Everything about The Outlaw Josey Wales, Clint Eastwood’s 1976 Western masterpiece, would offend today’s Woke Hitler Youth. That alone makes it something worth cherishing and celebrating.

Josey Wales is directed by its star, Clint Eastwood, and when we meet his title character, he’s a family man, a farmer. And then, for no apparent reason (other than they can), a band of pro-Union Jayhawkers (or red legs) burn his home, murder his son, and rape and murder his wife.

Bannon Asks Court to Keep All Records Public as Contempt Case Progresses

 

There are only a few ways to neutralize the spin of the mainstream media, and Bannon knows it.

For those who’ve long suggested that the mainstream media is somehow complicit in progressing the liberal agenda, there is no great weapon than the truth.  The work to un-spin the news has bee a top priority of a great many on the right side of the aisle, including Steve Bannon – podcast host and former adviser to then-President Donald Trump.

Bannon, who certainly knows his way around the media’s malfeasance, is currently saddled with a charge of contempt, stemming from his unwilling to appear before the January 6th committee without having the issue of executive privilege settled beforehand.

The 9mm Luger/9x19 Parabellum is one of the most popular handgun cartridges in the US thanks to the rise of concealed carry. Pistols chambered in this caliber can be both compact and controllable, resulting in a discreet carry piece that can be relied upon in a self-defense emergency. 9mm Parabellum ammo offers an excellent balance of low recoil, good terminal performance, and high magazine capacity; in addition, due to its popularity, it is one of the most affordable calibers to shoot when it comes to ammo cost, especially if you buy in bulk.

Introduced in 1902 in Germany, the 9mm Luger is actually much older than many of the calibers it has supplanted in the defensive market. I Want to Walk Those Hills Once More

Once more I want to walk the hills,

To take a stroll among the trees,

To walk along a downhill stream,

And feel that cool, fresh mountain breeze.

 

I want to wake with morning sun,

And smell that bacon in the pan,

To hear my Mama call my name,

Then fill my day with childhood plans.

 

I want to sit on Granny’s porch,

And swing in her old wooden swing,

To watch the traffic going by,

Then hear my Granny as she’d sing.

 .

I want to sit once more in church,

And hear that mountain preacher speak,

To have old men to pat my head,

And have old women pinch my cheek.

 

I want to skip stones on the creek,

And go to that old country store,

Watch old men at the checkerboard,

I want to walk those hills once more.

 

Alas, that time and age is gone,

I know that it will never be,

Perhaps, on that far, distant shore,

I guess I’ll have to wait and see.

 

I know I’ll see my Mama there,

And things, will be, as was before,

Yes, I will have to wait and see,

I want to walk those hills once more.
