCOTUScare, we have seen the death of the Rule of Law.

When word meanings are flipped, folded, twisted, mutilated, and distorted to mean the exact opposite of what they clearly say – as we’re recently found out from interviews with Gruber, the architect of the law – there is no law.  There is only what people with guns say the law is.

A bit of history, as I recall my past readings: legal language, as indecipherable as it may seem at times, was IIRC originated to be precise.  It was meant to be used to prevent the King from saying “Well for so-and-so, my friend, the law means this – but for my enemies, the law means that.”  Yet we are heading back to where the law means whatever the King says it means.

On top of this, we have the war on the Stars and Bars.  And coming soon, the war on the Stars and Stripes.  We already have a war on the white race*, and on American culture and exceptionalism.  This is a concerted effort to delegitimize the humanity and beliefs of the prime resistance to the Left in this country:  the South, and many White Americans (though by no means are Conservatives limited to whites – Lloyd Marcus who writes for the American Thinker is a fellow patriot, and black, whom I read and like... and my respect for Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell, both black men, is hard to beat).

Arbitrary law and delegitimized peoples are a recipe for disaster.  Time and again throughout history, we have seen this.  It is a short, short step from delegitimizing a person’s views, to dehumanizing the person entirely.  Within living memory we have seen what happens when this occurs, especially in an environment where the law means whatever they powers-that-be want it to mean.

When the future is written, assuming it is written by honest people, they will say to haul out “The Decline and Fall of The Roman Empire” – just replace “Rome” with “America” and you’ll be close enough.

Forgive us, Benjamin Franklin.  We’ve failed to keep it.

* I say “White” not as a racial supremacist, but merely to be accurate.  And I say this as a white man married to a non-white woman.  Race holds no meaning for me per se, as I go by the dictum to judge a person by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.  It used to be this was a noble sentiment; now, it seems, to quote Martin Luther King’s praiseworthy hope is now considered prima facia evidence of racism.  How far, truly how far, we’ve fallen.

Tom Woods Calls Out Jack Hunter on Facebook: Should have added Rand Paul

 Rand Paul and Jack Hunter

Tom Woods posted the following on Facebook. (I don’t know if the Facebook link will be visible to everybody.) Judging by the comments, many people didn’t know who he was talking about, but I knew right away.

One of the worst things to me is the spectacle of people who conveniently “change their minds” when the heat is on, and then look down their noses at those who hold the same views they themselves held 10 minutes earlier. Then they win praise and huzzahs. Well, you can stick your media praise you know where, because you’ll never see me crawling to beg for it.

At some point you have to decide to be a man, and quit pandering and apologizing.

RAND PAUL

Not his father's son.  Disgraceful. X him off.

A day after the political winds seemed to shift in South Carolina, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) called on the state's legislators to remove a Confederate flag located outside their statehouse.

"I think the flag is inescapably a symbol of human bondage and slavery, and particularly when people use it obviously for murder and to justify hatred so vicious that you would kill somebody," Paul said in a Tuesday morning interview with Boston talk radio host Jeffrey Kuhner. "I think that symbolism needs to end, and I think South Carolina's doing the right thing."

Customs Agents To James O’Keefe: You’re Being Detained For Investigating The Federal Government

U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents who detained conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe at the airport specifically asked him about the work he’s done investigating the “federal government.”

O’Keefe was detained by U.S. customs agents Monday after arriving at the airport in Nassau, Bahamas en route to Miami. Agents told O’Keefe that he was being detained for crossing back and forth across the U.S.-Mexico border while dressed as Osama bin Laden in a video that was published by The Daily Caller. Agents marked his passport with an “X” and explained that he would be detained every time he enters U.S. territory henceforth.

I'm pleased that you agree with my suggestion to display the chocolate Jesus, and the fact that your museum does not have the guts to display something of "art" which would insult blacks and Muslims. By the way, it has been canceled, (Seems they have more sense than you) and the "artist" is looking to place it elsewhere, so you should be able to book it now.

It is amazing how you will allow these in your "museum" which admits children two years and up.

Since you refuse to cancel your exhibit, that libels my ancestors, I have another sterling suggestion for an "art" display which will feature the American Flag.

Before I broach this matter, I would like to show that I am a true patriot, as have been my family from Brandywine forward.

I am a 100% service related, disabled, Vietnam veteran with a total of approximately ten years residence there in various capacities (before and after) leaving in April of '75 at the end.

With this in mind, I would like to suggest an "art" display with three exhibits making the whole. (I would only agree to do this if children aren't allowed......) This would showcase the Stars andStripes from 1860 on.

A small exhibit on the left would have the historically correct flag during the WBTS surrounded by appropriate documentation in pictures and words of Yankee atrocities (documented on my site) consisting of rape and murder of Southern women, both black and white. Yankees particularly liked to rape black women.

On the right would be another small exhibit of Old Glory in the 1920's with pictures of huge marches of the KKK carrying numerous American flags, as well as lynchings of both black and white that occurred under it. This, plus various other ones showing the official flag of the KKK, the Stars and Stripes, carried by them until today.

The largest exhibit will be the centerpiece which will have the correct flag from the time after the War when the Buffalo Soldiers, in conjunction with their Yankee counterparts, massacred our American Indians of all ages and sexes, using the expertise they perfected during the WBTS. This flag will have a circulating pump, much like in a fountain, but this will continually recycle human blood. (animal blood just won't do, and I am sure the donations of those who honor their ancestors will surely surpass the need. Possibly, my Vietnamese wife will want to contribute, and needless to say, my American Indians friends will be more than eager.)

This will keep Old Glory constantly dripping with blood while surrounded by appropriate documentation.

Please let me know if this meets with your approval, after all, as my mother always said, what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

He made the incendiary comments at the Save the Black Church rally held Tuesday night in Marian Square, close to the Mother Emanuel AME Church, where white racist Dylann Roof allegedly murdered nine black churchgoers.

The ‘Confederate Flag’ Never Called Me a Nigger: But Blacks and Liberals Have

Via LH

It’s interesting that liberals and Obama-lefties have little to say when the U.S. flag is trampled and burned by anti-American anarchists and Muslims. They call it “free speech” and “freedom of expression.” But they somehow justify condemnation of the Confederate Flag as a ‘hate symbol’.

For millions, the Confederate Flag is a symbol of their love for the New South, which has risen out of the ashes of the Old South.

The homosexual flag flies wherever it is wanted without a thought pursuant to how people who oppose homosexuality may feel or what they may think about it. Muslims are now flying their flags in America but it is the Confederate Flag that is worthy of condemnation.

The Battle Flag and the Gutless Wonders We Elect to Office

Via Billy

http://www.confederatelegion.com/images/010312003.jpg

Another big flap over the Battle Flag. We have a repeat performance like so many that have gone on before. A white youngster kills a bunch of black folks in a church in Charleston, South Carolina and is photographed on the Internet with a Confederate flag in his hand and we are off to the races once again. This so much resembles some of the false flag events that have taken place over the past couple years that I really have to wonder. In this case the Marxist crowd gets to campaign against two of their adversaries, the Confederate flag and guns.

I looked at the picture of this kid on the Internet with the flag in his hand. Pardon me for saying so, but he really looked whacked out. He held the flag like someone had just shoved it into his hand and he wasn’t quite sure what to do with it. It was a tremendous photo op for the left.

And now, in typical Yankee/Marxist “reasoning” its the fault of that nasty Confederate flag that he did what he did. If we are to believe the “news” media it was the flag that caused him to go out and kill those black folks, therefore the flag must come down immediately if not sooner  (yesterday would have been better) and on and on it goes. The folks that follow this stuff know the drill by now. Another shooting done in a gun-free zone where it was already against the law to have a firearm, and still our Marxist-in-Chief calls for more gun control. One difference was that they got this kid alive where most shooters have turned up dead in the past few years. They may have propaganda plans for him.

"Well, here is another turncoat jumping on the Cultural Genocide Bandwagon. It's perfectly okay to trash the symbols of your ancestors, remove their monuments and flags, and rewrite their history, as long as it wins you favor in the eyes of the ignorant and gets you re-elected. After all, isn't that what this is all about to those politicians who are pushing to remove the Confederate Battle Flag? It's all about appeasement. Appeasement is SURRENDER!

You can't negotiate with cultural terrorists any more than you can negotiate with Muslim terrorists. The historically stupid say, "The war is over. You lost. Get over it." The military part of the war ended 150 years ago, but the social, economic, and cultural phases continued, and not only continued, but have picked up steam. This country is overflowing with the dumbed-down, historically ignorant masses who don't have a clue about the War of Northern Aggression. They just keep spewing the same, tired old mouth diarrhea phrases like, "It was about slavery", "That flag represents hate and slavery", "The South fought to keep its slaves".

These airheads can't base one of their arguments on fact. They have guzzled the Marxist Kool-Aid for 150 years and question not one word of it. They trust this socialist government completely and are led around like a pig with a nose ring. It is sad, frightening, and disgusting how "those people" have taken an inexcusable tragedy and turned it into an anti-Southern agenda meant to completely destroy our culture. These state "leaders" are folding like lawn chairs and can't ban the flag, and Confederate monuments fast enough.

Will I stop displaying my Confederate symbols? Yeah, when my toes are turned up and I'm laid out in my casket."

What will be the next Confederate flag? The Cross? The Six pointed star?

 http://cdn.inquisitr.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/walmart-confederate-flag.jpg

Before I start with this article I have to correct the national news apparatus…the Confederate Battle Flag is NOT the Stars and Bars!!!!!  The flag known as the Stars and Bars is the first national flag of the Confederacy.  You are showing your historic illiteracy when you call the crimson cross the Stars and Bars.

Now to begin:

Did you ever see a group of people turn into a mob?  Seriously, did you ever actually see it occur.  It’s terrifying.  People move from a tense inaction, circling the target, to an almost chaotic violent explosion all targeted towards one person.  It is savage, brutal, bloody, and uncontrollable.  It is one of the ugliest human actions you can witness in life.

You may have seen it as a child in the school yard when a group of children turned against one.

Did you ever see a group of animals savagely turn on and kill a wounded animal?  Those visions are precisely what I see happening in America today.  The Confederate Battle Flag has become the object of an almost instinctual, purely cannibalistic impulse to attack something, shred it, destroy it and finally consume it.

And, I can’t help but think how powerful that Confederate flag is as an antagonistic  symbol to the Left based on the continuous howl we are hearing as they jump at the colors flapping in the breeze.  Look at the pulsating energy and excitement being focused on the Confederate Flag – just like the mob phenomena mentioned above.

For the mindless, the Confederate Battle Flag has been painted as a racist symbol.  That’s very easy to do; its a white redneck symbol isn’t it, and aren’t they all racists?  But, for the academicians, the liberals, and even the RINO’s and New World Order types the Battle Flag is a symbol of something of much greater concern.  The Confederate battle flag is a lasting, resilient, striking image – vision of resistance to central authority.    The Confederate Battle Flag is the best recognized symbol of the South, of the Confederacy, and of the concept of secession!
