"The long-feared race war is on"

Via WRSA

https://mikesright.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/lunapic_133397266280355_2-1-e1333972494310.jpg?w=700

As I said in the previous piece, now that the long-feared race war is on, the imperative question is What now? However, the previous observation is so striking, and so paralyzing, that many Americans won't get around to asking themselves what they should do next.

Unfortunately, for perhaps two-thirds of us, the failure to address that question might cost us our
lives.

Please take note: The following observations and recommendations are addressed to all races. Whites might be in the greatest degree of danger -- at least, there haven't yet been any reports of a pack of black youths attacking a black passerby -- but when savages are prowling freely, all non-savages are at risk in some degree.

Please take further note: Some recommendations will be harder to follow for certain categories of persons than for others. This is merely an observation of fact. However, as with all natural laws, this one is self-enforcing. Failure to be realistic about one's self-defense capabilities and to take appropriate remedial action will not be excused should the worst happen. There are no suspended sentences for the crime of wishful thinking.

Finally (and most seriously) for this series of caveats: Assume that no third parties will come between you and your assailants. There was a time when third parties were more likely to intervene in a street brawl or a mugging. Yet even in our best eras, it was less likely than not; the "mind your own business" street ethic Americans have always practiced is strong enough to inhibit even the capable from "taking sides" in a matter they know little to nothing about.

The situation is grave. The risks are high -- higher for some than for others. And you're on your own.

HEY, BLACK TEENS: You Can Murder a White Man in Syracuse and Only Get 18 months

Via Angry Mike

Screen Shot 2013-08-25 at 4.40.35 PM

Onondaga County Family Court Judge Michael Hanuszczak today sentenced a 16-year-old to 18 months of confinement for the killing of a 51-year-old man.

The sentence was the maximum the judge could have handed down to the teen, who was recently found guilty of second-degree manslaughter in the beating death of Michael Daniels.

The boy was 15 at the time of the incident and has maintained his innocence since his arrest at the end of May.

The judge, who is required by law to sentence a juvenile delinquent to the “least restrictive available alternative consistent with the child’s needs and best interests and the need to protect the community,” said he made his decision based on a variety of factors.

Unbelievable: FBI interrogated man after comment about American “Police State” on Facebook

Via Knuckledraggin' My Life Away

 Blaine Cooper (Source: Facebook)

Seems like they're really concerned about Facebook posts as the stuff he mentioned is all over the blogs everyday.

A man says that within hours of making an impassioned post on Facebook, he was being interrogated by police and the FBI.

Blaine Cooper, 33, contacted policestateusa.com with a concerning story about how his sentiments posted on Facebook had drawn the attention of the federal government.  He showed me the comment and told me that within 24-hours of posting it, he was being contacted by the police and FBI.

His colorful comment was in reference to what he believes is an “American Police State,” in which the power of the federal government is growing in a direction which may one day lead people to fight back.

Cooper, who is training to be a wild land fire fighter, said that on August 23, he was contacted by Officer Jason Kuafman of the Prescott Valley Police Department and was told that he needed to come to the police station for an interview with the FBI.

How much sense does this make?, says Fred Reed in this article, How We Were Before Night Fell, at Fred On Everything.

Intelligent people who would never act so foolishly in any other venue have collaborated in the suppression of information about black-on-white violence, black cultural pathologies, and blacks' hatred of whites. I have a special animus for "journalists" who have done so; their betrayal of their occupational responsibilities played a large part in bringing us to where we stand today.

Californians seem hell-bent to escape the mess they have made of their state. They run to other states complaining of the disaster they are escaping. And then they proceed to vote for the same taxation and regulatory policies that screwed up California... these new immigrants are plague carriers, bringing the virus of out-of-control state power to heretofore only mildly infected states.

Spiral - Given the razor's edge the financial system now teeters on, analysts estimate a Treasury Bond interest rate of 3.5% is about where a death spiral begins. Of all the 10-year Treasuries held in the world, the Federal Reserve owns a bit less than a third. Should the interest rate tick up toward its normal 4% to 6%, the Fed would need to "print money" just to break even, meaning more bonds need to be issued to put it into play. What seemed "manageable" is transformed into a runaway, self-compounding event. Rising interest rates also trigger serious effects outside the bond market. Derivative implosions, for one. The spiral starts when buyers see the Fed losing control of artificial low rates, which is where they get the 3.5%. The spiral ends when the entire federal budget goes to pay interest. The numbers suggest this could take only a few months, start to finish. Somewhere near the final rollover look for near-total wealth destruction when DC seizes nominally private accounts—retirement, savings, checking or what have you, partly on the theory private transactions are criminal transactions until proven otherwise. But mainly because the EU and South America have shown them they can. And what they can do, they will do.

Dear Black Thugs: You’re Making It Hard For White Devils to Believe You’re Innocent Children

According to the Media, President Obama and the slick-haired Al Sharpton, we white devils are supposed to feel very sorry for the plight of the black teen.

I believe Americans, by and large, do have sympathy for any person or group who’ve had life deal them a bad hand.

However, young black thugs, you’ve got to work with us a little bit because you’re kind of operating against the storyline the aforementioned are singing about y’all, and thus, making it difficult for us to soulfully commiserate.

Of what, pray tell, do I speak?

Well, homeslice, it goes something like this: For us to give a crap about your below-par existence we’d like to hear less and less about…

- Your ghastly grades in school

- Your ridiculous dropout rates

- Your colossal out of wedlock birthrates

- Your embracing of a musical culture that celebrates the shooting of cops and doing filthy, vile things to someone’s daughter

- Your love affair with drugs and alcohol

- Your #hatethem tweets aimed at white people

- Your flash mobbing and robbing places and people

- Your audacity to blame everybody and their dog for your odious behavior

- And your ginormous, misplaced racial chip on your shoulder

Intended Knockout Game victim shoots back

 gun_barrel

The newspaper in Lansing, Mich., came so close to getting it right: An intended victim of the Knockout Game pulled a gun and shot and his attacker. So far so good.

This version of the game had a twist: Instead of punching the victim in the face, the predator used a taser – a KL-800 Type Stun Gun capable of generating 1.8 million volts.

The assailants had scouted the site, the victim and even practiced firing the taser. But then it all went wrong. Or right.

When Marvell Weaver jammed the taser into the ribs of the still unidentified man and pulled the trigger, it jammed. The target pulled out his .40 caliber Smith and Wesson and shot Weaver as he tried to escape to the getaway van where two of his accomplices waited.

According to MLive.com:

“Weaver ran, sat down across the street, his leg going numb, bleeding. Pleading.

“‘I’m sorry, please don’t kill me, I don’t know why I did that, I’m high you know, I just wanna go home,’” the teen told the man who had just shot him.

He lived. This happened in May, while the intended victim was picking up his child at a school bus stop. The story came out this week.

Shock

http://www.gunslot.com/files/gunslot/images/64935.jpg

The coming free fall into squalor and horror will be particularly shocking to those who rely on designer "resilient communities" and "sustainable life styles" of the five hundred acres and independence kind. There will come a time when they'll wish they had less expertise in their pet's dental hygiene and more in how to keep little Suzy off the menu of feral dogs with bad gums. With them, survival means comfort and convenience in the midst of other people's annoying travails.

They'll fold at their first hard challenge. Survival means surviving. Duh. Put your money on the grubby guy with grass stuffed in his boots carrying a beat up K98 and a knack for avoiding trouble.

The stylish daydreamers will die in 5.56 casings up to their ankles. And that's only if they live past, say, the first seriously diseased wildlife they do out 'cause they don't know any better. Next time you're at the mall, look around. Picture them turned out in crisp digital cammies with color coordinated accessories. Picture them gravely discussing how to play nice in the worst of circumstances. There's your well-tempered, respectable survival community. Red meat on a platter. They'll draw the worst kind of attention. A crowd to stay away from.

Putin: “Our stance on Assad will never change. We believe that the Syrian regime is the best speaker on behalf of the Syrian people, and not those liver eaters."

Via avordvet

Yesterday the Telegraph's Evans-Pritchard dug up a note that we had posted almost a month ago, relating to the "secret" meeting between Saudi Arabia and Russia, in which Saudi's influential intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan met with Putin and regaled him with gifts, including a multi-billion arms deal and a promise that Saudi is "ready to help Moscow play a bigger role in the Middle East at a time when the United States is disengaging from the region", if only Putin would agree to give up his alliance with Syria's al-Assad and let Syria take over, ostensibly including control of the country's all important natgas transit infrastructure. What was not emphasized by the Telegraph is that Putin laughed at the proposal and brushed aside the Saudi desperation by simply saying "nyet." However, what neither the Telegraph, nor we three weeks ago, picked up on, is what happened after Putin put Syria in its place. We now know, and it's a doozy.

Why is Barack Obama preparing a military response to the Syrian chemical attack when the United States never responded militarily to the Benghazi terrorist attack?

Via LH

Almost precisely one year ago Barack Obama drew a red line in regards to Syria; if chemical weapons were used in Syria Barack Obama stated his calculus would change and the United Stated would be forced to do something about it.

Then last week it was reported that chemical weapons were used against the civilians in Syria and today John Kerry made it official. Our government is telling us that it was Syrian President Bashar Assad who used these weapons, but it is quite possible that the rebels got control of these weapons and used them to draw the United States into the conflict on their side.

While our government is claiming it was Assad who used the chemical weapons this is the same Obama regime who falsely claimed for weeks on end that a youtube video was responsible for the terrorist attack in Benghazi which left Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods dead when everyone knew this was not the case, so forgive me if I feel as if the Obama regime has no credibility.

  And speaking of Benghazi.

An experiment,
of blood and gore,
that the union is,

Now we know,
and now we see,
on the backs of the vanquished,
fought for you and for me.

The States had rights,
but now are none,
as the Federal monster,

Spirit of Dixie,
does live again,
as the boot of the monster,
on our throat now attends.

The politicians lie,
and the bankers cheat,
as we all were taken,

Doctors say good bye,

and you will pay,
for their Godless dream.

our bodies are owned,

Generous bonuses continued flowing to top officials at the Department of Veterans' Affairs health network last year, despite a string of patient deaths and reports of mismanagement, unsanitary conditions and unprofessional practices.

Documents obtained by the Washington Examiner show six top administrators of the Veterans Health Administration received performance bonuses in excess of $16,000 last year.

In all, the top VA executives and medical professionals received more than $3.3 million in bonuses that are supposed to reward exceptional work. The figure does not include rank-and-file employees or other financial incentives not tied to job performance.

A VA spokesman issued a statement to the Examiner late Monday saying the 2012 performance bonuses for some top agency executives “have been suspended pending further review and are not being paid at this time.” That includes some VHA officials.

The Original Judicial Lawmaker

 http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/67/John_Marshall_House_(Fauquier_County,_Virginia).jpg

It is said that this country has been governed since 1787 by three constitutions: the limited one drawn up at Philadelphia; the one formulated by the judicial decisions of John Marshall; and the Constitution as modified by the radical Reconstruction Amendments. John Marshall’s political and judicial activism lives on today as the Supreme Court freely makes law as the legislative branch stands idly by.
Bernhard Thuersam

The Original Judicial Lawmaker

“As a Supreme Court judge, Marshall was dominated by his Federalist principles. He was never learned in the law, he knew little concerning the principles of economics, and he was very indolent.  His five-volume biography of Washington was lifeless and full of plagiarisms.  Nevertheless, he was a man of powerful intelligence and reasoning ability.

His judicial decisions were based largely on his splendid common sense his strong Federalist bias. Many of his opinions ranged far outside of the strict limits of the case and would be regarded as obiter dicta from the standpoint of a narrow definition of the judicial function.

His Federalist prejudices, however, happened to correspond with . . . strengthen[ing] the central government.  These prejudices, or principles if you will, were a decided leaning in favor of property rights and an equally strong feeling of nationalism.  During the long period when he was Chief Justice, his decisions were usually at variance with the prevailing views and the economic interests of his native section, the South.

Indeed, he bitterly disliked and distrusted his cousin, Thomas Jefferson, and the latter’s political principles, which became the faith of the Southern States.  Marshall showed a deep distrust of the extension of political democracy.  In this prejudice, he represented the Hamilton view of government.

[In his famous] decisions, such as the Marbury versus Madison Case (1803) . . . he established the power of the Supreme Court to declare a law of Congress unconstitutional. [In] Fletcher versus Peck (1810), [Marshall] greatly curtailed the powers of State governments [and] set a precedent of the Supreme Court declaring a State law unconstitutional. In McCulloch versus Maryland (1819), Marshall definitely rejected . . . the strict interpretation of [the United States Constitution].

Rather, he put the imprint of judicial powers upon the implied powers doctrine of Hamilton and thus tremendously expanded the Federal power.

[In] Cohens versus Virginia (1821) . . . Marshall ruled that the Supreme Court could review and reverse decisions of the highest State courts and that, despite the Eleventh Amendment, the Supreme Court could hear cases on appeal from individuals against States if the latter had originally instituted the suit.  [Virginians criticized] Marshall’s decision as overthrowing the rightful balance between the Federal and the State governments.

Marshall dominated the Supreme Court almost as an autocrat.  When [President] Madison appointed a Republican, Joseph Story, as associate justice, Story was converted by Marshall to his nationalist views.  Marshall was a judicial lawmaker rather than a learned and objective judge.”

Louisville man shot, killed in his garage by Blount County deputy

Via avordvet

Dated.

A Blount County man died after being shot by a sheriff's deputy Wednesday night.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says Henry C. Taylor, 68, was shot and killed during a confrontation at 1856 Mentor Rd. in Louisville.

Taylor and his wife owned the rental home.

Agents say the property has been the scene of several recent thefts and break-ins.

The Blount County Sheriff's Office responded to the home twice this week to take burglary reports.

A deputy took a report Tuesday from Henry Taylor that several items had been taken from the property including an HVAC unit.

Deputy Ernest Ti Ragland, 22, responded to the home Wednesday evening around 7 p.m. and took a report from Mrs. Taylor of another burglary of several items.

Ragland returned to conduct a property check around 10 p.m.

Officials say he was inspecting the residence when he found a broken window at a garage on the property.

Deputy Ragland shined his flashlight inside the building and saw a man with a handgun.

Ragland told supervisors he gave verbal commands and fired multiple shots, killing Taylor.

Obama Says Healthcare Will Be Lower Than Your Cell Phone Bill

Via WiscoDave

Idiot.

One of the things that burns my friggin ass hairs is this notion that poor people have cell phones. And I’m not talking about an Obamaphone, I’m talking about people who are forced to cut corners because of tough times but they still have the top of the line cell phone holstered with texting capabilities, voice recognition, scanning, Siri, or whatever, and none of it is “work related,” it’s self-importance and entertainment related.

From time to time I call state and federal programs and sniff around just to get a sense at what is going on out there.

I called a HARP program and took the interview for the government home refinance program. I heard they tell you on the spot whether you qualify or not.  I was curious.

I often wonder whether if it was when I said I was white that I was turned down or when it was when the lady said, “if we get cut off is there a cell number I can reach you at?” I said, “lady, I’m applying for a government guaranteed refinance that has to go through a review process before you decide who is qualified or not and you expect me to have a cell phone?”

She was pissed.

As her religion faces persecution across the Middle East, a Christian woman explains why she faces hanging in Pakistan for the crime of ‘blasphemy’
To her neighbors, Aasiya Noreen “Asia” Bibi, a poor mother of five in the tiny village of Ittan Wali in central Pakistan, was guilty — guilty of being Christian in a nation that is 97% Muslim. For four years she has languished in a prison cell for this, facing death by hanging. Her new memoir, “Blasphemy,” was dictated to her husband from jail, who relayed it to French journalist Anne-Isabelle Tollet. Fifty percent of the proceeds the book will go to support Bibi and her family.

Tollet says the situation is dire. Embarrassed by Bibi’s case but still refusing to release her because of angry protests by extremists, the Pakistan government has transferred her to a more remote prison, hoping the 42-year-old dies quietly behind bars, perhaps poisoned by another inmate. Already two government officials who have spoken out on her behalf have been murdered, including Minister for Minorities Shahbaz Bhatti, who was killed by the Taliban. In this excerpt, Bibi explains the simple “transgression” that led to her plight.

The mortgage and business-loan activities will be conducted by the federal Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). “OPIC is the U.S. Government’s development finance institution,” says OPIC’s website. “OPIC provides financial products, such as loans and guaranties; political risk insurance; and support for investment funds, all of which help American businesses expand into emerging markets.”

The United States sooner or later may be forced to bail out ailing Chinese banks, according to a provocative thesis by Alexander Friedman, global chief investment officer for UBS Wealth Management.

His reasoning — since China owns such a huge amount of U.S. government bonds, if it is forced to dump them in order to prop up its own economic system, the ripple effect would drive U.S. interest rates skyward and cause turmoil back in America.

Friedman said the People's Bank of China has piled up $3.5 trillion in foreign reserves, primarily U.S. Treasury securities.

The measure by Assembly Majority Leader Toni Atkins, a San Diego Democrat, passed the Senate 25 to 11. The bill now goes back to the Assembly, which passed it in May, to ratify amendments before going to Governor Jerry Brown, a Democrat.

If signed, California would allow abortions by midwives, physician assistants and nurse practitioners in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Glock G30S – Hybrid 10 Round .45ACP Compact – New Gun Review

For years there has been something of a Glock Unicorn. It’s been called a hybrid Glock .45 ACP pistol made from the thin slide of a Glock 36 and the wide body frame of a Glock 30. According to the Internet forum mavens, you end up with a high capacity Glock (10 rounds) with the thinner slide of a the subcompact (and only 6 round) G36, making it lighter and easier to carry. But unlike Unicorns, this wasn’t a myth. People actually did it. They bought two guns and cobbled them together since, just because they could. Glock fanatics have wailed and begged for such a gun to be made in production, but Glock seemed to not hear the call.

Then, at the 2013 SHOT Show, I saw a Unicorn, uh, I mean a Glock 30S – the very gun that consumers wanted.  I wanted to know the “why” behind this, and after talking to LAPD Staff, Glock Representatives, and people in the industry I found out how an internet forum phenomenon became a regular production pistol.

Russia Warns Against Military Intervention in Syria

Russia warned Western powers on Monday against any military intervention in Syria, saying the use of force without a U.N. mandate would violate international law.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow had no plans to be drawn into a military conflict over the civil war in Syria and that Washington and its allies would be repeating "past mistakes" if they intervened in Syria.

"The use of force without the approval of the United Nations Security Council is a very grave violation of international law," Lavrov told a news conference at which he discussed accusations by rebel forces that Syrian government forces have used chemical weapons.

Russia is Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's key ally and one of its main arms suppliers. It is also a veto-wielding member of the U.N. Security Council, where it has protected Damascus from three consecutive resolutions that were intended to put pressure on him to end violence.

For more than two years, Moscow has demanded that any change of government in Syria must be carried out via a political process in which Assad must be part, and that no talks on Damascus' future can be predicated on Assad's exit from power.

Lavrov said last Wednesday's alleged chemical attack, which U.N. chemical weapons experts began investigating on Monday, was probably the work of rebels who wanted to derail plans by Washington and Moscow to hold talks on Syria's future.
