Obama, Holder, $harpton Stoke Flames, Ferguson Officers Shot
Good job boys, everything going according to plan.........
On Wednesday evening, two police officers were shot in Ferguson, Missouri after months of race-baiting from President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, the White House’s favorite race-baiter Al Sharpton, and their compliant media allies.
One of the officers was shot in the face, the other in the shoulder.
Neither was from Ferguson; one was from the St. Louis County Police
Department and another was from the Webster Groves Police Department. As
St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar said, “These police officers
were standing there and they were shot, just because they were police
officers. I have said all along that we cannot sustain this forever
without problems.”

ATF Director Confirms It’s Not Just About M855
Via Jeffery
ATF Director B. Todd Jones spoke in a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing today, and confirmed exactly what I said when the M855 party started: the ATF is not just concerned about M855, but all 5.56 ammunition.
In a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing, ATF Director B. Todd Jones said all types of the 5.56 military-style ammo used by shooters pose a threat to police as more people buy the AR-15-style pistols.
“Any 5.56 round” is “a challenge for officer safety,” he said. Jones asked lawmakers to help in a review of a 1986 bill written to protect police from so-called “cop killer” rounds that largely exempted rifle ammo like the 5.56 because it has been used by target shooters, not criminals.

An EU From The Urals To The Atlantic - Fulfilling Hitler's Dream...............
The bloody conflict currently enveloping Ukraine is being portrayed as a civil war between factions loyal to Vladimir Putin's Russian and those who want to break away and form closer ties with the European Union. In reality its a proxy war being fought between the leaders of an expansionist EU who dream of an empire stretching from the "Urals to the Atlantic" and Vladimir Putin who is attempting to preserve whats left of the Russian empire.
A European empire stretching from the Ural Mountains in the east to the Atlantic Ocean in the west did not become EU policy overnight dreamt up with foresight by some benign bureaucrats in a smoke filled backroom over brandy and cigars.
Military campaigns to subjugate the nations of Europe and form an empire have been fought by a variety of armies throughout history including those of the Romans and the Moors but none have codified their ambitions in more detail than Hitler and the National Socialists.
It's worth noting at this point that the Ural mountains are considered historically - and geographically - to be the border where Europe ends and Asia begins.
Hitler's plan for a Grossgermanisches Reich or a Greater Germanic Reich is well documented whereby he envisaged a Jew free, German controlled Europe stretching from the "Urals to the Atlantic".
If that quote sounds familiar its because it was uttered by British Prime Minister David Cameron during a visit to the former Soviet republic of Kazakhstan albeit from front to back. He told students at the Nazabeyev University in the capital Astana that:
"Our vision of the EU is that it should be a large trading and co-operating organisation that effectively stretches, as it were, from the Atlantic to the Urals".

The Escapes - And My Journey to Freedom, by Du Hua
A review of a book that every Vietnam Veteran should read
Du
Hua was just 7 years old when I left Vietnam. I never met him until,
recently when I read his book and then spoke with him on the phone.
It was about 10:00 AM,
September 19, 1967, when I boarded a commercial flight from Bien Hoa
Air Base, Bien Hoa, Republic of South Vietnam. After a 15-hour flight,
we landed at Travis Air Force Base, California, at about 10:00 AM, September 19, 1967. Because of the International Date Line, my flight, by local times, was a matter of minutes.
Not
so for Du Hua. It was the spring of 1980 when he made his first
attempt to escape the communist regime that we had left as our political
legacy in Vietnam. Things did not work out so well for him, as the
pre-arranged escape did not work out as planned. For various reasons,
the next nine attempts also failed to result in his escape from
Vietnam. Finally, on his eleventh attempt, and a harrowing ordeal at
sea, he succeeded, along with the other passengers in the frail boat in
which they had escaped. The Cap Anamur, a German ship, purposed to
rescue the Vietnamese Boat People that had survived their ordeal by sea,
picked them up. This was in June 1981, over a year after his first
attempt to escape. Very different from that casual flight I had taken
just 14 years earlier.
He
and his companions were then taken to the Philippines. After months of
effort, he received permission to go to the United States and join his
brother, a Vietnamese Soldier who had escaped years before, after having
been seriously wounded in combat.
Du
went on to join the United States Navy, serving proudly until receiving
a lifetime service related injury while serving with VFA-86.
Having
lost his naval career to the injury, he worked his way through college,
eventually becoming a registered pharmacist (this requires almost as
much education as a doctor).
Du has achieved what he sought when he left Vietnam, 34 years ago. He has found his Freedom and his American Dream.
However,
for Vietnam Veterans, treated so contemptuously upon our return from
Vietnam, there is a far greater message in this story of Du's escape and
subsequent life. He is very active, today, speaking to children in
classrooms and to other groups, of his experience and paying tribute to
Vietnam, and other veterans who have served their country. He also
speaks of his appreciation for the United States and the ideal of
freedom, and what it meant to so many who, like Du, risked their lives
to leave communist Vietnam and seek the freedom that they had heard so
much of from those of us who had served with honor and imparted images
of what life in the United States was all about.
Except
for my family, other Vietnam Veterans, and their families, there has
not been a "Welcome Home" that had any meaning -- simply platitudes in
keeping with Political Correctness.
This
always left me with the feeling that since our own government did not
have the same honor as the soldiers who fought in Vietnam, there was no
purpose, any good, served by those who fought, and especially those who
died, in what we believed at the time to be our duty.
As
I read Du's story, I began to realize that though we abandoned the
Vietnamese when we left, we left a legacy that endured, and became that
shining light that the Statute of Liberty once stood for -- a Beacon to
the World. Our efforts were not in vain, regardless of the failure of
our government. For the first time in my life, I feel that my efforts
have served far more than I had ever imagined.
This
book has shed a completely new light to that service. It has served as
redemption of what had been couched in guilt for the past 48 years.
For the first time I can say not only that I was proud to have served,
but also realize that that service has done far more for our country,
and the world, than I ever imagined.
Vietnam Veterans can receive a copy of the book by contacting Du Hua via email at theescapes81@gmail.com

NC: Johnston’s Last Stand at the Battle of Bentonville
Via Bob
Maj. Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman’s massive army streams across the Cape Fear River at Fayetteville on pontoon bridges, and surges in two muscular columns northeast, threatening Raleigh to the north and the Goldsboro railroad nexus to the northeast. Sherman’s force of 4,400 cavalry and nearly 59,000 infantry seems unstoppable.
It falls to Gen. Joseph E. Johnston to stop it.
He is 58 years old, of slight stature, his high forehead crowned with thinning gray hair. He favors side whiskers and a wispy goatee. He is naturally reticent, even aloof, but his gray eyes can suddenly light up with humor. He pursues any objective with single-minded intensity. He does not like to lose.
Many of his fellow officers consider him the best fighting soldier of his generation.
But two flaws of character sabotage his career. He is often prickly and irritable, and he is oversensitive about matters of personal honor.
At the outbreak of the war, Johnston resigns his commission as Quartermaster General of the U.S. Army to fight for the Confederacy. At First Manassas, he commands the Confederate forces as the highest-ranking officer in the army. Then President Jefferson Davis reorganizes the high command, demoting Johnston to fourth in rank.
He takes this as the gravest insult to his honor and enters a feud with Davis that comes to a head after he is wounded in the chest by a shell fragment at Seven Pines. When Johnston recuperates, he’s posted to the western outlands of the war, far from Richmond.
But now, with General Lee’s army surrounded in Virginia and so many other generals dead or incapacitated, old feuds matter less than fighting spirit and competence.
Johnston faces the ultimate test of his generalship: to defeat a well-equipped, seasoned army almost three times as large as his own.
Miracles never cease, as he has finally written a piece without blathering on slavery.

Bosworth Arrest: Federal Judge Could be Charged Under the Law
Via avordvet
Under the law, the federal judge who recently signed a rule to ban firearms from federal property could be charged with a host of crimes that involve penalties including imprisonment and more.
After the 25 February arrest of Anthony Bosworth from Liberty for All in front of the federal courthouse in Spokane, WA for carrying an unloaded and legal rifle, federal authorities realized that the law was not on their side. The law clearly stated that the property was not included in the firearms ban, and as a result they had to release Bosworth. Obama-appointed federal judge Rosanna Malouf Peterson decided after the fact that she would simply impose her personal will on the people, and so last week she signed an order extending the ban to all the property as well. As a result, LFA went back to the scene of the illegal arrest and stood on the same ground while armed with firearms that, this time, were loaded.
While many complained on social media that the rabble-rousers of LFA had once again “ruined it for everyone else” with their stand, the truth is that Judge Peterson was not only out of line in her decision, she was absolutely against the law. Please note 18 USC § 242, which states the following:

Snoop Dogg (Who cares?) Says Unload Your Money From Gun Companies
Via Joe
Legendary rapper Snoop Dogg has teamed with a group of athletes and entertainers to encourage investment firms to pull their money from gun companies in an effort to “open a new front in the war against America’s epidemic of gun violence.”
Dubbed “Unload your 401K,” the group of celebrities, including rapper Aloe Blacc and Los Angeles Clippers forward Matt Barnes, aims to shame investment firms into divesting from companies such as Sturm Ruger & Co., Smith & Wesson and Olin Corp. The campaign is supported by the Campaign to Unload, which was founded by New York Mayor Bill de Blasio.
"How I've been affected by gun violence over the years is through deaths of friends and family members and associates," says Snoop Dogg in an Unload Your 401K public service announcement. (Tell them to quit shooting each other then, Dorkhead.)
I don't see this making a hill of beans.

The Strategic Value of Unknowns
Here is a Hard Truth: There were as many armed Patriots at the last NC PATCON I attended as were at the Foley Building in Spokane.
Let that sink in for a moment.
That is not a dig at the Washington Patriots - hell, I have been to Patriot events all over the country like Foley where turnout has been consistently pathetic. But for the righteous indignation that was the motivator for Foley, and for a "Patriot Leader" who has been in the mix "...since the 90's...", to draw a crowd of 60 or so Patriots is not a win, using that narrow metric. It is also a major telegraph to the Enemies of Liberty about capabilities, quality of Leadership and intent. That is inside information you would not share with most allies - why broadcast it to your enemies while standing in a concrete canyon with reticles on your foreheads?
