Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) signed into law on Friday the Democrats’ gun confiscatory Red Flag legislation.
The legislation allows courts to issue orders for the confiscation of individuals’ guns.
Tribune Ledger News reported that the legislation, House Bill 1177, did not garner a single Republican vote. And more than half of Colorado’s county governments have voiced opposition to the bill, making clear they have no plans to enforce it.

I hope most feel that way when that time comes.
ReplyDeleteI like the poster and the line. It reminds me of the scene in "Tombstone".

DeleteWhen someone has that subdued attitude, you better move on.
While this looks promising at face value, five years from now it will mean nothing. The money people behind all of this; Bloomberg, Soros, Steyer, Zucker, Gates, will run sheriffs for office who share their vision. Unless the Coloradans who are vowing to stop this cold right now are not united for the long haul, the sheriffs who carry the torch today, will be unemployed sooner rather than later and the rank and file will be given an ultimatum; "You follow the governors orders, or you're out of a job." and the Prog/Marxists will ultimately win.
ReplyDeleteHopefully it doesn't play out as you state but I'm not going to bet against it.
DeleteI'm stealing that for my front door.
ReplyDeleteIt's a goodie! :)

ReplyDeleteAs always.
DeleteALL the so called "red flag" laws directly violate all or most of FIVE amendments to the US Constitution. They CANNOT be legally enforced. By anyone. "Five years from now" they will all have been struck down by the SCOTUS. Further they are so unconstitutional that any LEO or FLEA who did act to "enforce" any of them, would be committing a willful violent felony, and most of them know that. It might be possible that it would be LEGAL to shoot cops in Colorado , now that this has become law.---Ray
