War on U.S. homeschoolers escalates

Justices on the U.S. Supreme Court, caught up in the high-profile Obamacare arguments that started today, have refused to intervene in a case in which deputies threatened parents with the forced removal of their children unless they agreed to let social workers, who did not have a warrant or probable case, search their home.

The stunning conclusion came in a lawsuit brought on behalf of John and Tiffany Loudermilk, who sued officials after a confrontation at their Maricopa County, Ariz., home in 2005.

A district court judge ruled a reasonable person would believe the Loudermilks’ decision to allow social workers to search their home was coerced, in violation of the 4th Amendment. But the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the search was proper.

The Trayvon Travesty

The story of the shooting of Trayvon Martin reveals all that is ill with the American black race. The hysteria, the falsehood, they lying manipulation, all remind us of the black community described in Edgar Allan Poe’s Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym (1836): “[they] were among the most barbarous, subtle, and bloodthirsty wretches that ever contaminated the face of the globe.” Though the black community seemed at first the vortex of congeniality, heart-felt sincerity, kindness, and even moral spirituality, the blacks turned out to be “the most wicked, hypocritical, vindictive, bloodthirsty, and altogether fiendish race of men upon the face of the globe,” (pp. 205, 233).

The difference is that today the black community has a white liberal community aggrandizing its deformity. The white liberals in power use media to perpetuate misanthropy. (And that same white liberal media is careful not to expose any portion of that black community who thinks and feels otherwise.)

The ‘narrative’ of American race relations remains stock, the same template employed that essentially cause the Civil War (1861-1865): black people have been, and are, horribly wronged by the white race. Today, in the completely distorted story of Tryvon Martin, perfectly innocent young Negro teenager was senselessly, needlessly murdered–shot to death–by a racist white man. At this point, one month after the lying liberal media frenzy, it is obvious that every detail of the story (save the death of Martin and the fact that he was black) is a boldfaced lie.

"The de facto government is trying to make the totalitarian way of life the norm for us - to make it so familiar that to rebel would be psychologically painful.

The goal is to teach us that dissent is not an option and will be harshly punished.

The lesson from the PTB is that resistance against their agenda is useless.

In many places, unfortunately, it is working. There is a buzz about "laying low" and "staying under the radar" because some feel that there is just no point in further resistance. These folks have been convinced that we simply are not strong enough to fight the de facto government in place in Washington, DC.

They are wrong and they have been brainwashed - the strategy is working - these people have allowed the psychological attacks to browbeat them into submission.

Here are the things we, as Patriots, must remember:

We outnumber them. They may control (at this point) the military, with superior weapons and training, but there are many many more of us.
Our motivation is matchless. We are fighting for the freedom of our children and grandchildren - without our resistance we are condemning them to a life of slavery.
We are armed. America actually boasts more firearms in civilian hands than it does civilians.
We have the power of the alternative media and the internet, where, so far, freedom of speech still exists.
We have more than 200 years of history as a constitutional republic behind us.

We are now at a vital point in the battle. As the election approaches we must seize back our power and retake our government. Now is not the time to quit fighting, the time to hide or the time to submit. Do not fall prey to the attack on Patriot morale. Don't allow the psychological warfare of the de facto government to sway you, soften your resolve, or make you feel powerless."

Indiana Governor Signs Bill Allowing Citizens To Use Deadly Force Against Police Officers Into Law

Republican Governor Mitch Daniels has signed Senate Enrolled Act 1 into law in Indiana. The new law allows citizens to use deadly force against police officers they think are illegally entering their homes. Earlier this month, Addicting Info reported that the bill had passed the Senate. Republicans say the bill is designed to keep police safe, but Democrats say the bill will lead to the wanton killing of police officers.

March 26, 2012 Former NAACP leader accuses Sharpton and Jackson of ‘exploiting’ Trayvon Martin

Former NAACP leader C.L. Bryant is accusing Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton of “exploiting” the Trayvon Martin tragedy to “racially divide this country.”

“His family should be outraged at the fact that they’re using this child as the bait to inflame racial passions,” Rev. C.L. Bryant said in a Monday interview with The Daily Caller.

The conservative black pastor who was once the chapter president of the Garland, Texas NAACP called Jackson and Sharpton “race hustlers” and said they are “acting as though they are buzzards circling the carcass of this young boy.”

The DeKalb Sheriff's Office Fugitive Squad Members arrested the New Black Panther Party's Chief of Staff, Hashim Nzinga, for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Nzinga, 49, recently announced that the New Black Panther Party is placing a $10,000 reward for the capture of George Zimmerman, the shooter of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Fight, drug reports put Trayvon Martin family on defense

The family and supporters of slain Florida teenager Trayvon Martin found themselves on the defensive Monday following revelations he had been suspended for marijuana before he was shot to death by a neighborhood watch volunteer.

Police also confirmed a report that the community watch member claimed Martin was the aggressor, punching him in the nose and smacking his head on a sidewalk.

Martin, 17, was suspended by Miami-Dade County schools because traces of marijuana were found in a plastic baggie in his book bag, family spokesman Ryan Julison said. Martin was serving the suspension when he was shot Feb. 26 by George Zimmerman, who was patrolling the neighborhood that Martin was visiting with his father.

Martin's mother, Sybrina Fulton, and family attorneys blamed police for leaking the information about the marijuana and Zimmerman's claim about the attack to the news media in an effort to demonize the teenager.
