Requiring "Mens Rea" clauses in ALL regulatory actions would be an excellent first step prior to abolishing 99% of all regulations and the agencies that proglomate them.

ReplyDeleteCertainly would, but we've got to replace 78 imbeciles first or at least enough to make it pass, but boot them all would be better, needless to say.
