US Nuclear Attack Submarine USS SNOOK SSN-592 flying the Confederate Naval Jack




This flag was flown by the Snook (SSN-592) as it left the port of Pascagoula, Mississippi where she was built by Ingalls Shipbuilding Inc.and moved to her home port of San Diego, CA in 1961.
