Eye witnesses describe a calm calculated attack on sheriff’s deputy

Surveillance video at Monks Corner Kangaroo Express. Suspect in long sleeved white shirt (highlighted)

The State Law Enforcement Division released incident reports and a sketch of a person of interest in Thursday night’s shooting of Berkeley County deputy Will Rogers at a Kangaroo Express in Monks Corner.

An eye witness to the shooting told investigators that a black male wearing a ski mask walked out of the woods straight to the front of the deputy’s Tahoe SUV and fired three shots with a silver revolver. When the suspect walked toward another SUV in the parking lot with his gun aimed at the driver, the witness turned and fled.

GRNC: Gun-rights backers demand House vote on bill

Image result for Gun-rights backers demand House vote on bill

Gun-rights supporters on Tuesday called on House members to schedule a vote on an omnibus firearms bill that has twice been put on hold in recent weeks amid growing opposition.

House Bill 562 includes provisions expanding the ability of people to have guns on school, reducing the number of crimes for which someone can be turned down for a conceal carry permit and allowing guns to be carried on the State Fairgrounds, except during the annual State Fair.

The most controversial portions of the bill would eliminate the state's pistol permit provision and would prevent physicians from asking patients in writing whether they own or have access to guns and then bar them from passing information about patients and guns to law enforcement, even if a patient poses a threat to self or others.

Sheriffs have opposed the end of the pistol permit, which requires a state background check, while physicians groups have expressed concern about the proposed rules for doctor-patient interactions.

Paul Valone, president of Grass Roots North Carolina, said Tuesday that both concerns are misguided and called opposition "political in nature and part of national agendas."

Waco II: Police Massacre: All deceased killed by police gunfire.........27 people shot by police

Report of Waco Police Affidavit/Warrants Inconsistent With Initial Public Claims By Same Police…( & absolutely no one is surprised.........)

All Texans
  • Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, died of gunshot wounds of the head and trunk.
  • Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, died of gunshot wounds to the neck.
  • Richard Vincent Kirshner, Jr., 47, died of gunshot wounds but the report did not specify where he was shot.
  • Richard Matthew Jordan, III, 31, died of gunshot wounds to the head.
  • Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, died of gunshot wounds to the head and trunk.
  • Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, died of gunshot wounds to the head.
  • Matthew Mark Smith, 27, died of gunshot wounds to the trunk
  • Manuel Issac Rodriguez, 40, died of gunshot wounds but the report did not specify where he was shot.
  • And Charles Wayne Russell, 46, died of gunshot wounds to the chest.

Reporting now indicating that all deceased were killed by police gunfire.  Reporting now indicating 27 people shot by police, 8 still in hospital.   Reporting lowers weapons confiscated to less than 50, mostly pocket knives, chains (attached to wallets?), nail clippers, one padlock and firearms (CCP fired or unfired?).

From the outset the police description of events at the Twin Peaks (Waco) Gang Shooting seemed oddly self-serving, super efficient/fast, and unusually specific for a mass casualty event outlined in under 3 hours.  It was *as if* they wanted to get out ahead of something.

One of the original claims, that was still maintained by officials last night, was the origin of the gang violence beginning in a restroom of the bar/grill and spilling outside.

Additionally, the police originally stated that all gang member gunfire was inside the building, and all the deceased were shot inside the restaurant.

However, a report outlining the 500 page construct of the police affidavit and arrest warrant(s) claims that all events happened outside in the parking lot:

 Stupefying Generations of American

I used the verb “stupefying” to describe a long process in our nation’s schools that has produced several generations of Americans, dumbed down and resulting in more than half who are functionally illiterate, nor can do math, and, as a recent headline reported “Student’s Results in Social Studies Stagnate.”

Self-Driving Trucks Are Going to Hit Us Like a Human-Driven Truck

Via Skynet

Late last year, I took a road trip with my partner from our home in New Orleans, Louisiana to Orlando, Florida and as we drove by town after town, we got to talking about the potential effects self-driving vehicle technology would have not only on truckers themselves, but on all the local economies dependent on trucker salaries. Once one starts wondering about this kind of one-two punch to America’s gut, one sees the prospects aren’t pretty.

We are facing the decimation of entire small town economies, a disruption the likes of which we haven’t seen since the construction of the interstate highway system itself bypassed entire towns. If you think this may be a bit of hyperbole… let me back up a bit and start with this:

Source: NPR

This is a map of the most common job in each US state in 2014.

It should be clear at a glance just how dependent the American economy is on truck drivers.

According to the American Trucker Association, there are 3.5 million professional truck drivers in the US, and an additional 5.2 million people employed within the truck-driving industry who don’t drive the trucks. That’s 8.7 million trucking-related jobs.

Documents Reveal Obama, Hillary Knew Al Qaeda Had Planned Benghazi Attack 10 Days in Advance

Via Angry Mike

"These documents are jaw-dropping. No wonder we had to file more FOIA lawsuits and wait over two years for them. If the American people had known the truth – that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and other top administration officials knew that the Benghazi attack was an al-Qaeda terrorist attack from the get-go – and yet lied and covered this fact up – Mitt Romney might very well be president. And why would the Obama administration continue to support the Muslim Brotherhood even after it knew it was tied to the Benghazi terrorist attack and to al Qaeda? These documents also point to connection between the collapse in Libya and the ISIS war – and confirm that the U.S. knew remarkable details about the transfer of arms from Benghazi to Syrian jihadists." --Tom Fitton

Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained more than 100 pages of previously classified “Secret” documents from the Department of Defense (DOD)and the Department of State revealing that DOD almost immediately reported that the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi was committed by the al Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood-linked “Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman” (BCOAR), and had been planned at least 10 days in advance. Rahman is known as the Blind Sheikh, and is serving life in prison for his involvement in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and other terrorist acts.

The new documents also provide the first official confirmation that shows the U.S. government was aware of arms shipments from Benghazi to Syria. The documents also include an August 2012 analysis warning of the rise of ISIS and the predicted failure of the Obama policy of regime change in Syria.

Ferguson Rent-A-Mobs: Protestors paid $5K monthly

ACORN’s successor group in Missouri has been paying protesters $5,000 a month to generate civil unrest in Ferguson, the troubled St. Louis suburb where black youth Michael Brown was killed by a white police officer last August.

We know this because some of the protesters haven’t been paid and, now, they are demanding what they were promised. They held a sit-in at the offices of Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment (MORE) and posted a demand letter online.

Federalization of Law Enforcement Would Remove Bulwark for Second Amendment

The call to federalize law enforcement departments and offices around the country was made more than once after Officer Darren Wilson shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, in August 2014.

Following that incident, President Obama asked a group of individuals to prepare a study on 21st Century Policing that includes measures by which law enforcement could be federalized.

Not surprisingly, many of the study’s findings and suggestions have nothing to do with the details or evidence surrounding Officer Wilson and Michael Brown but read like a social justice wish list for minorities, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgenders, and protesters who riot in response to half-truths propagated by race-hucksters stirring the pot in Ferguson, New York City, and Baltimore.

The federal government will stop sending grenade launchers, weapons mounted on airplanes, and some other types of military gear to local police under new rules approved by President Barack Obama. Other types of equipment will be provided only under tighter controls.

The shove in the bathroom became a scuffle in the restaurant. When about 30 Bandidos, Cossacks, Scimitars and other bikers spilled into the parking between the Twin peaks and the Don Carlos Mexican restaurant next door, the police were waiting for them. The scuffle became a knife fight and several men were stabbed. When one of the combatants produced a gun the Swat team opened fire with automatic weapons. Multiple sources have told The Aging Rebel that all of the dead were killed by police.

Sergeant Swanton said the fusillade “saved lives in keeping this from spilling into a very busy Sunday morning. Thank goodness the officers were here and took the action that they needed to take to save numerous lives.”
