Chairman Mao was determined to protect his atomic facilities from American air attack and used an effective method learned from Lord Dunmore, Nat Turner, John Brown and Abraham Lincoln. To foment black unrest and uprisings in America, Mao enlisted sympathetic black communists like Robert Williams, a community organizer and NAACP leader who advocated “US Negro liberation” and a black defensive war “in the face of white terrorism.”
