Folks, I wanted to make sure no one posted this already. This article came to me today, and it apparently is a few days old already, but I didn't see it posted or mentioned here.
SYNOPSIS:
An alert Web-surfer obtained a screen capture of the evidence that ties Adam Kokesh to Obama's re-election organization, Organizing for Action, which was originally known as Obama For America.
The article, a video clip (below:)
The screen capture reveals that Adam Kokesh's Facebook page, as late as May 8th 2013, had displayed the information that Kokesh, from March 2011 to present, was directly employed by Obama For America. The page has been since taken down, then reappeared in an altered form with the information purged. Kokesh himself was reported to have responded with derision, but made no effort to deny or disprove the posted data.
ANALYSIS:
The person who created the video clip offers screen-captured evidence of Kokesh's Facebook page, displaying his affiliation with the Obama Administration via the "grassroots organization" Obama For America. OFA has recently reorganized as a 501(c) group with the new name Organizing for Action. They are in the vanguard leading the charge for gun control advocacy and the national restriction of gun ownership.
The poster also offers a CNN article outlining OFA's metamorphosis as supporting data. The CNN article provides details on OFA and its current status as a 501(c) non-for-profit group.
The poster of the video also mentions more information at the website for "Godlike Productions". A cursory scan of the website reveals it to be an amalgamation of what can be most charitably described as “tinfoil-hat conspiracy theories”.
The screen-capture evidence of Kokesh's ties to Obama are already at this writing, 12 days old. In the time since this story broke, several supporting articles and discussion threads have appeared on these sites offering corroborating stories, all of which are untested single-source reports.
CONCLUSIONS:
The posts and discussions at Godlike Productions lend absolutely no direct credibility to the report. What does give credibility is the actual screen captures themselves, plus the apparent sheer volume of people who had eyes-on the original Facebook post. The visual evidence is compelling, and the data trail backing up the connection is highly plausible.
If this report receives further corroboration, then this has established a direct link between the government and the planned armed protest march on July 4th in Washington, DC. The evidence will be clear, concise and beyond reproach, that the armed protest was planned and facilitated by the Obama Administration, giving credibility to the suppositions of a false-flag event designed to create the conditions necessary for government usurpation of Constitutional rule of law.

Fast & Furious: DOJ Leaked Documents To Smear Whistleblower
According to a report published on Monday from the Office of the Inspector General concerning the improper disclosure of the U.S. Department of Justice information to a member of the media, U.S. Attorney for Arizona Dennise Burke purposefully leaked a document with the intention to smear John Dodson, one of the Operation Fast and Furious whistleblowers.
The IG reports that “Burke’s conduct in disclosing the Dodson memorandum to be inappropriate for a Department employee and wholly unbefitting a U.S. Attorney.”
“We are referring to OPR our finding that Burke violated Department policy in disclosing the Dodson memorandum to a member of the media for a determination of whether Burke’s conduct violated the Rules of Professional Conduct for the state bars in which Burke is a member,” the IG wrote.
“We also concluded that Burke’s disclosure of the Dodson memorandum to Levine was likely motivated by a desire to undermine Dodson’s public criticisms of Operation Fast and Furious,” the report continued. “Although Burke denied to congressional investigators that he had any retaliatory motive for his actions, we found substantial evidence to the contrary.”

President Barack Obama told a group of Democratic donors in Atlanta that the economy and job market could falter as a result of the automatic spending cuts that went into effect March 1.
"Because of some policies in Washington, like the sequester, growth may end up slowing,"Obama said at a luncheon for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. "We may see once again the job market stall."
The president was in Atlanta to give the commencement address at Morehouse College, and he told the donors that while he was energized by the spirit of the graduates "they are entering into a job market that is still challenging."

It is an interesting thing, to listen to activists on the left and right sides of the political aisle, to denigrate each other, and it is especially entertaining if you identify with either party against “them.“ But the sad reality between the political parties is best summarized in the following:

The globalists are interested in money and power. They aim to accomplish the dream of past tyrants like Napoleon, Hitler, Lenin and Stalin: world domination. Their fiat-currency schemes have crippled every economy around the world- save Iceland, ironically- and utterly destroyed the sovereignty of every single nation on the planet. The financial whiz-kids of the American financial system, in cahoots with their British counterparts, have created an economic virus which has infected every corner of the globe. As an added bonus, those same unruly Americans are armed to the teeth. How does one bring down such a large stumbling-block to the well-laid globalist plans?

North Carolina War Between the States Sesquicentennial

20 may 1861: The Second and Crowning declaration and act of independence for the old state”
The legislature set May 13th as election day for delegates to a State convention that would convene at 11AM on May 20th,
the very day when, in 1775, North Carolina revolutionaries had signed
the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence and declared themselves a
free and independent people. In precipitating war with North Carolina,
the Lincoln regime had already begun blockading its coast---an act of
war---even before the legislature had convened. This left little to
discuss.
On May 20th,
122 delegates filed into the southern wing of the State Capitol to
decide whether the Old North State would join 10 other Southern States
already out of the old Union. With the galleries crammed with onlookers,
the delegates argued the merits of leaving the union or remaining a
member despite the threatening federal agent.
The April 17th
secession of Virginia caused even staunch Unionists in North Carolina
to accept the inevitability of a break with Washington, and debate ended
at 6PM
when by unanimous vote, the convention adopted an Ordinance of
Secession, penned and presented by Burton Craige of Salisbury at the
request of Governor Ellis. Craige was a strong Southern rights advocate
as was part of the 1860 Goldsboro convention of the Southern Rights
party which called for North Carolina’s secession.
Though
rejecting a lengthy document which enumerated the reasons and
justifications for North Carolina’s sovereign action, including
Lincoln’s unconstitutional and coercive actions against the States,
Craige’s ordinance simply repealed the one in 1789 by which the State
had voluntarily joined the second union.
Immediately
after passage of the Ordinance, Major Graham Davee, private secretary
to Governor Ellis, threw open a window on the west side of the building
and related the news to Ellis Artillery Captain Stephen Dodson Ramseur.
One hundred cadenced discharges marked the occasion of North Carolina
reclaiming her independence; and this was followed by a ten-gun salute
to the other independent States. Within a short time it was announced
that the convention had adopted the Constitution of the Confederate
States, whereupon a twenty-gun salute was commenced.
May 20th was a much-revered date in North Carolina---Ada Amelia’s Diary entry of Tuesday, May 21st,
1861 mentions “the centenary celebration is near at hand. It is likely
to be hereafter marked by a still more solemn and important event in the
history of the State. It will be known, we trust, as the anniversary
not only of the first, but of the second and crowning declaration and
act of independence for the old State.”

monitored the Lincoln administration and reported in detail to St.
Petersburg. He concluded as other observers did that Lincoln’s primary
goal was to maintain a territorial union by force, with slavery intact

“If
the reign of the demagogues continues for a long time, General Fremont
is destined to play an important role. He is already the standard-bearer
of the radical [Republican] party, and he will become the head of the
party because of his superiority over the other leaders, among whom are
only mediocre men and not a single leader of talent and energy.
Continuing
his analysis of the “deplorable situation,” Stoeckl discussed in some
detail the efforts of the radicals to gain control of affairs.
“General
Fremont acted without authorization of [President Lincoln] and even
contrary to his instructions, which forbid him to act in regard to the
slave States of the west where Unionists are still fairly numerous. So
the President was greatly astonished to learn about the [emancipation]
proclamation of General Fremont. He regarded is as an act of
insubordination.
For
awhile there was consideration of dismissal [of Fremont], but after all
[Lincoln] did nothing and did not even dare to reprimand him. The
radicals, emboldened by this triumph, demand today that the edicts laid
down by General Fremont in Missouri shall be applied everywhere. In
other words, they demand that the government should convert the present
struggle into a war of extermination.
What
the radical party fears most is a reaction which would bring its ruin.
So it takes advantage of the hold it has on the administration in order
to drive it to extreme measures. The government has forbidden
postmasters to carry newspapers in the mails which advocate conciliation
and compromise. The result has been that the majority of newspapers
which were opposed to war have had to suspend publication.
In
several towns the extremists have gone even further. They have stirred
up the populace, which has smashed the plants of the moderate
newspapers. Conditions are such that mere denunciation by a general is
sufficient for a person to be arrested and imprisoned. The act of habeas
corpus and all the guarantees which the Americans have appeared to
prize so much, have vanished and given way to martial law, which….is
being enforced throughout the North.
We
are not far from a reign of terror such as existed during the great
French Revolution, and what makes the resemblance more striking is that
all these acts of oppression are made in the name of liberty.”
Stoeckl
wrote that the people of the North were being misled into believing
that these drastic measures would hasten the peaceful restoration of the
Union. But he did not believe the deception could persist:
“People
will not be duped long by their political leaders. The reaction will
necessarily take place. But unfortunately it will come too late to
repair the harm that the demagogues have done to the country. It will be
necessary finally to revolutionize the political and administrative
institutions…which have been weakened upon the first rock against which
the nation has been hurled. In the North and in the South they will have
to reconstruct the edifice which the founders of the Republic have had
so much trouble in building….The present war is only the prelude of the
political convulsions which this country will have to pass through.”

Three Signs There’s a Cover-Up
You only need one clue: Obama is in charge.
“Mistakes were made….I don’t recall” and other surefire clues.
Safire defined it as a “passive-evasive way of acknowledging error while distancing the speaker from responsibility for it.”
The phrase became infamous when both Richard Nixon and Ron Ziegler, his press secretary, deployed it to explain away Watergate without explaining who did what and when or whether any ill motive was involved.
Astonishingly, the Internal Revenue Service resurrected the Nixonian expression within hours of its clumsy revelation that it had targeted tea-party groups and other organizations with “patriot” or “9/12” in their names. “Mistakes were made initially,” the official IRS statement on May 10 read, implying that the mistakes ended after a short “initial” period. We now know that the scandal and cover-up unfolded over a three-year period, and the IRS publicly acknowledged them only after the 2012 election was safely past.

I have been on the phone with two reliable sources connected with military and a well known private investigative network. The military source decided to come forward because of the Boston bombing and the evidence that it was staged by the FBI. The source provided information regarding a July FEMA mass casualty terror drill that has been kept a secret from the public. As I’ve previously said, it is not the announced FEMA/DHS/FBI terror drills that concern me, it is the unannounced drills that go live like Boston that concern me because real people can and do die. Ted Nugent's Perspective: Freedom of expression is so beautifully American. Making that our very First Amendment is surely all the proof one needs to know our founding fathers were revolutionary visionaries.
In this day and age of terminal apathy and soulless discontent, I adore anyone who is an activist and stands up for what he or she believes. That is exactly how our founders designed this experiment in self government.
My loving brother Jeffery is becoming one of those activists, and I salute the great man. Never one to shy away from controversy, my brother wades into it. We were raised right.
His recent opinion on his support for expanded background checks for firearms purchasers is dead wrong, however.
Passing expanded background checks would do nothing to curtail or suppress thugs or psychos from accessing weapons and committing mass murder, carjacking, the nightly shootouts in Chicago or a gangsta shooting at the Mother’s Day parade in New Orleans.
Paroled thugs or bug-eyed psychotics could not care less about any gun laws. The bold and ugly reality is that they will always gain access to a weapon. I believe at his core, my brother knows this.

Texas: 'The CSCOPE era is over'

A letter signed by all 20 members of the CSCOPE Board released this morning stated they will notify their 875 school district clients that all lesson plans will be removed from their website on August 31st, 2013 and that districts cannot use any lessons they currently have beyond that date.
The August 31st date corresponds to the notice clause in their contracts with their districts. The letter goes on to say that the Regional Service Centers will not produce lesson plans in the future. The 20 Service Centers will return to their original business plan of providing a management tool for teachers to stay on schedule regarding the teaching of the required TEKS. The official vote will take place at an already scheduled Board meeting on Friday, May 24th.
"I'm pleased that the CSCOPE Board has made the
decision to get out of the lesson plan business. This is a positive
development for students, parents, teachers, and for the Regional
Service Centers,' said Senator Patrick.

Half of America wants Obama impeached
The faux stone columns from his Denver acceptance speech are crumbling, the fireworks have fizzled and the unadulterated adulation of Barack Obama is a sour feeling of disillusion, as a new poll reveals half of Americans wants him impeached, including a stunning one in four Democrats.
“Half or nearly half of those surveyed said they believed Obama should be impeached for the trifecta of scandals now consuming Washington.”
Actually, on the issue of the Benghazi scandal, where four Americans were killed when in what may have been a politically motivated series of moves, a surging danger to Americans at the foreign service facility there was ignored until al-Qaida-linked terrorists attacked, 50.1 percent of Americans said Obama should be impeached. That included 27.6 percent of the responding Democrats.

I wrote about it when it came to pass in November 2011.
I don’t claim the gift of prophecy.
I just know the nature of people like Barack Obama and those he places in positions of authority. I know this because I was just like him. I even had some of the same friends and acquaintances as a misguided youth – people like Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.
But my experience with politically motivated tax audits goes back long before the Obama administration.
I was a prominent target of Bill Clinton’s reign of Internal Revenue Service hell on individuals and tax-exempt organizations. And I was the guy who broke the story about it – long before there was a WND. Back then, I had to get the help of the Wall Street Journal, which, to its credit, gave me commentary space to lay out the whole story and turned the sordid tale into an 11-part series of editorials.

IRS In Cincinnati: “Everything Comes From The Top; There Has To Be A Directive”
The fog of scandal hangs over a boxy, modernist, 10-story building that looks like a monument to paperwork. Shrubs and chain smokers flank its front entrance here on Main Street, in the heart of downtown. Every day, 2,000 employees go to work at various federal agencies in this John F. Kennedy-era structure, whose chief tenant is the Internal Revenue Service — which is having just about the worst week an agency can have.
Up on the fourth floor — with its gray linoleum, low ceilings and fluorescent lights, file carts heaped with manila envelopes, its keypad-coded doors labeled 4-022 (the file room) and 4-034 (the supply room) — the determinations unit of the IRS’s exempt-organizations office is at work.
People in the unit, in a purple state’s red-leaning nook, have singled out applicants whose names include the words “tea party” and “patriot.”
People in Cincinnati have made people in Washington hopping mad.

Taxes on some wealthy French top 100 pct of income
More than 8,000 French households' tax bills topped 100 percent of their income last year, the business newspaper Les Echos reported on Saturday, citing Finance Ministry data.
The newspaper said that the exceptionally high level of taxation was due to a one-off levy last year on 2011 incomes for households with assets of more than 1.3 million euros ($1.67 million).
President Francois Hollande's Socialist government imposed the tax surcharge last year, shortly after taking office, to offset the impact of a rebate scheme created by its conservative predecessor to cap an individual's overall taxation at 50 percent of income.

Rubio’s Deceptive Amnesty Ad

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) appears in a new television advertisement
designed to promote the immigration amnesty bill currently being debated
in Congress. The minute-long advertisement calls the proposal
"conservative immigration reform" and attempts to make amnesty appealing
to Republican voters. Partisan politics aside, the amnesty ad is
misleading on a number of counts, outlined below.
The ad was produced by Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg who created the floundering FWD.us, an advocacy group aimed at promoting amnesty. One of the group's offshoots is something called "Americans for a Conservative Direction", which is cited at the end of the ad. Here is the transcript:
The blatant level of lying that has become common in pushing the Schumer-Rubio or "Gang-of-Eight" amnesty and immigration surge is truly frightening. Is America in such a moral tailspin that truth is now irrelevant? Has America passed some new threshold on the road to self-destruction?
