The pic shows clearly that they have the woman in a "submission pose" pulling up on her wrists, forcing her head to the ground.
The claim "she went limp" doesn't hold water - they put her in that position, which is an increasingly common tactic all over... I know I could find 20 YT vids in as many minutes!
Best of all to me is that there's an ICE or CBP agent in prison RIGHT NOW for doing the exact same thing to a drug-trafficker he was arresting...
That about summs up this regime and our situation: Do it to an illegal alien criminal, "cop" goes to prison. Do it to an American Citizen Female? "Nothing to see here! Move along unless you want some too!"

Wait, its a 3rd degree felony to harass a "public servant" in Austin according to that police Cpl. in the first video? How convenient for the gov/cops. Pretty easy to be a felon these days.
