This is true. One never stops learning. I bet Lee had some stories to tell. I wonder how old Lee was in the above pic. Japan use to value the elderly d/t their wisdom of living much of life. Probably don't any more.
That's at the back of his house in Richmond after his return from Appomattox. They've doctored the picture some, but I think it came out great. He would have been 59. He looks great then, but deteriorates rapidly by his death in 1870.
