As a citizen you are expected to pursue your grievances through the
courts, including attempts to tread on your liberties.
A government gun grab would violate the Second and Fourth Amendments,
but it wouldn't justify the use of deadly force, which is reserved for
situations where you or other innocents face immediate death or serious
bodily harm, not for protecting property or liberty. For the same
reason, you're not allowed to shoot someone who tries to infringe your
1st Amendment rights. The constitution does protect you from the
government treading on your liberty, but it does not grant you the use
of deadly force in doing so.
I'm sure TJ wholeheartedly disagrees as do I and many others.
The New York Times is the "house organ" of the American Left.
It's provided many a service to the Obama Administration. That its
writers should be inclined to lie in service to the Left's agenda should
come as no surprise...except that far too many Americans still believe,
despite everything that's transpired, that "the paper of record" would
never dare to print a factual assertion that's untrue. It is to laugh.

What it's about, what most of our politics is about, is the seething
hatred between our two white tribes, with such issues as gun control,
gay rights, and posture towards blacks as tribal markers. Posture is all
it is; as the late Joe Sobran observed, liberals in their mating and
migratory habits are indistinguishable from members of the Klan.

Most folks know that the people running up the death toll in murder capitals like Chicago are not using AR15s.
And many Americans yet accept that in the last analysis it is a man's
duty to be the defender and protector of his wife and children. Human
nature will ultimately triumph over ideology.

Los Angeles cops wait for the bad guys to escape -
Robbers stabbed a clothing store employee and sexually assaulted
another during an hours-long hostage drama that ended early Friday with a
police SWAT team surging into the shop and rescuing 14 workers. No robbers were found. [No description of the perps, indicating it's the usual suspects]

We cannot have big guns out here as far as the big guns that are out
here, the semi-automatics and all of them. We can’t have those running
around out here. Those are not hunting weapons. We should ban those in
Iowa. We need to get them off the streets—illegally—and even if you have
them, I think we need to start taking them. We can’t have those out
there. Because if they’re out there they’re just going to get circulated
around to the wrong people. Those guns should not be in the public’s
hands. There are just too many guns. We have to change, and we have to
get stricter and tougher with what we do

What Bill Ayer's Weather Underground would do with 25 million Americans who refused to be "re-educated" into communism - the reply was that they'd have to be eliminated... And when I say eliminate, I mean kill. 25 million people.

Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that's where it's really at.

[Recall political strategists met with Barack Obama and started his career in former Weatherman Bill Ayers's living room.]
"2,800 people in California were killed last year by gunfire." ... counting those who commit suicide, of course...
gang-bangers, which are fully 75% of those homicides.

Federal regulation of private gun sales - There is NO FEDERAL JURISDICTION
for private party intra state sales of any used merchandise. The
Interstate Commerce Clause does not apply. No Federal nexus means no
Federal jurisdiction!

As documents relating to the Sandy Hook shooting continue to be
assessed and interpreted by independent researchers, there is a growing
awareness that the media coverage of the massacre of 26 children and
adults was intended primarily for public consumption to further larger
political ends.
While it sounds like an outrageous claim, one is left to inquire
whether the Sandy Hook shooting ever took place — at least in the way
law enforcement authorities and the nation's news media have described.

I highly suspect that the mohammed video was itself made at the behest
of the Obama regime, thus making the whole Stevens assassination a giant
false flag operation. The fact that Hillary was trotting the video out
before the SEALs were even dead reinforces that hunch profoundly.

As for China and the massive cities that are so big they use colors to identify neighborhoods and areas but yet sit empty. They have shopping malls and the city is there but empty with the exception of maintence crews.
