Air Pollution From Grilled Burgers Worse Than Trucks
A UC Riverside study found that commercially cooked hamburgers cause more air pollution than diesel trucks.
The study, which focused on commercial charbroilers found in burger restaurants, said the equipment generates grease, smoke, water vapors and combustion products, which emit a large amount of particulate matter into the air.

Issa responds to bogus Gunwalker report
Hopefully Issa will have something up his sleeve tomorrow when Michael Horowitz presents key findings at the Congressional Oversight hearing.Darrell Issa, Chariman of the House Oversight Committee issued a response to the report:
“The Inspector General’s report confirms findings by Congress’ investigation of a near total disregard for public safety in Operation Fast and Furious. Contrary to the denials of the Attorney General and his political defenders in Congress, the investigation found that information in wiretap applications approved by senior Justice Department officials in Washington did contain red flags showing reckless tactics and faults Attorney General Eric Holder’s inner circle for their conduct.
“Former Deputy Attorney General Gary Grindler, Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer who heads the Criminal Division, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jason Weinstein, Arizona U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke, and Holder’s own Deputy Chief of Staff Monty Wilkinson are all singled out for criticism in the report. It’s time for President Obama to step in and provide accountability for officials at both the Department of Justice and ATF who failed to do their jobs. Attorney General Holder has clearly known about these unacceptable failures yet has failed to take appropriate action for over a year and a half.” Schmaler should be fired and Congress should investigate the cozy friendship between the Department of Justice and Media Matters immediately.
Virginians Lead American Independence Movements
Washington, the Virginia aristocrat, was to grow into his enormous responsibility as commander-in-chief of an “undisciplined horde led by clowns and fools”; he would later admit: “Could I have foreseen what I have, and am likely to experience, no consideration upon earth could have induced me to accept this command.” Another Virginian, and son of one of Washington’s generals, would lead a drive for American independence 86 years later.

Virginians Lead American Independence Movements:
“Before the Bunker Hill news reached the Congress, the delegates had already agreed to arm the Colonies for defense under a single command and had appointed George Washington commander-in-chief, with the rank of general.
The big, pock-marked plantation master, who stoically suffered the experiments of colonial dentists on iron and wooden teeth, has come across time more as an abstraction than as a person. First in war, first in peace, first in the hearts of his countrymen – this alone is enough to dehumanize any man. Certainly he is not first in the hearts of people who inhabit the county he won, and George Washington personally would regard the nation that has evolved with cold incomprehension.
First of all, George Washington was a product of the ruling class of Virginia’s aristocratic republic. His antecedents were English; his affiliations were with English people and the Virginia English. His experiences were largely limited to the plantation world of eastern Virginia, and he had no real desire to extend his experiences beyond these limits. When his State allied with others for mutual defense, his ambition and sense of authority motivated him to seek leadership in the area where he felt most qualified to serve – in the military.
The plantation master suffered no delusions about his military gifts, nor did the Continental delegates who appointed him. Washington was picked, for a variety of sound political and practical reasons, primarily because he was a Virginia aristocrat, and not because he was some vaporless distillation of “The Patriot.”
Any New Englander was eliminated from leadership because many of the delegates from other colonies (especially the rich conservatives) regarded them as troublemakers. This elimination made a Virginian the logical choice. Virginia was the largest and oldest colony; it had been a leader on principle in the struggle with England over colonial rights, and its representatives were as a group the most distinguished.
Finally, despite all the later-day talk about democracy, the colonial representatives in 1775 agreed that an aristocrat, habituated to and a symbol of authority, should lead. This made a Virginian at least one inevitability of the movement.
In selecting Washington for these considerations, the Congress could not have known they had selected a man with the most enormous capacity for growth under pressure. Washington was the apogee of the progressive-conservative of his class and his state. He was the most dramatic vindication of the oligarchy’s theory of producing from the plantation society superior individuals for leadership.”

“War Is Horrible, but . . .”
Dead German civilians in Dresden
2. “War is terrible, war is horrible, but war is also at times necessary and the only means of stopping evil.”
"I do not endorse state-enforced—that is, violent or potentially violent—embargoes and blockades."
4. “War is horrible, but slavery is worse.” (Winston Churchill as quoted in Dear and Foote 1995, xv)
Some may object that the War Between the States was fought to prevent the ongoing slavery of the blacks then held in thrall. But however deeply this view may be embedded in American mythology, it is contrary to fact. As Abraham Lincoln made crystal clear in his letter of August 22, 1862, to New York Tribune editor Horace Greeley, he had not mobilized the armed forces to free the slaves, but only to prevent the seceding states from leaving the union: “My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that.”[1] When Lincoln brought forth the Emancipation Proclamation— a document carefully drawn so that at the time of its promulgation it freed not a single slave—he issued it only because at that time it seemed to be a useful means for the attainment of his “paramount object,” preserving the union. The slaves, including those in states that had not seceded, were ultimately freed for good by ratification (at gunpoint in the former Confederate states) of the Thirteenth Amendment in 1865, which is to say as a ramification of the war, which itself had not been undertaken in 1861 in pursuit of this then-unforeseen outcome.
Anyone who has done even a little reading about the theory and practice of war— whether in political theory, international relations, theology, history, or common journalistic commentary—has encountered a sentence of the form “War is horrible, but . . . .” In this construction, the phrase that follows the conjunction explains why a certain war was (or now is or someday will be) an action that ought to have been (or still ought to be) undertaken, notwithstanding its admitted horrors. The frequent, virtually formulaic use of this expression attests that nobody cares to argue, say, that war is a beautiful, humane, uplifting, or altogether splendid course of action and therefore the more often people fight, the better.
Some time ago—in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, for example— one might have encountered a writer such as Theodore Roosevelt who forthrightly affirmed that war is manly and invigorating for the nation and the soldiers who engage in it: war keeps a nation from “getting soft” (Morris 1979). Although this opinion is no longer expressed openly with great frequency, something akin to it may yet survive, as Chris Hedges has argued in War Is a Force That Gives Us Meaning (2002). Nowadays, however, even those who find meaning for their lives by involvement in war, perhaps even only marginal or symbolic involvement, do not often extol war as such.
They are likely instead to justify a nation’s engagement in war by calling attention to alternative and even more horrible outcomes that, retrospectively, would have occurred if the nation had not gone to war or, prospectively, will occur if it does not go to war. This seemingly reasonable “balancing” form of argument often sounds stronger than it really is, especially when it is made more or less in passing. People may easily be swayed by a weak argument, however, if they fail to appreciate the defects of the typically expressed “horrible, but” apology for war.
Rather than plow through various sources on my bookshelves to compile examples, I have availed myself of modern technology. A Google search for the exact phrase “war is horrible but” on May 21, 2012, identified 58,100 instances of it. Rest assured that this number is smaller than the entire universe of such usage—some instances most likely have yet to be captured electronically. Among the examples I drew from the World Wide Web are the following fourteen statements. I identify the person who made the statement only when he is well known.

North Carolina League of the South – 2012 Voter Guide
Governor-
Pat McCrory is by far not the most conservative nominee for governor the Republicans have put up in some time. That being said he offers a great number of policy solutions that will wittingly or not, promote North Carolina sovereignty. The first recommendation is that North Carolina nullify Obamacare by an act of the General Assembly with the Governor's support. The second is McCrory's insistence on passing a Voter ID Bill that will allow us to police our own elections and not the federal Justice Department. Lastly is McCrory's willingness to push for offshore drilling which will give North Carolina access to essential energy sources that will make us less dependent on others and especially DC for our survival. Democrat Walter Dalton has been a quiet Lt. Governor with little to recommend him to the position of governor.
Lt. Governor -
Dan Forest is by far the greatest source of hope for liberty-lovers and those desiring a strong North Carolina. He is an ardent Tea Party conservative and very well-schooled on the 10th Amendment. He promises to push for nullification of unconstitutional federal policies and to combat the Third World invasion by battling illegal immigration via implementation of the 287g program in all 100 counties. Of all the Council of State candidates he is the best hope for the future if he wins this election.
Secretary of State -
Ed Goodwin is a solid conservative running against perhaps the most left-wing member of the Council of State, Elaine Marshall. The incumbent, Marshall, has steadily opposed a voter ID law in North Carolina and asserts that there is no voter fraud occurring in our State; Goodwin is a true citizen patriot and a 5th-generation farmer from Edenton.
North Carolina Treasurer -
Steve Royal is right up with Dan Forest in terms of his devotion to liberty and his opposition to the status quo. Unfortunately he has been all but written off by the NCGOP for both his views and his inability to raise funds. According to Royal, the State GOP has all but endorsed his Democratic opponent and turned a blind eye to his requests for campaign funding, a clear indication that he is too conservative for the liberal-wing of the NC GOP. He needs our help as much as anyone to end the risky management of our State's pension funds in the stock market.
North Carolina Insurance Commissioner –
Farmer and former insurance salesman Mike Causey of Guilford County is challenging incumbent Democrat Wayne Goodwin of Stanly County to lead the State’s insurance department. Causey as a private citizen successfully lobbied the State legislature to make it easier for customers to get their vehicles repaired at shops they choose. This helped smaller repair shops compete against larger repair chains favored by underwriters. Goodwin has received praise from conservative organizations in the past. Causey appears the more conservative.
North Carolina Supreme Court -
Next to the presidential and gubernatorial contest this is the most importance race in North Carolina. Justice Paul Newby is running for another term on the court at a time when it is a 5-4 conservative balance. Were Newby to lose then we would see most sovereignty and 10th Amendment issues being argued before a left-wing court. This race deserves our utmost effort.
US Congressional District 3 -
Walter Jones is in the same league as Ron Paul in his devotion to the Constitution and his willingness to buck the traditional party mold. An ardent foe of foreign adventurism, abortion, illegal immigration, and free trade, Rep. Jones is perhaps the best Congressional candidate in the state.
US Congressional District 7 -
Republican challenger David Rouzer opposes longtime Democrat Mike McIntyre in this race, the latter patterns himself as a conservative Democrat but expectedly demonstrates clear support for Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi. While no deeply-ingrained conservatism of the Nathaniel Macon variety seems to flow in Mr. Rouzer’s veins, unseating a liberal Democrat in North Carolina may be worth the effort.
US Congressional District 11 -
Mark Meadows is a patriot in the same mold as our Founders. A devoted Christian and ardent constitutionalist, Mark is like Walter Jones in the sense that he is willing to buck the traditional Republican tenets if they violate his conservative principles. Our State needs more Republicans like Meadows.
NC Senate District 34 -
Senator Andrew Brock is a solid patriot who is a staunch supporter of our State's Christian and strong conservative traditions. He is also seriously devoted to reducing federal interference in North Carolinian's daily lives and deserves the vote of traditional conservatives.
NC Senate District 38 -
Richard Rivette is a liberty candidate in the mold of the Tea Party and Ron Paul. With Glen Bradley's defeat in his Senate primary, Mr. Rivette is probably the best chance for electing a true liberty candidate to the NC Senate.
NC House 6 -
The 2011 State legislature created this new district which has Dare County Democrat Paul Tine opposing Dare County Republican Mattie Lawson. Tine supports the heavily-subsidized State ferry system and heads a nonprofit organization funded with Golden Leaf Foundation and federal stimulus money. Lawson helped found the Tea Party of the Outer Banks, supports “limited government, lower taxes, and the founding principles.”
NC House 14 -
George Cleveland is one of the most conservative members of the Republican caucus. He is a very passionate opponent of illegal immigration into our State and a fierce proponent of State sovereignty measures. He is a co-sponsor of the North Carolina Tenth Amendment re-affirmation now tied up in the legislature.
NC House 18 -
Louis R. Harmati, Republican, is challenging incumbent Democrat Susi Hamilton, the latter being a film industry incentives booster and has earned top rating and support from the NAACP. She has recently come under fire publicly for supporting film industry incentives and renting her personal property to film companies receiving State assistance. Harmati is the conservative candidate in this race.
NC House 19 -
Republican Rep. Danny McComas has resigned and former New Hanover county commissioner Ted Davis has been appointed for the remainder of his term. Republican Davis is contending for the seat against Democrat Emilie Swearingen. The Democrat candidate will fight the Republican reform of education, and “promotes easy access to health care, child care, education, birth control, equal pay for women, and keep government out of our personal lives.” Davis recently voted for his county to accept a birth control grant from the State.
NC House 20 -
This is a newly-formed district and the result of redistricting by the Republican-dominated legislature. Current New Hanover county commissioner Rick Catlin is an environmental engineer running against Democrat Tom Gale. Catlin’s publicly-stated positions include repealing Obamacare, maintaining capital punishment and he supported Amendment One.
NC House 65 -
Bert Jones is only a recent convert to the GOP, having won his seat as an independent. As such, he presents himself as very conservative and an outside-the-box thinker in approaches to both State and federal issues.
NC House 85 -
Mitch Gillespie is a staunch conservative and major proponent of energy development in North Carolina. He has led the fight to remove unnecessary regulations from the books in State government and is in a key position of leadership in the GOP caucus.
NC House 87 -
Edgar Starnes is probably the last true paleo-conservative in the NC House. He is a frequent sponsor of the important Monument Protection Act which preserves North Carolina heritage and culture, and hangs a picture of Mississippi Senator and American President Jefferson Davis on the wall of his Raleigh office.
NC Supreme Court Non-Partisan Race
If one votes straight party ticket they will not have voted in this race which is near the end of the long ballot.
The two candidates are incumbent North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Paul Newby, a Republican, but not listed as such. He is challenged by North Carolina Court of Appeals Judge Sam Ervin, IV, a Democrat, but not listed as such, and grandson of Senator Sam Ervin.
Currently the Republicans have a 4-3 majority on the State Supreme Court. If Ervin wins, it will switch to a 4-3 Democrat-majority which can undo all the Republican legislature has passed during this last term. This would include the recent legislative redistricting.
Though polls show a likely McCrory win as well as a likely Republican State House and Senate, they would lose the State Supreme Court should Ervin win. With at least 5 pending legislative reform lawsuits from this term, expect many more with a Democrat-majority court.
North Carolina Libertarian Candidates for Office:
Our recommendation when both Republican and Democrat candidates appear equally opposed to traditional-conservative State governance is to strongly consider voting for a Libertarian candidate. While the LP may not mesh perfectly with the ideals and goals of traditional-conservatism, the Libertarian will be far more resistant to federal encroachment into our personal lives and State affairs.
Additionally, a general rule of thumb is to vote against any candidates endorsed by the Charlotte Observer, Raleigh News and Observer, and Wilmington Star News.
Pat Buchanan Calls Obama ‘Drug Dealer of Welfare’
Newsmax
VERBATIM
The remarks by Buchanan, a former presidential candidate himself, came amid the controversy surrounding Romney’s remarks that 47 percent of Americans are “dependent on government.”
As for Obama, he is “a drug dealer of welfare,” Buchanan said. “He wants permanent dependency, in my judgment, of all these folks somehow getting benefits, benefits, benefits, and paying no taxes.”
Rather than leading to criticism of Romney, Obama's remarks should lead to a discussion about government’s role in society and why the economy pushes people to government dependency, Buchanan said in the show that aired Tuesday.
“We used to have FDR talking about relief being a narcotic, a subtle destroyer of the human spirit. We've got to get off this welfare, is what he said. And in that sense it’s a narcotic.”
Romney wants to avoid turning welfare into a narcotic, Buchanan says. “We believe in temporary help for anybody that’s in trouble. You should have a floor of decency under every family. Unemployment should be temporary. Unemployment benefits should be temporary. Food stamps should be temporary. What are we doing with 47 million people who permanently have to be fed by the government?”

KIA, WIA and EIA
Another friend who served in Special Forces in the Highlands in 1964 told me about a puzzling radio report they received from one of their teams at an outlying camp. The team radioed the coded number of friendlies (ARVN troops) killed in action (KIA) and wounded in action (WIA) but added 1 "EIA." When asked what "EIA" meant, the outpost said one of the Yards had gone outside the perimeter wire at night to go to the toilet and was "eaten in action" by a tiger.

The Confederate Flag Still Flies in the South (Brazil)
An award-winning 2001 documentary of the present day descendants of the "Confederado" immigrants to Brazil. It is set against the background of the "Festa Confederada", a fund raising event which supports maintenance of the Campo Cemetery, which was started by Confederate exiles near the city of Santa Barbara d'Oeste in the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The film combines interviews of confederate descendants and their neighbors with illustrations and old photographs to tell the story of how the Confederates came to be in Brazil.
Confederate POW Memorial vandalized
Security surveillance under review
The Confederate Memorial Park near Point Lookout was vandalized last week with a spray-painted swastika on the base of a statue of a Confederate prisoner of war. A noose was placed around the statue’s neck and there was also a racial epithet spray-painted on another section of the memorial.
“I’m highly upset about it,” said Michael Daras, who lives nearby. His son, John, noticed the swastika on Thursday, but did not notice the noose until Friday when he visited the site.
“It shouldn’t be desecrated that way,” Michael Daras said, who was born in England and raised in Washington, D.C.
The memorial park was dedicated on Sept. 6, 2008, and cost more than $250,000 along with $100,000 worth of materials, said Jim Dunbar, chairman of the Confederate Memorial Park.
Dunbar called the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and they are investigating the vandalism.
There was a beer bottle at the top of the stockade under the statue and a security camera there was removed, Dunbar said. However, another security camera at the site was recording and that video is under review, he said.
“I think it was probably a couple of kids,” he said.

At the end of his 1962-1963 tour in Vietnam
(Read "A Bright Shining Lie," An excellent book on John Paul Vann who grew up in poverty. He led a a Ranger company on reconnaissance missions behind enemy lines for three months during the Korean War. A Virginian, who never slept more than four hours a night, and could go for months at a time on two. He liked the Vietnamese and lived with a girl there. A truly remarkable man. The book has been translated into Vietnamese, though the Communists took some liberty with their wording! He became the first American civilian to command U.S. regular troops in combat in the position of a Major General. After the Battle of Kontum, he was killed when his helicopter crashed in the twilight. For actions on April 23 & April 24, 1972, since ineligible for the Medal of Honor as a civilian, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, the only civilian so honored in Vietnam.
John Paul Vann interview at the two minute mark. The ARVN that you see firing into the river is probably shooting at a log or something similar, as the VC would hide behind these in an attempt to get under a bridge and blow it up, so most anything unknown in the water was shot at to determine validity. The ARVN boarding with the civilians were a protection force who would return to gather more civilians once their load was dropped off. BT)
"The basic fact of life is that the overwhelming majority of the population — somewhere around 95 percent — prefer the government of Vietnam to a Communist government or the government that's being offered by the other side."

"This is a political war and it calls for discrimination in killing. The best weapon for killing would be a knife, but I'm afraid we can't do it that way. The worst is an airplane. The next worst is artillery. Barring a knife, the best is a rifle — you know who you're killing."

Mother Claims Walmart Clerk Refused to Sell Her a Shotgun Because She’s a ‘Petite Young Woman’
Is there such a thing as “too much” gun for a woman? That’s what one Walmart employee in Clarksville, IN, implied when he “firmly refused” to sell a Mossberg 930 to petite Prayse Dangler, she claims.
Not only that, but primarily based on her size, the employee allegedly threatened to call the FBI and asserted that she was really buying the gun for someone else.
Dangler explained what happened on her Facebook page (via the Firearm Blog):
“Yesterday at Walmart I tried to buy a shotgun to keep at the house with me when Brad is gone. We live in the heart of downtown New Albany where there is a lot of foot traffic, and we believe that me having a reliable way to protect myself and our baby when Brad isn’t here is just a responsible thing to do.
Here’s the kicker though. The man behind the counter looked at me in disbelief when I pointed out the beefy Mossberg 930 Tactical weapon… The man then proceeded to interrogate me about what I wanted it for and how it would be used. He said that I didn’t hold it right and that I needed “something else better suited to you”. He put it back in the case and firmly refused to sell it. – All because I am a petite young woman!
He threatened me with the FBI and accused me of purchasing the gun for “someone else” – namely my husband who was with me. My husband informed him that IF he was the one that would be primarily using the gun then he would have bought it himself… [Emphasis added]

Pavers for The Nathan Bedford Forrest Memorial
We are in a truce at this time...I will be able to expound more on that in the upcoming days. In the meantime, my job is to raise money...AGAIN! I know a lot of you might be saying, "well, I have been giving to this effort for years...when is it gonna stop and when is Pat Godwin going to stop asking me for money"....Gentlemen, there are not words adequate enough to express to you my most sincere gratitude for everything y'all have done for us and General Forrest here in Selma through all these years, plus the committed money for the reward for the information leading to the arrest & conviction of the perpetrators of the theft of the NBF bust.
I am just an humble player in this theater of war...I have told many folks through the years, that I really think this entire project from its inception has been Providential. There are people who walk the planet for their entire life, and then when the time comes for them to stand at their judgement, they wonder why they have been here and feel they have lived a lifetime not knowing why they were here and wondering what they have done with their lives during their time here. I am blessed to KNOW why I am here...our Lord has allowed me to be just a small part in this effort to pay homage to General Forrest that is properly due him...especially here in Selma Alabama where he only had about 3000 troops against more than 13,000 of the best equipped troops in the history of the world..this took extreme raw courage and commitment to duty to his country! Based on the history of Selma, I truly believe that General Forrest's spirit STILL LIVES HERE IN SELMA...and there is a reason this war continues to exonerate him in OUR time as he was exonerated in HIS time.
Confederate Circle will be an historical learning site ...we plan to have historical markers telling the history of the circle, the Ladies Memorial Association, Selma chapter 53 UDC, Elodie Todd Dawson, the Confederate Monument, the Forrest Monument...we are installing two more flag poles - one will fly the Confederate Battle Flag (the soldiers flag) one will fly the Stars & Bars (the daughters flag) and we plan to move the existing flag pole to the Forrest Monument and fly Gen Forrest's 7th Tenn Cavalry flag (the Battle Flag without the center star ). We plan to have the heavy duty wrought iron park benches within the circle also. We are planning to re-landscape the Circle with Southern trees, flowers & shrubs.
There is so much to tell and I will be putting out a detailed report soon...however, please be assured that SECURING the FORREST monument and the entire Confederate Circle is the objective...we will have state of the art security system installed with 24/7 surveillance. There also will be LED lights installed on the Forrest Monument and the Confederate Monument.
We will be offering an opportunity to sponsor the flag poles ($2100 each), a park bench (cost is unknown right now) bronze historical markers, and the bronze historical plaques that will be attached to the eight-sided pedestal that the entire Forrest monument will be placed upon. There will be a 5 ft.wrought iron period correct fence installed around the Forrest monument, as well. I am currently working on the order forms for the sponsorship of these features.
Thank you again for your continued faithful support of the Forrest Monument effort here in Selma...again, I will be putting out a detailed report soon.
Confederately yours,
Pat Godwin

OBAMA ADMIN SENT UNARMED BRITISH FIRM TO PROTECT U.S. MISSION IN BENGHAZI
According to a source close to Breitbart News and high up in the intelligence community, the Obama administration’s policy following Muammar Gaddafi’s death has been to keep a “low profile” during a chaotic time.
For this reason, according to the source, American Marines were not stationed at the U.S. embassy in Tripoli or the American mission in Benghazi, as would typically have been the case. In the spirit of a “low profile,” the administration didn’t even want an American company in charge of private security. Blue Mountain, the British firm the State Department hired, was willing to abide by the “no bullets” Rules of Engagement (ROE), so were a logical fit for the contract. These sub-standard protections for American diplomats were signed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the ROE.
In essence, the Obama Administration tasked an unarmed British firm with security responsibilities that should have been handled by armed American servicemen, and it was all approved by the Secretary of State. Needless to say, the plan failed and an Ambassador was murdered, along with several others.

U.S. judge rules Ariz. can now enforce immigration law
After years of legal wrangling that culminated in a landmark Supreme Court decision, a federal judge ruled today that Arizona police can start enforcing the state's immigration law.
U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton formally lifted the injunction that she originally placed on the law in 2010, just a day before it was scheduled to go into effect. Now, all the state's police officers can carry out the parts of the law that survived.
The most scrutinized will be a portion that requires police to determine the immigration status of a person stopped, detained or arrested if there's a "reasonable suspicion" that they're in the country illegally.
Tuesday's ruling may not end the legal wrangling over the law as several civil rights groups, including the National Immigration Law Center, have vowed to continue monitoring the law and will bring lawsuits if Arizonans are subjected to racial profiling.
