ReplyDeleteAny sensible person, any sensible government, would try to avoid degenerate U. States as much he could. Should the people of Vietnam wait until the U.S. degrades them to the level of San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Detroit ? gives them a government like the U.S. Congress ?
There were still Russians there in 1992.
