TN Governor Lee is still undecided on whether or not to positively affirm to the POTUS that Tennessee wants to admit more refugees

Via Ralph "Maybe we should welcome with open arms industrious, educated and financially secure white refugees from South Africa who are having their ancestral lands and business enterprises appropriated from them, without compensation, on the basis of their race.

Likewise ethnically native refugees from Sweden, Nederlands, UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Spain who are being demographically displaced and discriminated against for adhering to Christian values and western social mores, and persecuted for practicing their Christian faith on their ancestral homelands.

In exchange, we will be happy to expatriate those existing refugees of ours who are turning Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Portland (Maine), and countless smaller communities all over the nation, into pockets of third world misery and strife.  A few members of our own U.S. Congress come to mind that should lead the way. Catholic Charities, et al, can then petition the EU to fund their financial empires and globalist ambitions; just not here."

Members of Tennessee Republican Gov. Bill Lee’s staff would not say Wednesday whether Lee might cave to immigration activists and members of the religious left on letting more refugees into the state.

As reported earlier this week, Lee has to decide, per an executive order from President Donald Trump.

A large contingent of Tennessee Star readers said this week on our website and our Facebook page that they do not want Lee to allow more refugees in. Readers said if Lee did so that he would make himself a one-term governor.

RacingJunk has First-Row Seat on Ice Speed Record Run

Dave Sarna is a racing enthusiast. It doesn’t matter whether he’s moving fast or slow, whether he’s flying, driving, sailing or going fast on frozen water. In 2013, he dragged this Racing Junk contributor to the Bonneville Salt Flats to try to break 200 mph with a college-backed student racing team and a big-block Pontiac Firebird.

Dave broke the car, but four years later he got into the 200 MPH Club. A week later, he drove my 2017 Oakland across the 406-mile Wisconsin section of the Yellowstone Trail to raise $8,500 for a camp for blind kids. The Oakland’s top speed was about 40 mph and Dave said that it was scarier driving it than the Bonneville racer.

Madam Speaker, no more delay on US-Mexico-Canada free trade deal

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is running out of excuses for delaying a vote on the United States Canada Mexico Trade Agreement. After more than a year of wrangling and debating, this bill would pass with bipartisan support, and Washington could hold a rare and joyous bill signing ceremony as a gift to the American people a few days before Christmas.

The benefits of USMCA are well established and generally accepted by scholars on both sides of the political aisle. It could increase American jobs by some 170,000 and increase growth by 0.35 percent over several years when implemented, according to the International Trade Commission. It could be a boon for Mexico and Canada. This trade deal also would set the stage for additional free trade agreements to come, for example, with Japan, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Finally, it would strengthen the United States as Washington labors to deliver a win in the trade disputes with China, as it would continue to isolate China as the bad actor on the international scene.

An airstrike conducted in northwestern Syria has reportedly left two targets dead at the hands of the deadly “ninja” missile, otherwise known as the AGM-114R9X, a device that uses a set of six folding blades, meant to go through buildings and leave behind minimal civilian casualties.

The strike was reportedly carried out in Atmeh, which is five miles from the Turkish border and less than 10 miles away from where al-Baghdadi was killed.

There has been no official report on the identities of the two individuals killed, both of whom were inside a vehicle, but Daily Mail is reporting that one target is suspected to be Abu Ahmad al-Muhajir, a member of Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham, which is an offshoot of Al Qaeda.

America’s biggest celeb couple

In a first-ever memoir, Michelle Obama was paid a $65 million advance for ‘Becoming’.

America’s biggest celeb couple raked in a $50 million deal with Netflix.  In addition, the former first lady reportedly commands a speaking fee of $225,000—without varying the topic based on the outrageous lie that ‘Capitalism is killing America’.

Did the Obamas deliberately make Michelle the principle cash cow in order to avoid criticism of an American president being truthfully portrayed as one of America’s top multi-millionaires?

What—if any—taxes did the Obamas pay on their $115 million windfall from the combined $65 million book advance and the $50 million Netflix deal?

Piers Morgan attends the 2019 British Academy Britannia Awards presented by American Airlines and Jaguar Land Rover at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on October 25, 2019 in Beverly Hills, California.

On Wednesday, Piers Morgan blasted the European leaders who mocked President Trump at a meeting for NATO leaders in Europe, snapping that they acted like “spiteful little Mean Girls.”

Morgan was referring to the hot-mic video clip showing French President Emmanuel Macron, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte joking about Trump at Buckingham Palace.

On a recent afternoon Jeon Je Yong sits at the dining table, eating plums.

Jeon is sitting an arm’s length away from Peter Nguyen, a man he rescued on the high seas 22 years ago.

On Nov. 14, 1985, Nguyen was stuck in a dinky fishing boat, bobbing on the Pacific Ocean with a broken motor, 96 people on board – many of them young children separated from their parents. They were all fleeing the Communist regime in Vietnam.

Stuck on a lifeless boat with no restrooms for three days, hope was scarce. Petrified eyes stared at the large, black storm clouds looming overhead.
