Zogby:Trump Job Approval Rating Hits Record At 52%
Buoyed by blacks and independent voters, as well as urban dwellers shocked by the Black Lives Matter protest violence raging in some cities, President Trump’s approval rating has hit a new high, according to a survey heavy with minority voters. The latest Zogby Analytics poll just shared with Secrets had Trump’s approval at 52%. “The president has recorded his best job approval rating on record,” said pollster Jonathan Zogby.
What’s more, his approval rating among minorities was solid and, in the case of African Americans, shockingly high. Zogby said 36% of blacks approve of the president, as do 37% of Hispanics and 35% of Asians. Approval among independent voters is also up, to 44%. And “intriguingly,” said Zogby, 23% of Democrats approve of Trump.
A Pew Research Center poll that’s already a month old (and a lot happened since) concluded that violent crime is a major issue according to 59% of voters (almost as much as coronavirus): 74% of Republicans and 46% of Democrats. But during the DNC, held after the poll was already out, the issue wasn’t addressed at all. Democrats talked about police violence, but not riot violence.
At this week’s RNC, this situation is -of course- very different. The DNC pushes the GOP into the role of the party of law and order, and they’re all too willing to take up that role. But I was wondering about something else, or “bigger”, this morning. That is, Joe Biden et al are very light on policies, because in their view their most important issue is to get people to vote *against* Donald Trump, rather than *for* Biden.
And I’m thinking maybe that’s starting to boomerang, to blow up in their faces, whether perhaps people are beginning to lean towards NOT voting for Joe Biden, instead of NOT voting for Donald Trump, “at any cost”. In that context, it appears telling that according to a new Reuters/Ipsos poll, Biden saw no “convention poll bounce” in his numbers after the DNC, while ironically, Trump did.

One of the timeless lessons of this year has been that the future is always going to be full of surprises. To start the year, no one could have predicted the Covid panic and the rise of local tyrants using the panic to push people around. A month ago, no one would have predicted the recent events in Kenosha. It just seemed like these ruling class riots would continue in the same manner until the election. Then suddenly we have video of a young white kid fighting for his life in the streets.
It is way too soon to know how the story of Kyle Rittenhouse ends, but there is no doubt that this event stands out from all others this year. It does not fit the standard narrative the Left likes to jam all events. Public reaction to it has thus far been much different than we have seen with recent events.
There is a good chance that this event may be the inflection point in the coming election. Even though we are still early in the story, there are several good lessons to be drawn from this event.

What do we do when they promise to destroy our Constitutional Federal Republic
Dear Friend,
Mark Twain advised “Never pick a fight with people who buy ink by the barrel.”
What do we do, however, when they pick a fight with us? What do we do when they promise to destroy our Constitutional Federal Republic and replace it with “socialism?”
What do we do when they promise to destroy our nation’s faith in the gospels, faith in the ethics, and faith in the responsibilities which we have from times past?
Our adversaries in this nearing election do not buy their ink by the barrel. They already own their “ink” – most of radio and television network news, most of print newspapers, and most of Internet communications. These people are confident that they can “fool all (or enough) of the people some of the time” wherein that time includes the American people during the next 70 days.
Grass roots Americans do not want socialism, and they do not want socialism enforced by government power (communism). And – they are fighting back. In their homes, in their neighborhoods, and in their workplaces, they are opposing this threat. And, they are giving campaign funds generously to candidates who oppose this madness.
Yet, there are many battlefields – local, county, state and federal, and many principled candidates – all of whom need campaign funds.
The Robinson family is using its influence and skills to help many of these principled candidates and is running one of its own – Art Robinson for Oregon Senate. This Senate campaign, like the multitude of others, needs campaign funds. We have won our primary, and need funds to win in the general election.
We know you. We know that you hold very close to the ancient imperatives of our nation – to our Republic, to our faith, to our traditions, and to our way of life. We know that you are helping many candidates to win in this election. Please keep our candidacy in mind.

The new Zeroth Amendment to the Constitution reads “No Black man must submit to being arrested if He’s really not in the mood to be arrested.”
(The old Zeroth Amendment—“Everybody on Earth has the right to immigrate to America and Americans aren’t allowed to object”—was demoted to the Negative First Amendment about the time in June it was decided that blacks are now Blacks.)

Before You Honor Jacob Blake As A Martyr, Read The Criminal Complaint Against Him
The reporting on Jacob Blake has sometimes mentioned in passing that there was a warrant for Blake’s arrest stemming from a domestic violence incident. The actual crime that Blake is accused of committing isn’t often described in any detail, despite the fact that the alleged crime may be relevant to the shooting on Sunday. It potentially speaks to Blake’s state of mind, his character, and his propensity for violence, and it explains why the cops were called in the first place.

It’s easy to say that St. Jacob Blake was the start, but he was only the pretext for the violence in Kenosha.
Most of this comes from good friend Len Savage, via AR-15.com. As it turns out, Kyle Rittenhouse attempted to do what he came for, i.e., protect property.
“Kyle apparently ran up at the gas station and provided a fire extinguisher that put out Pedo Boy’s dumpster fire that he was pushing into the gas station … It pissed pedo boy off and they attempted to ambush and set the kid on fire to teach him a lesson…”

Cops Stop Out-Of-State Caravan, Arrest 9 Headed To Kenosha With Gas Cans, Riot Gear & Kenosha Mile Challenge

Police apprehended a caravan of vehicles and arrested nine people who were allegedly on their way to riot in Kenosha on Wednesday night.
Police said the occupants of the vehicles were taken into custody because they “were preparing for criminal activity related to the civil unrest,” WITI reported.
Kenosha police received a tip on Aug. 26 that several suspicious vehicles with out-of-state license plates had met up in a remote lot near Highway 50 and Green Bay Road, KSTP reported.
