An 18-year-old man a pizza delivery driver says he shot in self-defense is in custody in fair condition at a Memphis hospital.Authorities say the unidentified pizza driver drew his own handgun after the would-be burglar told him to hand over his cash while delivering three pizzas in south Memphis.
The Commercial Appeal reports it's the second robbery attempt on a Papa John's delivery driver in the last eight months (http://bit.ly/vcLbI5). The first left 56-year-old Ron Brake dead. Another delivery driver was killed in a 2009 robbery attempt.
