Senator demands explanation of how 300 people entered Capitol through 'locked' door

 Via Billy

A prominent senator is demanding information from U.S. Capitol Police about how some "300 people" gained unauthorized access to the Capitol through a single doorway during the events of January 6.

That's when protesters went to the building, entered – sometimes through broken windows – and vandalized it.

Democrats and legacy media outlets repeatedly have blamed President Trump, who held a rally earlier that day and told his supporters to protest the presidential election in 2020 – with its suspicious events – "peacefully."

Democrats even used the events of that day to stage their second, failed, impeach-and-remove strategy against President Trump, adopting an article of impeachment without testimony or evidence.

Secession Was Not About Slavery

Original in the possession of the Minnesota Historical Society.(Should be returned.)

First some context. The South did not secede to “preserve and extend slavery.” Its “pro-slavery“ arguments were not in response to any major political party in the antebellum period calling for emancipation. There was none! Southern secession was a result of 70 years of defending itself against Northern economic exploitation, Northern unwillingness to abide by Constitutional mandates and restraints, and a more recent Northern inclination to centralize sovereignty in the general government.  Slavery issues were only the latest “occasions” regarding Northern Constitutional infidelity. Therefore slavery issues were a derivative of a more fundamental concern over the North’s history of disregard for the Constitution in its quest for political and economic control of the US.

War was Lincoln’s Choice

A wonderful book in my library and see the hardback is $550 now.

Circa 1865

President James Buchanan disagreed with secession as the prerogative of a State, but admitted that he as president held no authority to levy war to stop it — and his attorney general concurred. Both were well-aware of Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying was against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.” Buchanan could not use military force against a State without committing treason.

“The States of the deep South dissolved their connection with the voluntary union of the United States with marked legality at the beginning of 1861. For a quarter of a year no one knew that there was to be a war. Then Lincoln (unauthorized by the Constitution) called for troops; and the upper South, led by Virginia, seceded.

The point is, Lincoln could have chosen to let the South go in peace on the grounds that a just government depends on the consent of the governed, and the Southern States had withdrawn that consent.

But, said the North, the majority do consent, since there are more people in the North. Even if most of the people in the South do not consent, we in the North are the majority of the whole nation. Thus, the rights of a minority, although a minority of millions, mean nothing.

This is precisely what [Alexis] de Tocqueville warned against: the tyranny of the majority. And Lord Acton was deeply convinced that the principle of States’ rights was the best limitation upon the tyranny of the majority that had ever been devised.

Thus Lee did represent the cause of freedom, and Lord Acton broke his heart over Lee’s surrender because the principle of States’ rights was finally and forever denied.

The America of today is the America that won that immense triumph in the war – the triumph of unlimited, equalitarian democracy. And its leaders have blurred the distinction between freedom and equality to the point where many people use those words as virtually interchangeable terms.”

Joe Manchin: Racist or Profile in Courage

Joe Manchin: Racist or Profile in Courage

What has given this moderate Democrat from West Virginia such an opportunity to write himself into the history books? It is the unique political circumstances of 2021.

In 1859, Abraham Lincoln related the tale of an Eastern monarch who charged his wise men with discovering words that would everywhere and always be true.

The wise men went away and returned to present the monarch with this six-word sentence: “And this, too, shall pass away.”

So, the question: How long will Sen. Joe Manchin’s hour of power last before it, too, passes away?

What will Manchin make of it? And what will his legacy be?

Oh, wow I thought the picture looked familiar and it's one that I took. She would have been 18 then.

Texas, Arizona Governors Ask All Other States to Send Police to US-Mexico Border & Gov. Abbott: Texas to Build Its Own Border Barriers

Texas, Arizona Governors Ask All Other States to Send Police to US-Mexico Border

The governors of Arizona and Texas said that other states need to deploy available police or law enforcement to the U.S.-Mexico border to assist Border Patrol agents as they deal with a surge in encounters.

Due to the surge of illegal migration, Govs. Greg Abbott and Doug Ducey wrote in a letter Thursday to other governors that “additional manpower is needed from any state that can spare it.”

Dream Flights

The latest DreamFlights video is out. Much of the footage including all the Stearman bi-planes in flying formation was shot out at Castroville Texas when I had the privilege of training with them for Ground Crew operations. I have worked with all these pilots and some of them are also active “Tex” Hill Wing members. They are absolutely doing yoeman’s work for all our vets. If you know of any World War II vets, I encourage you to tell them or their families to contact DreamFlights to see if they can get their vet a ride during Operation September Freedom.

It was truly a privilege for me to be able to train with this guys and gals who are on a mission to bring a dream flight to every World War II vet that they can locate.

Thanks for passing the word and have a GREAT “Tex” Hill Wing Day!

POLITICS Judge halts Biden's race-based loan forgiveness program

Judge orders temporary halt to $4B federal loan relief program for farmers of color

A federal judge has halted a loan forgiveness program for farmers because the Biden administration decided white farmers are excluded.

U.S. District Judge William Griesbach in Milwaukee issued a temporary restraining order Thursday suspending the program.

The program pays up to 120% of direct or guaranteed farm loan balances for black, American Indian, Hispanic, Asian American or Pacific Islander farmers. President Joe Biden's administration created the loan forgiveness program as part of its COVID-19 pandemic relief plan. But farmers with white skin were excluded.

Black Mom Torches Critical Race Theory: It’s ‘Racist,’ It’s ‘Teaching Hate,’ Will Destroy America

New Video Shows Antifa Breaking into the Capitol Building Before the “Insurrection”```

The truth always comes out.

In the aftermath of the January 6th “insurrection,” many Trump voters complained that they were set up.

They claimed that it was Antifa that first broke into the Capitol Building — and that innocent Trump supporters were lured into the building.

Specifically, there was a fear that Antifa infiltrated the rally.

Democrats called it a crazy conspiracy theory.

Their allies in the mainstream media mocked the very notion.

But now, 6 months later, there is new video evidence that appears to suggest that, yes, it was Antifa that first broke into the Capitol Building.

Rep. Mike Waltz Asks West Point Superintendent If Critical Race Theory Will Continue Being Taught on Campus

Why was a guest lecturer who characterized the former Commander-in-Chief as a ‘white nationalist’ and the Republican Party platform ‘white nationalism’ invited to teach cadets who should aspire to lead an apolitical military? Was there a vetting process and review of her statements made on social media and in media prior to extending her an offer to teach Military Academy cadets?

Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL), a reservist Green Beret and colonel, sent a second letter to West Point Superintendent Lt. Gen. Darryl A. Williams requesting information on whether critical race theory was being taught on campus.

Waltz first wrote to Williams in April, after he was approached by a number of cadets, family members, and soldiers stationed at West Point, who shared with him information about presentations and seminars related to critical race theory.

In his April 8, 2021, letter, Waltz wrote that he was told cadets were required to attend at least one seminar on “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” and obtained slides from one of the seminars that were titled “White Power at West Point” and “Racist Dog Whistles at West Point.” He said another slide depicted a lecture by Dr. Carol Anderson of Emory University with the title “Understanding Whiteness and White Rage.” He added:

White House OKs Biden’s Plan to Kill Insulin and EpiPen Discounts

This just gives us more evidence that Joe Biden and the whole Biden administration is out to destroy America and lower the population.

When President Trump was in office, he enacted a discount program that allowed people who have diabetes and have a low income access to insulin for a low price. This is literally something that they need to survive. President Trump is a good man for doing such a thing.
