CNN Medical Analyst Wen: ‘Don’t Wear a Cloth Mask,’ Non-Surgical Masks Are ‘Facial Decorations’

 

 

 

CNN medical analyst Leana Wen said Monday on “Newsroom” that cloth masks are “little more than facial decorations” in preventing the spread of the Omicron variant of coronavirus.

Anchor Victor Blackwell said, “Mayor Bill de Blasio said the city has not yet made a decision on if it will cancel the Time Square event for crowds to show up. Right now, you have to be vaccinated, and if they hold it. But for people considering going there or to the Peach Drop in Atlanta or any of the similar events across the country, what would your advice to them be? Good or not good, or if you are vaccinated, you’re fine? What do you think?”

CNN may have the opportunity to write another check for doing its job poorly, this time to relatives of 

former Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn for labeling them followers of the QAnon conspiracy theory.

You’ll recall CNN reportedly wrote a very large check to former Covington High School student Nicholas Sandmann last year after falsely claiming he had confronted and sought to belittle a Native American gentleman during a protest in Washington, D.C. It was actually that man who had approached and stood toe-to-toe with the teenager.

Sandmann was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, and the establishment media read into the encounter what it wanted to see. But when video of the incident started circulating, CNN, The Washington Post and other left-wing outlets had to backtrack.

In October, the National School Boards Association labeled parents ‘domestic terrorists’ in a letter to President Biden’s administration.  The letter stated that federal law enforcement authorities should ’employ the full array of tools at their disposal’, including the Patriot Act, against these perpetrators of “domestic terrorism.”  Shortly after, failed Supreme Court nominee and Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memo to the FBI laying out “a series of measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel”.  Now, we are beginning to see why the government is so invested in keeping concerned parents from being involved in their children’s education.

Manchin: ‘We’re Getting Into’ a ‘Financial Crisis’ with Inflation, ‘Making More of a Crisis on the Individual’

During an interview with West Virginia MetroNews’ “Talkline with Hoppy Kercheval” on Monday, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) said that while we avoided a financial crisis, “we’re getting into it because they’re making more of a crisis on the individual person today because of the high cost of inflation.”

While explaining his opposition to the Build Back Better reconciliation bill, Manchin said, “[Y]ou heard me come out early and saying that I’m concerned about inflation, I’m concerned about COVID, I’m concerned about geopolitical unrest. This is three, four, five months ago. Guess what? Today, inflation’s the biggest threat I think we have right now. … No matter what we have done, we’ve sent out $5.4 trillion to try to help people to try to stave off a medical disaster, if you will, because of COVID when it first came. So, we’ve dodged that. We got a vaccine out earlier than anyone thought could happen. And then, on top of that, we dodged a financial crisis. But we’re getting into it because they’re making more of a crisis on the individual person today because of the high cost of inflation.”

Brave: Chris Wallace Comes Out Of Closet As Fake News Journalist: "I attempted real news for a long time, but I was living a lie."

After being in the closet for over 18 years at Fox News, news anchor Chris Wallace has come out officially as a fake news journalist. After being turned down by The Babylon Bee, Wallace will make the move over to CNN's new streaming service.

"I attempted real news for a long time, but I was living a lie," said Wallace in his official statement on Fox News. "It's time for me to finally be honest with the world and live out my truth. It's time for me to finally show the world who I really am: a fake news journalist."

Journalist advocacy groups applauded Wallace's brave move as a "huge step" for fake news journalists everywhere.   

CNN will feature Chris Wallace on its new streaming platform, which promises to be even more fake than their cable news service. Other anchors will include Jussie Smollett, Chelsea Clinton, Joy Behar, and Big Bird from Sesame Street. 

Fox News applauded Wallace for his bravery and thanked him for the inevitable ratings boost.

General Dynamics Wins $88 Million 20mm Vulcan Contract + Next Generation Squad Weapon

The Pentagon on Wednesday announced a 10-year contract to General Dynamics-Ordnance & Tactical Systems for new 20mm M61A1 Vulcan guns. 

The firm-fixed-price award, for $88,275,000, was granted to Gen Dyn by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, based at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. Classified as an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity requirements contract, it will cover the purchase of new M61A1s in support of the F-16 fighter aircraft. Of this amount, some $7.8 million in funds set aside for Foreign Military Sales were obligated. Notably, 25 overseas allies fly the aircraft.
