The PC police have found a new target.  Not satisfied with monuments and flags, the Maryland general assembly recently voted to alter the lyrics to the official State song, James Ryder Randall’s “Maryland, My Maryland.”  Lincoln apologist Christian McWhirter penned a piece for Time magazine that labeled the song “dissident.”  This is true if using the standard definition of the word, opposition to official policy, especially that of an authoritarian state.  Anti-Hitler Germans were dissidents. 

George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Sam Adams, and the rest of the founding generation were dissidents.  Anti-Lenin and anti-Stalin Russians were dissidents.  Demonstrators at Tiananmen Square were dissidents.  It seems dissidents are those usually on the right side of history.  Obviously McWhirter disagrees.

 It occurs to me that it will be helpful to begin compiling a list of confirmed SJWs, both for those who work for SJW-converged organizations and want to add to their collection as well as for those who wish to keep their organizations free of the creatures.

In either case, it will be useful to know if an individual is an advocate of an ideological movement that promotes the politicization of the workplace, insists that all individuals and organizations make social justice their primary objective, and seeks to disemploy or no-platform everyone who rejects their principles or refuses to submit to their ever-shifting Narrative.

IRS chief: Agency encourages illegal immigrant theft of SSNs to file tax returns

The IRS is struggling to ensure that illegal immigrants are able to illegally use Social Security numbers for legitimate purposes, the agency's head told senators on Tuesday, without allowing the numbers to be used for "bad" reasons.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen made the statement in response to a question from Sen. Dan Coats, R-Ind., during a session of the Senate Finance Committee about why the IRS appears to be collaborating with taxpayers who file tax returns using fraudulent information. Coats said that his staff had discovered the practice after looking into agency procedure.

"What we learned is that ... the IRS continues to process tax returns with false W-2 information and issue refunds as if they were routine tax returns, and say that's not really our job," Coats said. "We also learned the IRS ignores notifications from the Social Security Administration that a name does not match a Social Security number, and you use your own system to determine whether a number is valid."

NC: Vernon Robinson For Congress

So, Why Not Dump Israel ?

Why all this fuss about Israel? Aren't they nothing but trouble for America?

To hear a lot of what's going around these days, Israel is at the heart of the problems we have with the Muslim world, and things would be just fine if we became more 'balanced'...or translated, became more pro-Arab and curtailed our support for those pushy, stubborn Jews. Besides, aren't they an ungrateful ally? Certainly President Obama, John Kerry and a lot of others in Washington say things like that all the time. Although they dress it up a little, that is essentially what they believe. Israel is a problem, not an asset.

ISIS, terrorism against the west, Iran's belligerent behavior, the problems in Egypt, Iraq, Syria, and especially with Hamas and the Palestinian Authority are all mostly Israel's fault. And murdering Jews is just a natural reaction to 'occupation', although no one's country is being occupied in any usual sense of the way the word is used. Gaza is an example of how bizarre and distorted the idea of Israel's 'occupation has become.

Israel pulled every Jew living in the area out, with effusive guarantees from the EU ,UN and the Bush Administration that it would never be allowed to become a security problem for Israel. Yet the Jewish State is still regularly referred to as 'the occupying power' by the UN and the so-called International Community.And that 'occupation is based on Israel's blockade of Hamas that even the UN called fully legal, a blockade that was only necessary because of the failure by these other entities to honor those those same security guarantees made to Israel to get them to pull out of Gaza in the first place! You literally can't make this stuff up.

North Carolina Delegate Disaster Brewing. John Kasich Leads Donald Trump.

"In a way, this is a good news story, though not for Mr. Trump or even his supporters, but for those of us who think the Republican Party has grown so corrupt that it should no longer exist. The party has now fully exposed itself as unworthy of 'us.'  It is, like the Democratic Party, merely a purely self-serving band of elitists who prey on the passions of the public. It's strange, perhaps ironic, that it took a billionaire to expose all this, and no matter what happens to Trump's nomination chances, we all owe him (and to a degree Bernie Sanders, as well) a debt of gratitude for giving us this instructive look "under the tent" to see how things really operate and how we've been 'had' by these two parasitic political tribes for too many decades. We can see the undeniable for what it is: presidential elections are a pretension, a sham, a charade.......well-designed to give the impression of a contest where there are winners and losers. BUT, the loser is not the candidate who fails to get enough electoral college votes, nor are the voters who voted for that person.  AND, the winner is not the person who puts his/her hand on the Bible to take the oath of office on inauguration day, nor are his/her supporters.  The winners are merely figureheads representing the really powerful Oz-like controllers who operate 'behind the curtain.'  

Trump might be, would be, could be, might have been, one of the few who could not only expose all this, but at the same time, have the capability to change it and return the nation back to its citizen-roots.  Regardless of Trump's success or failure to gain the GOP nomination, he has started a fire and it is a fire that I believe will ultimately consume the two "ruling" parties - which is what needs to be done if we are to avert the fiscal and societal calamity we are hurtling toward. 

It is time for these two corrupt political establishments to be replaced."  (Amen)

It actually doesn't make any difference: If Trump doesn't get the 1,237, say even 1, 236, (& one way or another the PTB will ensure this) he'll still get screwed., so might as well go third party now.

North Carolina awards 72 delegates. A portion of those, in the far right column on the graphic, were awarded based on the primary vote. The remainder, 33, consist of 30 chosen at-large at the state GOP convention, May 6-8, plus three reserved for party leadership. The selection of the 39 bound delegates is underway and will end on April 23. These 39 are only bound for the first ballot. As the Republican Convention, barring some sort of a deus ex machina, is almost certainly going to be contested, the actual loyalties of the delegates is more important than who they are committed to on the first ballot.

So how is this working out for Donald Trump? Much as you might expect. With 24 of 39 delegates slected, he’s getting his ass kicked by John Kasich so far:

Bill O’Reilly, host of “The O’Reilly Factor” on Fox News, used his nightly Talking Points Memo segment to completely shred the idea that blacks are more frequently jailed than whites because of a racist justice system.

He said, Breitbart noted: “According to FBI data from 1976 to 1995, black Americans were identified by police as committing more than half of the homicides in the USA. African-Americans make up 13 percent of the population. In addition, a national crime victims survey reported that blacks committed robberies at a rate of 60 percent. Again, the black community is just 13 percent of the population. So what’s the beef if black Americans are committing crimes out-of-proportion to other ethnic groups, why is there a racial component to their presence in prison? Why?”

Phillip Brooks was mad that a robbery attempt at a Fayetteville Waffle House interrupted his breakfast last weekend.

The 70-year-old Army veteran walked into the restaurant at 650 S. Reilly Road shortly after 5 a.m. on Saturday, heading to his regular seat near the register, when a man rushed in behind him.

"He ran up to the cash register, started demanding the money – 'Give me all the money in the drawer.

Open the drawer,'" Brooks recalled on Friday.

I am not a regular listener to Rush Limbaugh. Today however I was working in my greenhouse and I turned on the radio just in time to hear this so-called independent conservative launch into a disingenuous defense of the Colorado Republican Party. After less than ten minutes of his bull crap I had had enough and had to turn it off. That does not mean I will let it slide without some deconstruction of his propaganda piece.

His basic contention seems to be that the Republican party is a private entity and that party insiders are perfectly justified in removing voters from the delegate selection process and that these insiders own the party structure and they are not going to let anyone, least of all rank and file registered Republican voters take it away from them.

Pure hypocrisy at its highest form. For decades we have heard nothing but from the RNC and it various mouthpieces that they wanted to make the party "more inclusive, broader based" that they were going to create "outreach programs" to accomplish that. But then what happens?

Firstly these same insiders give us a fundamentally flawed candidate in John McCain and then Mr. Wishy Washy Mitt Romney. On a national basis the choices made by the party elites do not appeal to anyone but themselves and those voters willing to hold their noses when they step into the voting booth. As numerous studies have shown there were sizable portions of otherwise Republican voters who either literally stayed home or simply skipped the Presidential vote on their ballots.

Yet when it comes to Congressional districts where candidates are closer to and more responsive to the voters. Republican control of the House has been solid and growing since the 2010 midterm election.

This series is not about the two fires and subsequent conviction of Dwight and Steven Hammond.  It is about the abuse, by government agencies, in the two decades prior to the first fire.

After the appeal was denied, Dwight chose to pull out the big guns.  His attorney, on June 28, 1994, filed Notice of Appeal with the Department of the Interior, Office of Hearings and Appeal {20-24}, in Arlington, Virginia.

On July 18, The Solicitor’s Office of the Department of the Interior, Northwest Region (Portland) filed a Motion and Memorandum to Dismiss the appeal {25-48}.

On July 15, 1994, the Office of Hearings and Appeals docketed the Appeal {50-51}.

On July 19, the Office of Hearings and Appeals acknowledged the receipt of the Motion to Dismiss and set August 5 as the date for Hammond to respond to that Motion {52}.

On July 21, Hammond’s attorney responds, citing the information contained in the Notice of Appeal as authority for the Office of Hearings and Appeals to hear the appeal {53-54}.

During this process, chronologically, another factor comes in to play.

In November angry race protesters at the University of Missouri in Columbia forced the campus president and chancellor to resign.

The University of Missouri will close two dorms in the fall semester.

Admissions to the university are down this year by 1,500 students after the Black Lives Matter race protests last year.

Will Trump Be Swindled in Cleveland, Too?

 

In the race for the Republican nomination, Donald Trump would seem to be in the catbird seat. He has won the most states, the most delegates and the most votes -- by nearly two million.

He has brought out the largest crowds and is poised for huge wins in the largest states of the East, New York and Pennsylvania.

Yet, there is a growing probability that the backroom boys will steal the nomination from him at a brokered convention in Cleveland.

Over the weekend, Colorado awarded all 34 delegates to Ted Cruz. The fix had been in since August, when party officials, alarmed at Trump's popularity, decided it would be best if Colorado Republicans were not allowed to vote on the party's nominee. 

After all, these poor folks might get it wrong.

Let me be abundantly clear so there is no mistake, WE WILL BURN THE WHOLE FUCKING PARTY TO THE GROUND ON ELECTION DAY! We will do one of three things, stay home, vote for 3rd party candidates (ones who don’t have a chance of winning) or cast our lot with the despicable Democrats and destroy the GOP for a generation, it’ll take over a decade to recover from those losses and I’m talking boycotting the entire Republican ticket here, no exceptions.

So you now have a choice, invalidate the caucus held over the weekend and hold a “fair” caucus or face our wrath in November. Go ahead cross us at your own peril, you know we are pissed off already by the share of votes Donald J. Trump has received in the Primary Elections held until this point. Think long and hard, ask yourselves “is it worth destroying our entire party for over a decade and suffering a loss from which we may never recover or is it better to listen to the voters and not the RINOs/GOPe (elites)?”
